I was charged for an extra day and the people at the place, although nice, seem to have no idea what is going on! I am due a refund of $22 but I have to call later today after work. I called once after I returned the trailer on Sunday @ 11:45am but the rep. said that it had not been checked in yet. The place did not officially check me in apparently until 12:00 monday! 24 hours later! What a nightmare but the trailer itself was great!:)

A little more communication between stores would be nice. My original order got cancelled because of equipment availability. The store I went to in Abington Ma. checked and found me the equipment in Brockton Ma 3 miles away. Terri in Brockton was great. Hooked me up with the right equipment on practically no notice. Over all things worked out great..

24/7 share service is a good concept with poor execution. I booked Brockton only to have them switch it to Abington. I drove to Abington, but the app said I had to go to Brockton. There was another couple there for Abington, but no keys in the box. I called customer service and they connected me to someone that didn't answer. The Abington store doesn't open until 9am, so I took a ride over to Brockton to see if it would let me pick up the truck there. The app worked and I was able to get a key to a truck. So, why was I sent to Abington and why was there no customer service via phone?

The truck was unsafe to drive. Stalled when backing up- brake light came on. So unsafe. Horrible and super scary experience. No one should be put in that situation.

This was not a good experience. The rental agent was not properly trained on multiple issues, from collision damage waiver to assigning the proper vehicle to the rental agreement (information didn't match). The vehicle was dirty, especially the windows. The saving grace was that on return, the agents quickly identified the multiple issues/problems and my invoice was adjusted to show the discrepancies and over-all experience. If not for them, this would have been a collasal mistake. Well done, closing agents; you saved the day.

You did not have the size truck I reserved and as a result we had to cut in half the wheelchair accessible ramp my team was moving. I also had to pay for additional hours for my team as we tried to troubleshoot this issue. The ramp now needs significant repair to be structurally sound, and I already have overspent on my budget for this.

This wasn't the Brockton location's issue but I had confirmed a pick up location the day before which was 40 minutes away. 19 minutes before my confirmed pick up time and 10 minutes before I arrived, my pick up location was changed.

I know you may have low staffing but it would show good service to bring the vehicle to the door, or have the employee walk you to where the vehicle is parked. It was a little awkward walking around the parking lot looking for my vehicle. There wasn't a spot number or letter given, either. It just takes out the guess work for your customer. However, the woman at the desk was kind, personable, and gave good service otherwise. Also, there was some uncertainty about returning my vehicle. I was told that I could return the vehicle at 5:30 PM but that the office closed at 5:00 PM. While it's fine to park the car, pull out my phone and take pictures of the odometer, and then drop the keys in the slot, I was a little confused about a fee charged for afterhours drop off. I didn't get charged the fee so that was good. But I feared that was going to get charged it so I needed clarification about that. I was told 5:30 was legitimate but I read that after hours gave me a fee so this needed to be clear.

My reservation for 7/30 was given away to someone completely different on July 4th. I had to call to rebook my reservation for 7/30. I did not pick up a truck on 7/4 but they have it under my name and information. So uhaul has no idea who they actually rented to on July 4th because it was not me. If I had not called I would have thought everything was all set for July 30th. Worse customer service. Apparently no one is checking ID'S to verify the reservations.

This eas my 1st exp renting a uhaul, therfore I have nothing to compare and am unable to rate. I can however say the app is terrible! The van I had smelt like a pack of Marlboro Reds, and the people doing check in need customer service classes stat and a snickers bar! Rude does not begin to describe this boy. Charging me almost $35 more than expected, insisting I had the van 2 days when I only had it a few hours that day. No apology. Told me he couldn't give me a receipt. No "thank you". The woman who worked the desk was new but worked there previously 20+ yrs ago (she was telling me) seemed very uncertain of her choice to return

When I reserved the truck for pick up at 6:30am, and got to the location on time. Only one person was there and couldn't get me my truck. I was told to come back at 7am. Got there at around 7:30am still couldn't get my truck on time because I was never given an access code. I checked my email, checked my U-Haul account and nothing. By the time everything was said and done I left the location late for everything that I had to do. I was on a set schedule and it set me back. Also in my order I asked for a dolly didn't get that and paid for it so I'm expecting a refund on that which I will be following up on. I would like to request a manager to call me please.

the inside of the truck was in poor condition, roof was falling down, passenger visor half torn off blocking my vision, also the wipers were falling apart and barely worked. Worked just fine for my move whoever Abe price was right so I'll get over it.

Original reservation for 17' truck in Abington, MA was not available and was sent to Brockton location. I understand that this can happen as previous renters may not return equipment in time but it would have been nice to have received an email or text in advance so as to avoid having to go to Abington altogther. I was pleased that Abington gave me an inconvenience credit of $50 and the Rep there Carlos did a great job finding me another truck at the Brockton location. At the end of the day, all worked out well but an advance notice would have made it an overall better experience.

I am in the process of working out an agreement with the U Haul manager due to an mice and mice dropping in the unit. while moving things around and taking things out I was startled by mice in the boxes. I havent paid due this situation. I don't even want to return to the unit. I have always used UHaul for my storage needs when ever I needed to. This is highly unusual. I'm asking g for an arrangement I dont want my belongings auctioned ed off. I have spoken with the manager George from the Main Street UHaul I. Brockton Ma. who is working with me to resolve the issue. THANK You, LaSonia Lang

For one there was an excessive amount of mice droppings all over my stuff..My stuff was ruined because of it purses got chewed up,a mouse died on top of a dresser of mine leaving it stained.They should of told me about the infestation so I could have better protected my belongings..Apparently the ONE black box wasn’t enough....I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone
