Vehicle interior smelled like air freshener and cigarette smoke. Also, the gas guage was off. When I went to put gas in the pickup truck before I returned it the gas guage read slightly above 1/2 a tank down from 3/4. To get it back to 3/4 I had to put in over 20.00 worth of gas.FRANK M.

The interior of the vehicle could use a vacuum and some armor all. Actually found a to do list from the prior renter. Aside from that the 9' cargo van did what it had to. Helped me move across town without having to put so much wear and tear on the interior of my vehicle. Excellent breaks and only 22K miles on vehicle. We had reserved a 8 foot truck, and none were returned when we arrived for our scheduled time at 1 PM. So they upgraded me to a 10 foot truck, but when I went to start it- the battery was dead. I walked back to the office and they gave me an upgraded 15 foot truck. We returned the truck 4 hours early, since it was just an in town move of some building materials for our home. The online service was excellent my experience when I picked up the vehicle was bad the vehicle had a strong smell of marijuana and cigarettes someone left a used disposable mask on the dashboard and given the fact that we are under a pandemic the vehicle should have been at 100% clean and sanitized. I had to buy a can of Lysol to desinfect and sprayed the whole cabin.RAFAEL O.

Katrina the lady I made my reservations with over the phone didn't reserve a van like I asked for she reserved me s box truck. So I think if they reserve what the customer wants would be nice.
