This Uhaul has very kind and loving staff who went out of their way to try to help me and though I live out of state, they treated me more than fairly. I highly recommend this storage facility to everybody.

I was helped by Canaan in this location. He was knowledgeable, checked the car thoroughly without keeping me waiting. The trucks in this location are always clean.
Efunkemi O.The installer couldn't start right away. He had a delay 20 minutes because the bay where the car was gonna get pulled in had big boxes that a forklift had to move. And it took him longer than expected to install due to needing to drill some holes but overall we got done and it looked good but I was there from 6:45 till 9:10 .

MARCOS C.When the trailer was returned to the rental facility, it was not checked in properly. I called back approximately an hour and a half later since I had not received my e-mailed receipt. I was told the trailer was not checked in and the person on the phone made no effort to determine whether I had actually turned it in as I stated. I was told it would be done by closing and I would receive my receipt at that time. The following morning I still had not received my receipt and returned to the facility. The individual that assisted me stated he saw the note on my account that I had called the previous day, but he "could not" locate the trailer in the yard the previous evening so they did not know where the trailer was or if I had turned it in. The employee next to the one I was dealing with asked what the trailer number was and when he was told he indicated he was in the process of renting out that very trailer. 1) The employee who disconnected the trailer from my vehicle the previous day when I returned it failed to check it in properly, 2) They were unable to locate the trailer later that evening even though it was in their lot, and 3) They are apparently able to rent out a trailer that their system should have (mistakenly) indicated was not returned. Piss poor service all around and I will never rent from this facility again.

Then you called after I had the trailer and said it's only 1 day and it needed to be returned by 8 am the following day. I needed to drop off at a different location and after many calls to your representatives NO ONE could make this happen. I wound up having to keep the trailer overnight and retun to the original location which was SEVERAL miles away. Complete mess. I have never had this trouble with UHaul NEVER!

However, the manager should have give him instruction in a timely manor instead of putting this as lowest priority and letting the customer wait for hour hours.

You spend all that time setting everything up online and when you get to the rental facility they force you to go inside and wait in long lines. If you use this branch, don't do the truck share because they won't let you skip the line.

I think I saw that you have videos showing how do everything but a good UI and proper approach to a good UX would eliminate the need for videos that most people I would assume don't want to take the time to watch. The webpage performance was slow but that could hve just been my device.

From friendly and accommodating customer service, to on time delivery and retrieval of the Boxes, to delivery across the country (actually a little earlier than planned), to final delivery at our challenging driveway. Nothing was damaged in the U-Boxes and none of the 7 Boxes we used had any settling (I attribute this to the care they took loading and unloading the boxes on their trucks). You really can put a lot of items in these U-Boxes and are a perfect alternative to Pods. We would definitely use this service again.

I went to get money and when I returned I was told by a different person that unit was reserved. I'm assuming he's new but with how much he struggled it felt like he still needed training or someone assisting with the check in. Our unit now has a few different peoples information on it simply because my spouse and I can't have the same address? How does that even make sense. Then when confirming what I reserved he rattled off the wrong unit. So we had to correct that. Once we got through the actual check in he handed us a map and flagged down someone to take us back to the unit. This is where I would rate the entire experience poor at best. There are random vehicles just stored everywhere. There is no clear access to our unit. What was most frustrating was due to the fact you can't actually drive up to our unit (poor planning and layout on uhauls behalf) he didn't mention maybe backing the trailer up so we could at least cut down some of the foot traffic. It's frustrating because we rented a rather large unit and you physically can not drive up to the thing. Had I known how poor the layout was I wouldn't have chosen the facility at all. Staff was ok but clearly needs training. The facility itself is a mess.

For the first time, we used the recommended movers.com to help us. Much to our dismay, the movers in AZ cancelled at 11:00AM. We were charged and additional $140.00 for the last minute replacement. As a company, they are not up to the same standards that U-Haul has. Even though it was their mistake, they made us pay for it. Our hands were tied since we were on a tight schedule. I hear that you are not associated with them, just thought you might want to know about our experience with the first mover group, especially since they didn't show up, we can't put that experience on their website I am told. We have always enjoyed U-Haul and the 26 foot truck was totally awesome, a great drive and a great deal! Thanks to U-Haul for always being there for us and the extremely fair pricing! Communication sucked, don't think I would recommend you for storage.
