Had an appointment for 9am and the manager did not arrive until 9:45am, the other employees were helpful and was helping as much people as they could without having the doors open

I had an appointment at a location 11 miles closer to my house, but they did not have the unit available. So, I was redirected to the place in clermont. I would have rather gotten a call, and offered a different size trailer option. I live where I live, and shop where I shop, because I don't like traffic, especially when pulling a trailer.......

Fast drop off I didn't have to do any removal of the trailer the agent did everything. Great service.

I never review but this was ridiculous,3 weeks to get my hitch for a ford fiesta.Wrong hitch 3 times after 2 appointments and still got a hitch rated 50 lbs less tongue weight and 500 lbs less tow weight than my original request. Less than a pleasant experience for a company that claims to be #1 in hitches!

The truck storage area was soaking wet, I had to ask for help getting it dry enough to use. The windshield wipers were worn out - it rains everyday in Florida, and I needed them. The hand truck had damaged wheels that could not be used on my wood floors. Summary, The closed storage truck worked. It was available on time.

Ordered and was charged for 3 dolleys, received 1, an appliance dolley. The location had no clue how to do an mobile pickup

Took a long time to get help at first when i had a reservation for a storage unit. I came with a truck full of my furniture & they didn’t tell me that the elevator was not working I had to hear it as I came in from another worker and my unit was on the 3rd floor. Big inconvenience. Thankfully, there was a lady inside who was cleaning the units and gave me a unit on the first floor. When I went inside to get the unit number changed the guy helping had the nerve to talk bad about her because she gave to me and let them know in advance. By the way he was her son. Very disrespectful to talk about workers in front of customers & to make it even worse she was his mom. By grace she helped my move easier. The guys working in the office seem lazy & very rude. They all need to go back in training for customer service, it was very poor & they made my move difficult. I will not be recommending to anyone to move their stuff to this location.

The uhaul personnel were great. However, this was the THIRD storage location we had to drive to all over the county because the first two affiliate locations not only didn't have storage available at all despite our reservation but also wouldn't honor the first month free offered through uhaul. If you need a a facility for storage, ONLY go through the official uhaul locations. The affiliates are garbage.

The manager Sean had a poor attitude and was a very difficult individual to deal with. I don't even see how he's a manager or even deal face to face with customers..I had to call customer service to have them tell him I'm clear to rent and he still dragged it until the store was about to close. I have never been through an experience like I had with him and i will never rent from this location again. I most definitely will always remember and share with people about my horrible experience with this location.. the other employees on duty weren't as rude as Sean but they were laughing at whatever comments Sean was making under his breath while I was on the phone with customer service. My stepdad asked if he could rent a truck and Sean told him he couldn't rent to him which was very bizarre because my issues had nothing to do with him and we are two different people.. I'm not sure what the issue was but i won't ever come back or spend my money with this location. My truck didn't smell too clean on the inside, it had ashes in the little built in ashtray and the tank wasn't full it was on half a tank

Not charge them for a second day when they return the equipment 26 minutes (less if you consider the time spent waiting to be attended to while another customers truck was being returned) after the 24 hour mark. I'm pretty sure I was there on time but I never imagined being charged for a second day so I didn't look at the exact time. 8:16am - 8:42am.

Resolution of these issues would require relocating: Located in a bad cell area, making it difficult to check in via phone. No light at intersection for easy left turns in unfamiliar equipment.

I tried returning the unit to a closer location bit was told I had to rake it to the location that was on my reservation, When I got ther3 I was told that they were full and I had to go 3 miles farther. I should have been notified that they were "full".

Arrival to destination notification. The box arrived early and I wasn't notified. And, when I called to get the location, I was given the wrong location. The movers knew better thank goodness. That was the only thing that was an issue. I would definitely recommend.

Have a prorated option for when someone moves out before the end of the month purchased. For example, I only spent 2.5 days of my final month paid.

Truck was clean but had serve steering issue. Constantly trying to drift side to side. Both hands had to be FIRMLY on the wheel making constant adjustments or it would go off to the shoulder. Truck needs to fixed before an inexperienced truck driver gets a hold of it. We should get a discount for the worst Uhaul truck experience ever!

The truck had so many scratches and dents that were not marked, I had to take a bunch of pictures to document before we left. Then, when we returned the truck, the person working told me he needed me to verify all of the lights (headlights, turn signals, brake lights...) worked before I left!?! I have rented quite a few trucks/trailers from U-Haul, and this truck was one of the worst and it was the first time I have ever had to help check in a truck.

