Although all went well, My receipt was not sent to me by employee at rental place as he said he did. On top of that I called numerous times to talk to someone locally and every time I was sent to the national call center, 12 minute wait turned in to 25, I couldn't wait any longer, etc.. This location was great! But the uhaul.com website and my emails all directed me to go to the location I'd asked for the equipment to be at. Never did I receive an update to move to this location and even the invoice I pulled up on the uhaul website had the wrong address/business for pickup location and it was never updated. That wasted a significant amount of my time and delayed my starting to load the trailer since I had to drive across town to the correct location.Eugene W.

The Castle Rock location and the Grandville location have great staff and are very helpful. If it weren't for them, it would have been a much different experience. The online system was not current and very confusing (e.g. showed the Uboxes as in storage in Castle Rock but received a text that they were in Michigan).Sheri M.

I can believe that I went back to this place last time I was there the costumer service was the same way mean and unfriendly costumer service. Because I rented a truck I had a free month of storage I set it up only. I showed up and they changed the whole application to their convinces putting me on 3rd floor and on 2 separately units what a joke this place is not add any more to the terrible service they make me purchase 2 locks because they give me 2 units so terrible service. Hope life will never bring me back to this place. Compare to the place up at Gilbert she people there cares is a community thing people and the people at the Gilbert location do. There seems to be a disconnect between the process to rent a vehicle through the U-Haul website and your location. After entering a LOT of info, to include a picture (both sides) of my Drivers License, that whole application should be a virtual one-click for your agents at the store. Not so. I had to go through the whole thing again. This is a real waste of time for you and the customer. Better tell corporate, or fix this in-house. And speaking of time, I had my U-Haul pickup truck rented from 10:30 am , needing it for only for two hours. Because of problems other customers ahead of me were having with THEIR website applications and agents not finding the answers right away, I had to wait for an available agent and I didn't leave the lot until 11:05. Okayâ€¦ it is what it isâ€¦ I bring back the truck (having stopped to add gas) right around 12:30 or so, figuring that you don't count the time until the truck leaves the lot, I was well within my time. I park it at the appropriate place for returns, out front. The agent who helped me originally (a nice gent), is helping another customer, but looks up and says to me, â€œBack already?â€ Another agent, chimes in that (due to them helping other customers) I can go online and do my return that way. â€œOkay,â€ I say. I snap a picture of the truck parked in the U-Haul lot, as directed, but get a notice that the geo-location part of the return is not working, so am further directed to just leave the keys in the lock box on the door of the building. Easy enough. Ha. Then a charge of $94 posts to my card. No invoice sent, explaining the charges. For two hours, mileage, tax, and a $10 insurance so some knucklehead doesn't hit me and take $200 for a deductible, I get a charge close to $100?? The rental rate for that truck is $19.95 a day, and I actually had it for LESS than 2 hours. I understand from an agent that helped me today, that I was charged an extra day because â€œit came back LATE.â€ I have photographic evidence that says otherwise. The bottom-line, up front, is this. You need to do this better. You've already convinced me that my next vehicle purchase IS a pick-up, but it doesn't need to be this painful.Mitchell B.

Customer service was a joke. Took almost an hour to get our trailer because the lady helping us kept getting interrupted. When dropping of the trailer no one was inside, instead he was outside smoking cigarettes and talking with his wife. Couldn't figure out how to give the deposit back to us.
