I prepaid for the truck/equipment/insurance. When I went to go pick it up, the system did not reflect that I prepaid so the staff had to dig through the system to figure it out. The issue was resolved, just wish the glitch didn't take place. Everything else was good, thank youANTHONY R.

Terrible service. I rented an auto transport trailer and 15-foot truck. The kid who hooked up the trailer seemed to have never done it before. Then, I was left to figure out how to get my car on the trailer securely and safely. That kid just disappeared. They sent me a YouTube video how to get a car on their trailer. Horrible. I can see how someone might not do that very well and cause who knows what kind of harm.THOMAS G.

Great staff at this location. came mid morning without a reservation needing a trailer to move a new refrigerator to the house and the whole staff was professional and kind. love the whole streamline approach to the rental and walk around process. and the lady that helped me with the rental made sure I had everything I needed to make sure my new refrigerator made it home safe and easily. It was very difficult to change dates. Also, I had originally placed an order for two Uboxes,but cancelled one. That double booking kept showing up throughout the process in your online system. The phone representatives were also confused as to where the box was to go to and come from. It really sounds like you need to make your computer system easier to use for your employees!Myanna D.

Busy busy place both on a weekday & Saturday. Above average experience because of Fairelynn who is amazing and extremely helpful and friendly given how busy the place is. Poor experience due to the Manager (not sure of his name) who was rude and condescending. We always use U-Haul for all our moving needs and let our family and friends know the ease of it online. I really think U-Haul has a unique advantage over all others. For the first time, we used the recommended movers.com to help us. Much to our dismay, the movers in AZ cancelled at 11:00AM. We were charged and additional $140.00 for the last minute replacement. As a company, they are not up to the same standards that U-Haul has. Even though it was their mistake, they made us pay for it. Our hands were tied since we were on a tight schedule. I hear that you are not associated with them, just thought you might want to know about our experience with the first mover group, especially since they didn’t show up, we can’t put that experience on their website I am told. We have always enjoyed U-Haul and the 26 foot truck was totally awesome, a great drive and a great deal! Thanks to U-Haul for always being there for us and the extremely fair pricing!
