The first van i reserved was unavailable because they said it had a nail in the tire and was flat, the second van had windshield damage. The windshield had been replaced but was not completely sealed and all you could hear was wind coming through. The representative never mentioned it and it was covered with clear tape. We rented this vehicle for a one-way trip but had to change our plans and drive it to New Jersey from Boston and return it by a certain time which shorten my stay with family. The store representative Theresa has not gotten back to us regarding the matter. Very Disappointed, Poor Customer Service.

Super friendly and accommodating I rented Friday and on Easter Sunday , day before the first . So u aware how busy it was but my sale and transaction was hassle free . When I returned Friday they recommended to reserve for Sunday and I did , was the best suggestion. Sunday it was like butter walked in pickup truck and leave no waiting and it was busy . Trying to get a hold on someone on the phone is painful, to extend the rental is painful I got put on hold numerous times, just to get disconnected over 10 times. I waited on the phone for 1 hr just to get extended.

I originally went to the Abbington MA office to reserve a truck 5 days in advance. When i received a call at 6pm the day before my rental and was told i had to go to the Brockton location to pick up the 20ft truck. i asked if i would be composited because that location would add miles to my trip, they said NO For a national company this is verry poor customer service) Because of the late call the day before the move i had no choice to go to a compotator. As for the truck Missing passenger side wiper blade Needed two people to open can close the back rollup door. Needs oil change was flashing on the dashboard. The bag in the back had no moving pads in it.

Van was less than fair but definitely not as clean as I left it. The passenger side still had pieces of glass from an old accident. I took compressed air and blew everything out and gave everything a good wipe down. Something that was definitely not done before I got it.

Even when a location, staff, customer service, and equipment are great, I always feel like there's a little room for improvement. It's always a great experience for me ar this location. The people are positive, professional, personable, and are always working hard to keep things moving and get the job done.

Even though I did everything through the app I still had to wait inside for someone to get the keys, which was fine even though it took a few minutes. The truck was old and ran like crap. Kept trying to stall. When we got it home to pack it, it was absolutely disgusting inside. Not just dirt, but actual mud. Clearly no attempt was made to clean it at any point. Also no dolly inside if we had decided to use it. I chatted with U-Haul who told me it wouldn’t be a problem. When I returned the truck I told the person about the cleanliness issue, not only did I not get an apology or even any type of sympathy whatsoever, but he seemed bothered by the fact that I would even be interrupting him doing his job to tell him about the dirty truck they rented me. I’ve been using this location for the past 17 years many times, never again.

I got there at 11:05am for a 11am reservation and didn’t get to the counter until 11:48am. The line was super long with only two workers there. At around 11:20 one of the workers went to walk a customer out and disappeared for the longest leaving his coworker alone to deal with the line and before he went out to do whatever joked and said the line was looking like a Dunkin’ Donuts line. I will admit the worker who was left by himself did a great job keeping the pace. Joel I believe his name was, was very pleasant he didn’t rush us while asking questions and answering but kept a good pace. He would be the only reason we would go back.

This location horrible and they haven't found the vehicle. They sent me a bill for $3000 without any communication. I returned the vehicle the way the employee told me. Return process sucks. Not happy and I will fight this.

Terry was the best service person I dealt with over all your people were good It is too hard getting in an out of the warehouse when loading in or loading out. You have to swipe key card with every load You need freight elevators. The conveyor belt works very poorly.

The storage unit was great ....but my overall experience with U haul was not...I came up from Florida it cost me 679.00 that was a great price for 5 days and 1700ish miles..when I went back to florida a month later. 3 days and 1400ish miles it cost me 3679.00 that right 3 thousand dollars from the sam place to the same place ...I will never recommend your company a gain and after my father is funeral ill be call solve it seven to figuire it out for me....

I have been using uhaul off and fr year with a positive out for but this timem y unit had mice I it also my storage unit was broken into and the lock was changed and my things was taken,this was a inside job o cameras on the second floor so people took there time going through y unit

The system was done yesterday so I wasn’t able to move into my storage unit right away but the GM in Brockton on n main st. was very helpful and caring and assisted me in the upmost way. As my other plans got delayed because of this he was very accommodating which is very much appreciative. Great job!

I am in the process of working out an agreement with the U Haul manager due to an mice and mice dropping in the unit. while moving things around and taking things out I was startled by mice in the boxes. I havent paid due this situation. I don't even want to return to the unit. I have always used UHaul for my storage needs when ever I needed to. This is highly unusual. I'm asking g for an arrangement I dont want my belongings auctioned ed off. I have spoken with the manager George from the Main Street UHaul I. Brockton Ma. who is working with me to resolve the issue. THANK You, LaSonia Lang

Price $$$$ hike⬆️ during a pandemic is my only complaint had a 10x10 inside went from 135 to almost 150 a month 😲 Got a 10x10 outside access for 105 a month 🤗 From another storage facility 🤙

For one there was an excessive amount of mice droppings all over my stuff..My stuff was ruined because of it purses got chewed up,a mouse died on top of a dresser of mine leaving it stained.They should of told me about the infestation so I could have better protected my belongings..Apparently the ONE black box wasn’t enough....I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone
