Andrea Maxwell is so awesome and kind, would definitely this location in particular to anyone because of the customer service!
The battery did not hold a charge so they comped the gas and offered me a $25 credit on my next rental. Very nice people
The people who run this place are top notch!
The girl that assisted with checking out was excellent. The guy when I checked in had a superiority complex. I am senior management in a multi million dollar company. Yet I don't feel the need to talk down to people. I have no idea what his title was, but hopefully he can learn some manners before he's given a team to lead. Respect is earned.
Initially I had a lot of issues setting up my unit and finalizing, most issues were my fault. The worker Clifton was AMAZING! Helped get me into the correct unit, took me through the step by step process, and fixed everything that I did incorrectly. He was very kind and patient and I really appreciated his help!
The rental team on site was amazing. They were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Their customer service really made a difference in the experience.
Andrea was super nice and very accommodating. We showed up with a uhaul full of stuff and she helped us get the perfect storage unit!
Find your peeps some work so they don't stand around. Otherwise, everything went smoothly and painlessly. Great location.
My experience was great from start to end. The team in Cedar Park was amazing to work with.
The night shift guy was rude. He gave me a hard time for coming in the opening gate while he was walking out of it. The guy seems like he's going through relationship problems. He just so quickly to lose his cool on customers for no reason. Please, watch any surveillance available to examine the evidence. I think him working with his girlfriend and staying on Uhaul's property, its becoming a hazardous working/sales environment.
I am extremely glad I picked Uhaul to store my belongings. From the moment I walked in to get everything confirmed it has been amazing. Andrea was so helpful. She has gone above and beyond what I ever expected. There's a lot of places to choose from. I'm glad I chose here.
This was the best customer service experience I’ve had in many years. This is a really well run business and the folks running it are kind and conscientious. The facility is very secure, well-maintained, the restrooms are clean, and it is also well lit. Great experience!

Truly, I don't know we're to begin! During he toughest time in my life which includes divorcing after 16 years of marriage, living in temporary housing with my 15 year old son, and 11 year old daughter, to finally moving to our new residence, Andrea, Nicholas, and Jade ate angels here on earth! With a grateful heart I sincerely thank you for your compassion, professionalism, and making us believe that you truly care. Not only will I highly recommend your facility, I'm going on Yelp! Compared to every other experience with U-Haul I've had in the last 3 years (which has been quite a few) this location was by far above all the others. The staff was amazing and went out of their way to help, they knew what they were doing and made the process a breeze!
Service reps were friendly and flexible. Had to change my reservation and there were no problems. Wish mileage rate were a bit lower, but overall, very good experience.

Outstanding customer service every step of the way. They went out of their way make the rental more than a business transaction. They clearly enjoyed their work and it permeated the entire process. I would highly encourage you to use them for all your rental needs.
The local only truck did the job with no issues. The only thing to check is that the dome light only stayed on for 5 minutes. All of my encounters with the staff, when I confirmed the reservation the day before pick up, and to pick up the truck, gave me a comfortable feeling that I would not have any problems. All of my questions were answered clearly and cheerfully. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. As a result, the entire process went smoothly with no surprises.
Everything went smoothly for our move-in and move-out. Movers could access area without any difficulty. This met our need for storage.

I dropped off my truck after having a lot of issues associated with picking up the truck and not having any accessories available. They they weren't able to do anything except tell me that my concerns would have to be addressed by corporate
Customer service was excellent.
I tried to take a picture of my DL for a mobile check in but it wouldn't take the pic. I was told it was because I have more than one last name on my DL and I made reservation with only one last name. Good For others to know! Otherwise all went well and I didn't use the dolly even tho I had requested it on my reservation and I was still charged. The tie was not broken on the dolly in the uhaul.

