The call center is horrible. They recommended a truck that was way to big for moving a small lawnmower and caused me to spend way more money than I had to.

The agent tried SIX times to complete the process. I was told that that online system is not compatible with the software in the stores. He finally canceled the reservation and ran the rental from scratch. This added 30 minutes to the in-store process even though I had set everything up online.

Long line - waited over an hour - there was a verbal altercation between a customer and the Uhaul team member. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Also was charged more than originally quoted, when they tried to get a hold of customer service - they could not help either! Very bad customer service and experience.

Customer service was horrible. Workers do not do a full inspection on vehicles from mileage, gas etc.. are not were they said it is in the computer. I was overcharged for the gas. I took a picture of the gas as well as the mileage. I told the rep who assist me about the amount of mileage I would be traveling and she told me the total would roughly cost around $80- 90 when returning the vehicle another rep told me I have to pay $168. Which is way over. I could not believe the horrible news from one other rep. Lack of communication all around. I would recommend training for all employees to inspection on all vehicles from mileage, gas or all around safety. Very disappointed. Would not recommend any to that location.

this is the second time I told the tech the back door is very hard to put up and even harder to pull down don't you ever oil the roolers on the doors

Want to mention the assistant manager Alex and how amazing he was my experience he’s one of the only reasons why I went to this location being that I live two towns over , he’s the reason for my Great experience

I cancelled my unit because the facility had an issue with pipes bursting and water damage and I have never been compensated for my furniture that was ruined. I plan to contact corporate.
