Service was unmatched and can not in my opinion be improved upon. Someone should give the young men who waited on me a merit raise because of their excellent customer service and demeanor.
Bradley G.Please make self return more accesible and clear, it seems like the system was created in such away to get tired at return and give up to pay the extra fee. I've rented dozens of U-Haul and the self return was way much easier before. And it's not that you have to be good with technology, I'm pretty good at it and it's a hussle. Gracias

Malik J.Overall, my experience here was good. That said, I had reserved a furniture dolly that I desperately needed in order to move out of my apartment. When I arrived at the location they told me that they had no dollies available. This felt incredibly frustrating, as I had not been notified previous to arriving that I would not be getting a furniture dolly with the truck I rented. This put me in a difficult bind at the very start a long moving day. I really would've appreciated some advance communication. Not having something in stock is totally understandable, but not letting customers know ahead of time that something they reserved is not available doesn't feel right.

Grovena G.First truck I was given had a bad wiper blade I drove it to the front and asked if they could replace it. They said they didn't do that so I had to wait until she was able to give me another truck as there is only one person helping everyone in the front. When I get my second truck there are pallets in the back and it's Filthy. I had to wait even further until they got some one to move the pallets and clean it. Over all I wasted 45 minutes of my time allowed to use the truck to conduct my move. Uhaul needs to have better processes in place to Alleviate his headaches

Juan G.The truck is in dire need of a tune-up. There steering is not balanced, and the vehicle wobbled from side to side while driving in a lane. There were cigarette ashes in the cup holders and it smelled badly of cigarette smoke. The entire inside had not been cleaned, wiped down, or sanitized. The seat belts felt filled with grime from years of not being cleaned.
Ngozi W.I consistently didn't hear back when I reached out regarding the issues I experienced over the past yr. I consistently could never get through on the phobe and would sit on hold for hours. My contract and unit was put in a random person's name and address due to this I was told I could not get information on this account . This error was supposedly corrected multiple times and never was. I was reassured that the storage would fit my belongings. There was a huge cement cylinder taking up the majority of the rm. I ended up having to switch to a more expensive room when this was discovered upon arrival despite explicitly inquiring beforehand.

DUANE J.i returned the truck after hours and dropped the keys off in the dropbox and went to the clicked the link to verify the truck return and ran into a issue. it was asking for a photo of the mileage and gas tank level, unfortunately when i returned the keys to the dropbox i was not able to take the photos to complete my return.

aezaz U.Wonderful people. The original pick up location was changed, as I found out the early morning I got an uber to get truck and I was not notified. The wonderful people there got me a truck at a closer location and the wonderful man drove me there himself, started the Truck for me and the woman was so helpful. I was in panic mode, but they fixed everything quickly. Thank goodness! I wanted to call them both to let them know I got to my out of state location safely with no problems. Even the guy at the drop off was just wonderful in my new state. He even called a cab for me to get home. Thank goodness for UHaul.
CATHERINE L.Had a good storage expericence with the exception that someone on my floor decided it was ok to store a cat in one of the lockers. I heard the poor cat scream over the course of a couple of week while I was moving things in and out of the place. First time, I thought I was hearing things but a week later I definately knew it was a stored cat. Whoever treated a cat like this should be held accountable legally. I called the office but no answer and the call forwarded to the main UHAUL customer service line. I told the rep about it and he wrote a note to managenement and I think it was taken care of. Which is good cause I was about to call 911, animal control, the media etc. This is extreme animal cruelty and I think better measures should be in place to not only check what people are storing but to hold them responsible if they break the rules or the law.

DUANE J.Hello, the people in the location were really friendly. I had an issue with returning the equipment. While I was returning the truck, it asked me to take a picture of the odometer and upload it. I tried so many times and there was a glitch in the system. The taxi waited for me to complete the process and I couldn't finish because of this issue and I ended paying fine for taxi and I reached out to U-Haul customer care explaining the issue but no compensation was made due to system fault. Ended up paying extra money to taxi and waited on cold. Disappointed by the service.

I ended up paying a separate company to rewrite things a different way but they said that the wiring in the trailer caused short circuits with anything they plugged into it. The service rep said “Yeah, I don't know why that sign is there, we never go out there.†The Service rep was abrupt and not the least bit interested in hearing what I had to say about the truck. I told him that I was returning the two utility dollies that I had rented and that they were both in the back of the truck. He said “Yeah, yeahâ€, OKâ€. But never went to check.

When my mother asked what was going on, one of the employee started to yell at her very very aggressively. She told her to shut up and just go to another store!! My mother was so in shock she started to cry!! This employee was very loud and hostile to us both. We just didn't not understand why she would be putting my credit info in her phone; that was the only question we asked. Also we were terrified for our lives because NO ONE at this location wore a mask except for my mom and I during my entire experience!!! So ALARMING!!!!!!! This behavior is very very very unacceptable due COVID-19 killing people and my mom having underling health issues!!!!!!!!. You're staff put my mom and I at risk in addition to the belligerent behavior of your employee ( I think she was a manager). Lastly, I spoke to someone at this location two days prior to my move-in a safe said that my unit was available on the first floor which was imperative, I even told her that I could pay ahead of time, but she said pay on Saturday when I arrive. When I arrived my u it had been moved to the 3rd floor which caused me to spend more money with the movers . She said that she thought that I would not mind because the 3rd floor had air conditioning, but actually I did mind; the decision caused me to spend more money considering I was moved to the 3rd floor and across the building!!!!! I would have went to another U-Haul if I knew this was a possibility!!! Nevertheless, please contact me with a follow up call. I have never seen such poor service at your facilities!!!