I'm really upset with the current rental experience. I have been renting for years. This past experience has been a total nightmare. I rented a truck for a day. First time ever since COVID. I came in requested a truck. The guy at the front was on a call, trying to manage everything before the end of the day. He handled my order fast and rushed me out the door. I had no clue, uploading my ID was also authorizing everything. He handed me the keys and I went to grab my furnishings purchased two items. I loaded and needed help the next day. So, I kept the truck overnight. I meant to bring back right away. Well, the next morning I unload the truck with the hired muscle. When I was in the back cab of the truck I noticed damage inside. It was near the top corner. I also noticed the welding markings and glue looking substance in the corner. So, I knew then it was part of the truck. Did not think anything of it and went about unloading the two items. I dropped off the truck with no issues. I received an email the next day mentioning the same damage notice. I did NOT make this damage, and I have been provided screenshots of the truck entering and returning. I still do not see the damage in the video. I am being accused of making this damage. I know, I did not make this damage. I have been cooperative with the staff. But, this is unacceptable. The damage was there prior. I never was told to walk around the truck. I had no knowledge of the link sent to my phone to upload my ID also, authorized that I did walk the vehicle. The bottom line is, I did not damage any property. I'm do not appreciate being held responsible for damage not caused by me. $1,500+ is what the so, called damage is cost. I find it very unsettling that the welding marks, some weird bonding glue is all evident and the videos do not clearly show damage. Why, am I getting stuck with this outrageous charge.

I expected to get a total of what my mileage was before payment and given a receipt. I was told an estimate, but at checkout upon bringing back the vehicle I was not told what my total was.

The only reason I didn't give excellent is because the gentleman Lane was in a very bad mood when I picked up the truck. He's knowledgeable and efficient, but he shouldn't take his bad moods out on other people. I didn't do anything to him. The ladies that work there are both very nice.
I thought this rental was fine from pickup to return. The experience turned bad when I received a voicemail from the manager stating I had not returned a dolly and six blankets. I called the location to discuss the matter. My reservation began as an online reservation and I specifically declined ALL extras as I did not need a dolly, blankets, or any of the other offerings. When I picked up the truck, there was no checkout process with the equipment itself. There was no inspection of the vehicle or opening of the cargo door which could have prevented this issue. When I arrived at my destination for loading the truck, I opened the cargo door to an empty cargo box. There was NO dolly or six blankets. This is exactly what I expected as I had not requested those items. I completed my task and returned the truck exactly as I had received it, proceeding through the after hours return process including the required photos. When I contacted the store, I was told the dolly and six blankets were standard for this truck. That was never explained to me when I received the truck or I might have been able to raise the issue. A simple pre-release inspection could have done the same. The failure to inspect is surely on security video as I received the truck near the storage entry gate. This is clearly a management failure to properly maintain inventory and a process failure to know what does and does not leave with each rental. I absolutely am not responsible for the missing items and will pursue all legal remedies available to me on principle despite the cost for such action relative to the lower cost of the item replacement. I expect to hear from a senior manager about this matter.
All the staff at the Cedar Park location were so friendly and accommodating, I had issues with weather, mud, had to extend my rental, and Jade, Mason and Jason were understanding, helpful, and made a stressful situation a lot more bearable. Kudos!
Nice people and service was outstanding!
Waited 45 min through mobile pickup for someone to approve me to take the vehicle and was late to meet the movers. I was also charged $14 for extra coverage that I declined. I'd like a refund for the $14 and partial refund fir the truck rental.
Short and disrespectful staff at drop off and pick up, would not recommend this location to anyone.
It seems like there needs to be better management and better hiring practices. William was very helpful, it was his team that seemed to suck. The girl seemed poorly trained and the person getting trucks ready seemed like he didn't want the job. Plenty of people can and would do a better job than that guy and whomever is in charge of hiring. We also arrived to pick up a 24/7 reservation and the app told us to come back when the store opened. Not super great when you're planning to move before the heat. We were very disappointed with the overall experience, especially when we have trusted this brand for so many years.

Slow to open store, turn on lights at 9:00 a.m., no countertop, agent was unclear about instructions for rental, or explain to contact person he called why he called her, did not review basics of operating the rental truck
Truck was dirty, workers said truck kept 2 days late Took awhile to check out because previous renter charge denied, workers couldn't clear truck to rent to me

