Not lie to your customers immediately returned the 15' truck I rented due to the fact the sales rep told me the ramp that came with it was 30 inches wide and they are only 25 and 1/2 inches wide which which deemed this truck to be useless to me. Your online pick up didn't work as the app kept saying my order wasn't there and had to have a rep after hours help me so I wasted almost an hour just to pick up the truck that wouldn't work for what I needed. Therefore I will not be paying this bill my credit card company will dispute this charge because I am not going to pay for something I didn't use and wouldn't work for what I needed it for after your sales rep told me it would be big enough for what I need after I specifically stated I need a minimum 30 inch wide ramp because what I was moving was 29 inches wide to roll up the ramp.RYANPHILLIP RAMA I.

I made reservations days ahead of time so I have convenient close to me location. On the day of the pick up I hat emailed hour before scheduled time that my pick up location was moved miles away from me. I pay for every mile I use your truck. I called you but every time operator transfers me to find out if my truck was available at my scheduled location phone call got hanged up. I wonder how much extra money this scam generates for uhaul. I was charged for 18 miles of use , but the truck stayed parked for 95% of the time I rented it because the closing to my new house delayed by 2 weeks. How was this possible ? I drove from your location to Carnegie Avenue, Elmont to LInden Blvd, Cambria Heights then to Dutchgate Estate in Valley Stream, NY. . I did a calculation on my Google Maps and it 3.5 miles. Further than the Location, U-Haul has again pulled a fantastic bait and switch. It is not enough to have U-Haul protect itself with fine prints. They switched the location for pick up from my neighborhood to a place that cost me $100 in Uber cost, almost 3 extra hours and $50 in extra mile cost. U-Haul knows that customers wouldn't book with them if their equipment would be far away and can't cancel a few hours before the move. I'm considering involving the better business bureau to investigate this bait and switch practice.PIERRED W.

The uhaul that was given to me was clean, however the mileage was incorrect and i was not aware of it until i returned the truck and entered my ending mileage and i was told â€œthat the mileage shown on the vehicle was lower that what i entered for me starting mileageâ€ this caused me to be sitting outside in the rain and not completing my return form for my uhaul. I made a reservation at the Bellerose location but it was moved to Cambria Heights after the fact because Bellerose apparently didn't have the truck. This location was about 4 miles further away than where I wanted to rent from. Additionally, I had a furniture dolly in my order but when I picked up the truck, they were out of furniture dollies. I ended up have to rent the appliance dolly instead. Overall I ended up spending more money than I originally planned because uHaul couldn't accommodate my original order.Justin F.
