Maureen is an excellent customer services and very kind, professional.she was very helpful explain all the details from checking the car conditions, tell me to taking photos around the car, the odometer, etc. she walked me trough of my first time driving a truck. I appreciated all of her help. Thanks.

We were to far from the elevator right walk ways and the day we left there was a bad smell like a dead mouse or something so bad my is sick to our stomach we told the woman was wiping down the units but i don't think she understood us and the elevator for 1 doesn't give u enough time to get barely a cart out or in and 2 the elevator didn't feel safe we always felt like it would get stuck and break down and we were on the second floor it did not feel like the ac was working, I did though like the idea to leave items for others that u no longer need and the water fountains 1st floor by elevator do not get cold but was good with our stuff being secure

Rented here numerous times. Not once the milage and gas was correct at the time of the pickup. Not once the app pictures wat the time oyears af the pickup were close to the damages on the actual truck. A lt of time waisted going around the truck to compare to pictures

Gregg was very helpful. He took care of what we needed. The only issue we had was using the app to return the truck. It didn't work. But. With one phone cal to Gregg and he fixed it.

I was charged for a gas even though I picked up the van with less gas than announced, took a picture and uploaded through the app. Upon return, 15 minutes later received an email with receipt and gas charge. I had to call Uhaul and spent another 15 minutes with a rep to get a refund. Not a good practice to give the the van with lesser gas and charge me.

Left front tire was low as I left the facility ALSO, window crank was missing on drivers side door and also. The trunk could go over 50 miles an without making a horrible sound

The entire putting your code to get in. Then putting your code in when your done was confusing. When I was finished moving out on the 31st. I was never told that I had to take a picture of the empty space & bring it to the front office. That should be explained at move in. Thankfully the card that I had for automatic withdrawal was lost so the card was canceled. I know I wouldn’t be able to get my money back. Overall ok but could’ve been better

Mover out the day of the day I was suppose to move out. And my card still got charged . Tried to talk to a manager and they kept telling me they couldn't help me. I was in storage unit 1291. And I've been a good customer. And not happy about this. Coconut Creek location. . I won't be back!!

Rental wasn't available when I arrived was given a different rental but Greg couldn't change it in the system. Greg is horrible. Speaks over you. Can't get a word in. Rude. Unprofessional and not helpful. Doesn't care about the customer.

Absolutely LOVED the experience. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by Shane, the owner, making sure everyone is taken care of. Rebecca helped us and the service is top notch. Fast, friendly and really do have a solution for all your needs here. Everything is very well thought of, every single detail. Best moving experience I ever had (and we have had a few). This location is trying overcharge me!! I dropped off within the time and the yard worker said he was going to check the trailer back in, but he never did. Now you are trying to double charge me!! Very bad!!

The app did not let me setup a drop off for the box, also switching between the app and other apps on phone results in the app crashing or blacking out. Besides the app, everything else was good. Communication from the delivery team here in Florida was also slightly off but manageable.

I would never use this Ubox service again. The pricing is deceptive as the boxes are small, the service is split between two Uhaul companies that don't talk to each other, and when there are issues Uhaul wants me the contact the other Uhaul company. Now my delivery is over and they say they didn't get their boxes back and want to start charging me for storage. Plus many things were received broken. I rate this close to zero.

It was a tedious process. The Johnson location needs more staff because my 1st reservation on Saturday Aug 5th wasn’t fulfilled within the right time because there was only 1 lady working that shift. The customer service reps on the phone and the reps inside the store are not on the same page so there is a lot of miscommunication. I experienced a delayed reservation which had to be rescheduled & An oversight as it pertained to a storage unit & a rude costumer service rep (on the phone) who had no empathy. But I must say - Maureen Smart & Eddie were the 2 people who made sure that every inconvenience was sorted and truly explained and communicated everything effectively. They showed genuine care & I’m really moved to write this review due to them. Moving on your own for the first time isn’t easy. Maureen Smart took time to explain, fix and made sure everything was fair & dealt with. Thankyou Ms. Maureen Smart.

When I was picking up the rental, I stood in line for about 10 minutes. There was only one employee assisting customers. Then the GM waved me over to assist me. While she was waiting on me, she was on her phone most of the time discussing personnel issues. To be clear it was personnel issues not personal issues. When returning the equipment the gentleman who checked me in was very polite but it took him awhile to complete the transaction.

