The front lady was the rudest person I have ever met, besides not explaining anything leaving me confused, screaming at me when I asked a question where even the guy behind me and stepped in and stood up for me when I was being mistreated. She talked down to me and completely mistreated me and kept telling me to listen when she wasn't answering my question and didn't care about anyone. I got to this location around 10.30 am to pick up two 26 feet trucks, blankets, and 3 upright dollies and 2 furniture ones. Got here and they only had 1 truck. When I started to complain in a nicely manner and explaining that I had 8 workers waiting to do the moving she said that I was lucky to get one truck, and that she was doing me a favor. She was no help and then I remembered that last time I was there this lady was fighting another customer pretty bad.1 upright dollie and no blankets. And also waited there for someone to come back from their break because she had the truck keys. Had to drive for over 2 hours to get another truck at a different location and the blankets at another location, my morning was lost and the workers left around 5 and I had to pay them again another $1500 dollars to come and finish the job that they started, because they left everything, inside the trucks. The reservation was not kept and he staff found it hard to figure out a solution for us. We were sent back and told that they will call us once the van is available. In about 10 min. after we left, they called us to come back , we were to get a 10 footer instead. However, it came out that actually we cannot have a 10 footer for 24 hour period, but we need to bring it back ASAP. A lot of confusion! In addition I had to remind them that We deserve $50 back, because our original reservation was not guaranteed. Finally, we left with the feeling that this place was quite disorganized, I would not recommend this small UHaul location for renting equipment. PLEASE FORWARD TO CEO: My wife and I would like to thank U-HAUL for their services over the past 13 months. We have been going through some very difficult and transitional time in our lives. We rented a 9' cargo van on Dec 9, 2021 and returned it on April 27, 2022 (Contract #89851483). We rented it paying weekly expecting some grace and leniency in our rental contract, but received none. We paid our final payment, i.e., balance, for 4.6 months, or 139 days at $7,811 for the completed rental and with less than 2,800 miles for the duration. Within the store is posted behind the rental counter a sign stating $1,320/mo + 3,000. I was willing to pay for 5 months at $1320 = $6,600, but was charged 4 months + $89/day = $2,067 balance due. Overall we paid $7,811 for this rental term. I believe that we were treated unfairly in regards to this matter and were hoping for some monetary retribution on your part. Everything was great. To my understanding there is a new manager since using you guys last. Everything was smooth... except on spoiled little millennial that calls himself the "lead hitch tech" i believe his name starts with an M, had longer dread locks. I get to checkout and everything then he tells me it's going to be 40 minutes to come back and hook up the trailer. Long and short of it is i own a small business that kid would be canned in a heartbeat. I wouldn't even let him finish his shift, he'd be gone on the spot. My names nate blum and i notified the new manager, she's aware of what I said, she's obviously doing the best she can with what she has but I will most likely use pompano from now on. That kids lucky i was feeling a little under the weather from vertigo. If I had the time I would have called the corporate office and took his job out the door with my trailer rental. The woman who was there was amazing!!! She spoke very clearly to all the customers. I would say that it seems a second employee should be there. The work load for one person for all the calls and in-person customers seems a bit heavy for one person. I called before going in person and was put on hold. My overall experience at this location was very good. One female employee â€œAnnmarie and or Annâ€ was horrific. She consistently had a very poor demeanor, was very rude and unprofessional. It was obvious she had no interest working there. At one point she attempted to engage me incredulous into a fight. She followed me outside of the storage while another employee was trying to help. Based on my observations your going to have your plate full with her. She also I suspect damage some of my items in container by mishandling. I believe she intentionally dropped the container because she didn't want to work with it that day. She clearly demonstrated that when I went to drop off another container. Our U-Haul was parked so close to another U-Haul, we couldn't get in through the passenger side. Additionally, even while doing self check in, you still have to go inside to get any additional items that you have ordered. Facility was not open at 