The guy or more like the kid at the front desk was not helpful at all. He was in fact very rude. He acted like that of a thug and was very rude. I was having trouble with the app and was asking for assistance. He was acting aggressive and unpleasant. He was very pushy for me to just accept everything on the app and was uncooperative in solving my issues I wasn't given the opportunity to view/review my rental prior to using and wasn't given the opportunity to ask questions and express my concerns. Very shady location! He even tried to stare me down which was quite humorous. I would never rent from this place again
I am very disappointed with my experience. I had to call 3 times for a reservation and even then when I arrived there was no record of my rental. Seriously? There was also no ability to email me the contract - or so I was told; except I got one of them by email after I rented and it was the wrong one. Really upsetting.
I needed a vehicle to move a refrigerator a short distance and U-Haul was there to help. It was fast to get it and return. I would recommend this U-Haul to anyone.
The employees worked together to get me what I needed. They went above and beyond to ensure that I got the equipment that I needed.
The guy that checked us out was completely unprofessional. We stood outside due to COVID (totally understand and respect) but was assisted at the door and then not spoke to again for another 15 minutes. Once this gentleman approached us at the door he said to start the process online. This should have been brought up the first time we were assisted. Lucky for me I had already did the online process to help speed things up yesterday. Once we were in the store at his counter he spoke to his coworker “had to wrap up my bathroom break quicker than expected†in front of us standing there. Completely inappropriate. He then asked for a alternate number in which we gave him and he called the number and looked up at us and did not hear a ring and questioned if we gave a legitimate number. Our ringer was on silent so we showed the missed call and returned the call back to the store to prove our number was correct. He then mentions how people give false numbers all the time. I told him maybe next time let us know in advance you are calling to check up on the number given so we can make sure we are ready for the call standing in front of you. Next he steps out to look for the van and comes back in saying “you are ready Yoâ€. Not quite sure the requirements to be hired at U-Haul but this guy did not come across professional in any way. It makes me want to find another location to avoid dealing with him again. We use your business to pick up new purchased furniture every now and then but I'm sure there are other rentals that would treat us like citizens and not criminals in the future.
Reserved our truck online (a 10'). Arrived and truck was not available so they put us in a 15' and charged us for the larger truck even though we'd reserved a smaller one. This location boasts a $50 guarantee that your reserved truck will be there but what a joke. Passenger door and window of truck did not work.
Store personnel could be a bit friendlier to customers. He was much nicer to his female coworker than to me. He rattled off the contract in a military manner to me without much thought of customer service.
Disappointing that we only wanted /requested a 10ft box truck but none could be located & could not be given the same price for the 15ft that was for the 10ft. Other than that so problem
We rented a truck same day and the pick-up process was quick, easy and the truck we received was super clean which helped us really feel at ease. Return was very easy as well. Great job!

The price is a bit high, trash wasn't picked up frequently seemed to be overflowing most of the time. Locked dumpsters weren't convenient. security gate seemed to be broken frequently

The first lady that helped rented a space that was too small for my trailer. After about 30 minutes of trying to park it I gave up and went back in. The manager gave me a bigger space after that.

Customer service was great. The facility is modern and accommodates lots of different storage needs. The door on our unit was hard to lift but the unit was clean and easy to access.

I have rented storage units, pods trucks and car dolly from from U- haul at 700 S Blvd Cedar Park Tx. for the last 5 years and I have been very pleased , I couldn't ask for a better manager Glenda .

I will use U Halhal every time I need to storage a y items.
I didn't need the unit for long, but it was perfect for my needs. The staff were very accommodating.
Carts were very helpful in moving boxes and items to the 2nd floor. Our space was not air conditioned when we rented however that was added during our stay.
Glenda went above and beyond to help with everything she could. Highly recommended.

They auto drafted almost $700 from my acc at the 620 address w/ out my authorization. Never got anything resolved like I was promised. The guy working last Saturday was a smartass wouldnt let me rent

Although our experience in Cedar Park was good, our U-haul experience with the Lufkin dealer was horrible to the utmost! And the phone call experience was as horrific!! The Longview manager was GREAT

You did not have my reservation, didn't really seem to care, stated you looked up availability in your computer and "assured" me that you spoke to the Round Rock facility for availability. Lies.
Excellent staff, clean, secure and safe. Would highly recommend this storage facility.

We had issues with the ability of getting a trailer in and out of the facility do to the uhaul trucks/ trailer blocking the way and the broken gates. Billing issues from credits and was locked out.
The construction going on June 12th complicated move-out. I would especially like to thank the younger man behind the desk on Tuesday as he was very professional and helpful and made it easier.
I was quite pleased with your services from the truck to the storage unit. My door was jammed and you were able to fix it on the spot.
very helpful; we used this place for relocation from Houston to Austin. They were helpful with equipment and extended rentals.
Yard space too small for big truck; all units are accessed from inside only. No proration in billing. Parking in front very minimal. Other than that, all was worth the trip.
Had the storage unit for 5 years and not one problem to report. Excellent!
The ONLY reason for not giving 5 start is that the main gate seems to be broken a high percentage of the time and navigating the front parking lot can be a real obstacle course.