There’s plenty of carts available to make the moving process easier. Staff has always been very helpful and friendly. I accidentally cut myself pretty badly and a staff member helped me remain calm and brought me wipes, antibiotic cream and bandages I was so grateful for her help.

Everyone was wonderful. The only criticism I have is the price for each of my units was raised $5 a month shortly after my storage was started. That didn’t seem quite fair, but service and the faculty was great!

Location was good but when we called to reserve we were expecting to have 2-3 street level options. When we arrived there was no ground level options. It was all cart and elevator we ended on the third level. Also the reservation stated there was a lock in the unit but we were told we needed a certain lock had had to purchase. Online reservation and location should be on the same page. We also had issues with the trailer pickup ended up being over a hour away one way. Not what we expected and believe we should be compensated for all the issues with the pickup and storage problems.

Website stated this location had available storage but when I called they said they had none. I called customer to let them know about this issue. This is misleading especially for a person driving 20hrs then having to put there belongings in two locations which is hard at the moment with no vehicle. If location does not have a storage available it should NOT let customers see it or be visible on the website period.

The clerk was useless. Didn't have me fill out the proper paperwork and gave us conflicting numbers for our unit so we had to go all the way back to the desk for the proper unit number.

I had a very high opinion of this place and even gifted several employees for their work up until I had this horrific experience. I drove 30 minutes (one way) to have the GM resolve the situation. The GM did not honor his word and demonstrated a total disregard for the elderly and people's time. He had offered to pro-rate a refund and changed his mind. Instead of owning up to it he preferred to leave his customers waiting over an hour until they left. That's right AARP he left my 75 year old mother standing around like an idiot for nearly 1.5 hrs while not addressing the situation remaining in the back of the place out of sight and having his employees check up to see if we had left. As a result, done for life with this location.

I reserved an 8x10 and get there and am told there were none available and was than told I couldn't get the 10x10 that WAS available for the same price instead I was told I could get to 5x5 that were not side by side. He stated I could have them for the same price as the one I had reserved i asked for this in writing and he DID NOT give me anything in writing to guarantee the price he offered. Additionally trying to return the uhual truck after hours was/is A nightmare I AM trying to reach the office and it is now 930am but I keep getting pushed to the customer service dispatch

The only reason im filling out this survey is because lve been spammed this email 3 times already and i would like for it to stop. The only reason this survey is getting a poor review is because an email like this should only be sent once. Not one every other day until i reply to it. I have things to do and other, actually important emails to wait for yet my phone keeps going off for a notification from uhaul asking me to stroke theyre ego at 3 am. Stop spamming youre customers asking for praise. It has an adverse effect and will skew youre data. Thanks.

It is impossible to get in touch with a local U-Haul location. They all (and I had to deal with several during my move) allow the calls to go to the call center. This made my overall move complicated. My U-Boxes got delivered to the wrong location, even though I had updated the delivery address, and it was still impossible to talk to both locations of where they were and where they needed to be.

Well we were quoted $94, we arrived to find that unit was not available. Limited time we took it. Tried to call several ties no answer, no return call, tried Roadside to get through. Transfer run around no return call. Went to pay (we owed but the pay now said zero, so late fee(s) came twice!!.Most expensive late fee ever because we will swear off uhaul for life. Finally decided we would move to a more economical storage. Used Penske 2 weeks ago and moved storage units. Uhaul has terrible customer service. Thanks for all the hassle keep my extra $200 and Ill try to get it back with negative publicity. For now get some people to answer the phone and return calls

My experience storing with U-Haul goes back almost 10 years and includes three separate locations. I just want to say that during all of this time I was totally satisfied with the service and help that I received. I upsized, downsized, needed trailer light assistance and the like and never did they leave me wanting. Everyone has been great. I don't know if I will need another storage unit, but if I do, I'm going back to U-Haul.

I rented for 15 months. Super Clean and smelled clean too. Excellent level of lighting. The lighting was motion activated. It would have been nice if it stayed on a little longer. I had to stop what I was doing and walk down the hall a few times each time I was in the storage unit because the light would turn off leaving me in the dark. But even with that, this is an excellent place and I will use them again if needed. I felt safe getting into my unit. Great customer service.

We rented three storage units and a number of trucks for our recent move. The staff was consistently the best making the experience very straightforward and easy although moving in general stinks.

1) The entire storage area consistently smelled terrible. 2)The elevator was down for an extended period of time. This resulted in lost revenue, as I was unable to access large/heavy items from my 3rd floor unit during this time and the buyer went elsewhere. 3)Office staff / management did not return phone calls both from messages left with the answering service, as well as in person. Overall, not impressed and would not recommend anyone use this facility.