9. Staff did not arrive until 9:15. Truck was not clean, used water bottle in cab, seat did not adjust, tie down bars not secured to truck wall. There was an issue with my check out but the manager corrected it and resolved it to my satisfaction. Then I did the lady a favor and only kept the truck 5hrs instead of keeping it the 24hrs I rented it for so she can send it out in the morning. Arrived at my scheduled appointment time-9AM on Sunday to pick up a van. Raquel told me the van wasn't ready. I asked how long and she said "I don;t know, I'm in here, not outside". I pressed her for an idea-1 hour, 15 minutes, etc. She reluctantly said 15 minutes but went to the next customer in line without checking or telling anyone to clean the van first. I had to go outside and ask the detailer to get the van ready. He even mentioned that Raquel isn't nice to him. She was so full of attitude and not helpful, I will never go there again! I was told I could access my un any hour of the 24 hours in the day at 3 am when I needed to move into. A gentlemen employed by U-Haul sent me a ;link to complete the payment information which was then suppose to supply me with an access code to be on my way. 3 hours into phone calls with multiple reps I am made aware this is not the case. My reservation unit and payment was to include a free lock for my unit. That was never made available to me, Ive emailed and contacted regarding this and have since had no correspondence. Good afternoon, Service in Uhaul Coconut Creeck is excellent, very polite and helpful staff but... I rented the TT7870E truck. Even the truck is terrible, it takes a long time to change gears, it looks like it's going to explode, never have such a big loss with uhal. I rented at CoconutCreeck to come to Kissimmee +/- 180miles. I spent 95 dollars of gasoline, an absurd, came to 65/70 mhp as you should see in the truck's gsp. Today when I went to the drop off I lost another 8 tolls and 1 hour because no GPS can find the address they put in the truck. After finding and arriving at the place at 5:05pm it is already closed. absurd!! As I don't have time to go back another time, I stopped the truck behind where there were others and threw the key into the place. Bad experience this time with U-Haul. Cherie was very helpful getting us checked in. The only thing that could use some improvement is the unloading and loading area. It can get very congested and many of the folks that use storage facilities tend to be unsavory and inconsiderate people especially when parking and blocking the loading entrance. Today there was a bunch of trash strewn at the entrance to the elevator and a skinhead looking guy standing right by the door smoking a joint in front of everyone. I originally got this storage room when the pandemic had just started and they had the one free month special for college students. The staff that did my initial process wasn't nice at all and failed to let me know that I had to get a specific round lock for the unit when I asked she said that any was fine. It was then when I was already living 5 hours away that I kept getting calls about that I needed a new lock because it wasn't "correct" and once I finally was able to move back down to the area I couldn't access my unit with out paying a fee for something that should've been told to me initially. When I switched debit cards I forgot to update it on my account and was so used to doing autopay instead of calling or emailing me I get emailed a week later about getting a late fee, that again could've been easily fixed if I got contacted about it before the bill was due. Another experience I had with getting a moving truck here wasn't too pleasant either. If I do have to do storage with uhaul again I'll have to try a different location.yolgens c. | Overall Experience

The storage facility itself was good. The staff were helpful when we first moved in. A week before we were moving our stuff out, we had driven from our house (40 mins away) to the unit to find out the elevator was broken and the stuff we needed to put in wouldn't fit in the stairwell. A few days later, we needed to book movers for our move out and the Uhaul representative on the phone assured me the elevator would be working because it would be a week from then (surely it wouldn't take more than a week to fix the elevator!! And surely if it wasn't fixed, we'd be told so we could plan accordingly!!) Well guess what? It didn't happen. After we paid $300 for our movers...expecting it to take a certain amount of time based on the time it took us to move in WITH the elevator...it took the FULL time for the movers to move everything down the stairs and they couldn't complete the job. They had another appointment after us so they couldn't help us unload at our house. If we had been aware of the elevator being out of service, we wouldn't have spent $300 on movers! It's my 3rd time using this store. I booked a 20ft truck and reserved a 10x10 unit on the 1st floor before I