The office was clean, as I was walking in, I saw a customer was carrying boxes and she fell out the back door. I ran to help her and the employee who was with another customer just sat looking until I went to help. The lady said she was fine but there was no report or anything completed. Apparently he was the only one working. We told him we were there to drop off a tow dolly. He stated we brought it back a day early. My husband said we were done so no use hanging on to it. He said we could unhook it ourselves or wait until he was done. My husband unhooked the trailer. The employee then went out and I asked if we could have a receipt. He said we didn't owe anything but I asked again for a receipt. He seemed put out but went and got our receipt. I'm sure we was tired and working alone, if so maybe have two employees in the store. I would still recommend the store, maybe he was having a bad day. I hope the lady that fell is ok.Celeste S.

the original pick up location was at 977 Curry ( or Sugar Beet) Rd G, Clovis ,NM. The person responsible for that location was not there and left a sign on the door that he had to do a wreck salvage job and to call a number. We called and he said to call U haul to see about another location. I said that was his job and that he should have called us and tell us in advance of us going out there to pick up at another location. we had arranged for family to help us load furniture. This is a VERY BAD customer service practice and he basically blew us , the customer off. Do you want this to represent your company? I hope not. The least this guy needs is more corporate training or removal from providing service for U Haul.arnold F.
The front desk lady was very rude. Did not even acknowledge us when we walked in, and then proceeded to completely ignore us when we asked her questions. We had to get another employee simply to get our receipt.Michelle P.
Whoever I talked to on Friday 22nd, female, could not figure out how to finish the reservation on her computer. She had said my tow setup was not adequate to pull a dolly and Ford Escape. I own an F250 diesel and I've pulled many cars over 6+yrsâ€¦ it's in my profile. â€œSorry I'm newâ€, was the response. Was she not trained? I ended up using the online feature and finished the reservation myself in about 5mins.Christopher D.

We were first given the wrong container and then we were charged for an additional month after returning the box. I spent 3 hours on the phone trying to fix the issue because the location is 17 miles away and still had to go to the location to fix the issue.Conner H.

Can't think of anything for improvements. The young man who helped me with turn-in was great, wish I could remember his name. I've done a lot of self-moves and always use U-Haul because of the availability of equipment and knowledge/helpfulness of the personnel.Wayne C.
The guy with the Steelers beanie was rude and not helpful at all. When I asked for the storage prices snd said "hmm?" thinking of the sizes he rudely said "your welcome to go we elsewhere if you need to". I was just thinking for a moment. Keep your current Staff! They are Great! The equipment was very maintained, not mention Very Clean! I'm a retired helicopter mechanic of over 28 years military active duty service. Before that I was a tractor trailer (heavy truck mechanic). I know well maintained equipment! This location goes above and beyond for U-haul. Gracias.BOBBY B.

The customer service rep was very professional, courtesy and helpful. Made my drop off transaction smooth and painless. He also explained the breakdown charges. Sorry but I forgot his name. Eligible for military discount, but employee, Luis Vega, incorrectly advised rental policy which nixed the discount. Contacted GM to remedy. Communication with GM Daniel McBride (over nearly 3 weeks) and his lack of follow-through on promise to credit my card required direct com with company president, Tom Neill, who finally delivered the discount. "I Can Help You" printed on the back of the GM's business card was inviting. The stonewalling to create frustration, and perhaps desiring me to give up on the discount warrant my firm "No" on recommending this location to a friend, family or ANY military contact.MARK D.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I UNFORTUENTLY HAD AN ISSUE WITH MY VEHICLE, WHICH DID NOT LET ME TOW AND BROKE DOWN THAT EVENING. AUTOZONE SCAN TOOL READ A BAD SPEED CONTROL SWICH, MEANING I HAVE A BAD CLOCK SPRING AFFECTING RESISTANCE VOLTAGE READINGS. The person working on 11/18/21 really went above and beyond to represent your company. It was a few minutes to closing and I made a call to see if anyone would be willing to wait so we didn't have to turn the trailer in the next day. Not only did he wait after closing time, but he was very pleasant and helpful. A+ for customer service.Ken R.

I had to keep the truck after closing hours. The truck should've been back by three in the afternoon. I am formed him that I had to keep it longer and that I would return it by seven in the morning when they open. I drop the check off 1030 the night before. I drove to the location to return the Kia 7:10 AM. I asked the Worker If I was going to get charge for a second day. I asked him if I was going to get charge for a second day and if so I'll go ahead and take it back and not turn it in. He said I can take it but I have to have it back by noon because other people will be renting it by noon. So I went ahead and left it there. I ended up getting charged for an entire Second day. Even though it was being rented out by noon. I felt like I could've gotten some kind of discount for the second day I was charge for it.DOMINICA D.