I have 2 units. 1 of the 2 have ants crawling everywhere. When I asked the woman at the front desk I was told I could fumagate the unit myself. Not what I expected to hear after spending over $500 on 2 units.

for the second time I booked a 10 foot truck and it was not available. I had to use a van which was not enough to do what I needed. On the reservation there was an informed reservation guaranteed or U-Haul would pay me $50.00. I hope they keep what they promised in the reservation.

Your employee Maureen Smart went above and beyond for me making my experience completely hassle free. She walked me to the pin pads and instructed me on how to use them and how to get to the elevator and a nice map showing exactly where my unit is. I very much appreciate that!

Because I had problems at another location (with no communication that parts needed for the install were not on hand) and the location changing my appointments without telling me, I had a tow hitch installed at the Coconut Creek location. Communication with Rebecca (?) was excellent about moving my appointments because the wiring connector was on back-order. When I called the day before my appointment, Johnny (who did the install) said, "bring the car in, I'll install the hitch and you can buy the wiring from the dealer and come back and I'll put it in for you". Two very accommodating people that I did not find in the Boynton Beach location.

they canceled 3 times the day of the installation claiming that the parts had not arrived. on the last day they said there was only one part left that I could buy in another place and then they would install it. all this within a month, I have not received notifications from the parties no notification about my appointment. It was the worst experience with Hitch Installation that I could have. About the mechanic who did the installation he is a great professional. but uhual's service is horrible. very disappointed

Went to pay for my storage unit yesterday via apple pay or via bank of America bill pay since my debit card was missing. The guy told me it had to be cash or card. I was told there was a lein and it was going to auction.i asked when and he didn't know when. Found my card later that night. Went there first thing this morning to pay and they auctioned my unit with my entire business supplies worth about 30k and now I'm doomed & devastated. Why couldn't he tell me yesterday was the last day! No calls, no texts, no email, but yet I get this survey text. I'm crushed and ruined

I usually this store for all my uhaul needs. Before they have a such as nice people working in this store they was so helpfull and educate. But now i’m really sad with my experience with the new people that are working on the store now. The new manager Deloris its a ignorant, arrogant, and unhelpfull and definitely she do not have the touch to be a manager. She lied about the availability of storage units, wildly shouted at me and my son that we were just trying to hire a service, influenced other employees to treat me and my son badly and telling the servers not to do what the u haul app was saying it should be done, stating that this store was hers and she would do whatever she wanted. I have to do the online check in because they recuse to do it in person in the way that it should be done. we were treated badly and coerced. definitely would not recommend this unit to friends.

The old lady with glasses is rude and has zero idea of what she is doing. She cannot barely log in and acts like when she is working and has to pass you off to other people. Kayla and Lauri are great though.

The poor employee working alone had nothing but computer issues and it took extra time to check in. The 1-800 number sucks for help and knows nothing of the facilities, I needed ground level and the first place they sent me had stairs no elevator and no climate control. Employees commented they were always putting of fires over wrong information given by their 1-800 customer service! Was very frustrating after driving cross country 6 days. The Rogue River Oregon Woodville Rentals was amazing, quick easy and more than helpful in every aspect!

As I have stated previously, Maureen Smart is a standout in a location which already has a brilliant staff. I never felt deprived of resources or access. My only quibble was that the staff is sometimes stretched thin. Otherwise, I will go out of my way to use this location in the future, even if I don't need storage.

I have very strong opinions about this location. I will probably read like a commercial. location is staffed by remarkable folks who I can't recommend highly enough. Maureen Smart is the standout, and she does much more than she has to in order to help you. The only issue I had my entiretime there was that there werent enough flat bed dolly's. They had plenty of the mattreas dolly's but found myself having to wait on flat bwd dolly's quit a few time, other than that the staff was always helpful & the grounds always kept very clean, inside & out

I did not move out! My unit was vacated without my permission. I accidentally left the lock off the unit at night and was coming back to put stuff in the unit the next day. However, I received an email indicating my unit was vacant we without confirming with me. My payment was up to date and not due until 4/4/2023. I called and the lady couldn’t understand or address the issue. She kept saying I was vacated by the manager because my unit was up for auction!