left. I received confirmation that the unit on the first floor was available. When I went to get into the truck the person told me it was in the "garage" so I went looking for it, after several minutes of walking I was not able to find it because it wasn't there, it was in the other side of the building so you can understand I was a little frustrated. After a long day of moving, my help and I arrived back to unload and place everything in the unit I had made the reservation in the 1st floor, we started unloading and bringing about 2 trips inside just to find out that the unit was still occupied!!!!! Horrible! I went back inside and the woman said it happens often, well it's unacceptable! We had to load everything back and drive to the side of the building to store in the 2nd floor. Elevator at the facility was broken!! With no warning or notice by front desk staff!!! What if I had planned on loading furniture into my storage unit the day I got the keys to my 2nd floor unit?! Outrageous. Also, it took us over 30 minutes to locate our unit as the key card was not working. I understand they aren't doing unit showings due to COVID but the front desk lady did a horrible job at explaining where the unit was and how to access it. She told us only how to access it from the elevator (WHICH WAS BROKEN) and said nothing about stairs. We were drenched in sweat running around the building trying every single door. Only for her to finally explained after 30 minutes of getting lost that we have to use the stairs (and no key card is needed?!?!) since the elevator is broken. Such a waste of time. I pray that the elevator is not broken next weekend when I move my things into my storage unit. After this experience, I will not rent here again. Upon arrival to return the truck, I mentioned to the attendant that I wanted to rent a storage unit and that I needed to unload before returning the truck. She proceeded to tell me to return the truck first, only to have the other employee tell to go get the unit first. One she was done helping another customer I explained I need the unit first. I had to repeat the size of the unit I needed 3 times. She finally gave me the entry Card with no map, unloaded my truck headed to the unit only to find out it was a handicap unit. I had to return to her once again and told her she had given me the wrong unit. Her reaction was apologetic at all. Got back on the computer and gave me the unit furthest away from the elevation and not once apologize for giving the wrong unit on purpose. I have been to uhaul mover 10 times and this is by far the worse service I've had at uhaul. Jimena Chumbe should be retrained. My customers receipt number is 7880-28-102331-109616. I rented a truck on 06/10 at 06:00pm to deliver on the same day around 11:00pm. Nobody told me that the storage would be closed at 10pm. I was told all the time that it would be 24h for me. I arrived on 06/10 at night with the truck totally loaded and for my surprise, my access was denied and I couldn't get in the building. I called the customer service but the lady couldn't do anything. I had to come back to my house with the truck. On the other day, 06/11, I went to the Uhaul Store (Coconut Creek, Johnsons Rd, FL) @ 7am and I told them about the inconvenient that I had and I would pay only one day of rent because I couldn't unload the truck due to a Uhaul's fault. An attendant called Jimena agreed with that. On the 06/11 I went to the uhaul storage to unload the truck around 06pm. Same msg appeared on the device's screen next to the door: "ACCESS DENIED" as soon as I put my code. I ran to the office and told them about that same message that was also appearing on the day before. The attendant said: "You should swipe your card" and I said: "Nobody gave me a card" and the attendant was surprised. He went to the office and brought back a card and said" Use this card". I started unloading the truck and around 06:50pm I swiped the card and the same msg appeared: "ACCESS DENIED" I ran to the office again while they were locking the door. They were very rude, saying that the system was already closed and they didn't know if they could do something about. I found a customer, an old man, and he told me that there is a main device that we need to swipe the card first and it worked. The Uhaul's attendants were very unprepared. I told them that it was my first time and even this way they didn't instruct me properly and/or they didn't know about their own internal process. For my new surprise, when I was returning the truck by the website: www.uhaul.com/share, I was charged for both days instead of one as the attendant Jimena agreed to do I really really really do not recommend the Uhaul Storage of Coconut Creek and I would like you guys to proceed with only one day of rent. Also, just to let you guys know, I rented an space of 10x15" for around 3 months but I wont do that in the future with Uhaul Coconut Creek (Johnsons Road).Alexandre A. | First Impressions
