I made one load then went to go get another and the truck stalled going up the hill and then it was driving like the transmission was failing. I brought it back and they said they could give me a credit and NOPE! Paid full price for a truck I couldn't even finish moving

RITA MLess waiting because when I drop the van it is only one person working and I had to wait with 4 other customers for 20 minutes,nobody at the desk.That was awful.I wonder what happened.When I pick up the Van in the morning it’s the same thing.You can not run a business with one person to serve you.What happens if the person is diabetic and falls anytime in the store.You guys need to care more about your customers.The wait is too long.
JEAN MEven though your employees are good and can multitask they need a little help. I believe two people at all times should be at the counter, especially when it's busy and people are just dropping off trucks to relate stress on the job and to be able to perform better at the counter.
JOE DExtremely disappointed, when reserving a truck onl8ne it was easy and quick.when arriving at location, the clerk was not trained well and had asked me to type in my information for him on a key board that was barely readable. Very unsatisfied with my experience.

MARCUS PReturning trucks were parked infront of my rental. I had to ask someone to move the trucks (which they did) but the line of rental returns was blocking the entrance - I'm not sure why it wasn't done sooner or why I had to ask for help when it was quite obvious, they needed to be moved.
Katelyn PMake sure all equipment is newer and not junk like I had to have had a trunk that was at least 20 years old. The breakers were not in good working order.secondly the truck I was given was the bottom of the barrel.lastly I clearly drove 23 and being charged 39 miles.i know the destination we drove to was 11.5 miles each way so that's why I calculated 30 and we ended up found 23.so I don't know how 11.5 miles both ways equals 39 is beyond me. Check your miles people you maybe getting ripped off.

PEDRO AThe previous renter of this trailer used it for construction debris and did not sweep it out. It had a lot of gypsum dust from drywall in it. I had to clean it.

MANUEL MThe people and trucks were great! However, when both picking up and dropping off, the computer system was either slow on non-responsive. This caused no end of frustration with myself and other customers!
JOE PAll the staff, especially Xander and Janay were very helpful in processing the paperwork and locating and returning the truck. I would definitely work with U-Haul in Brockton again!
ALAN SMaybe training employees so instead of them arguing with the customer they try to help them find better. Listening to the customer a little more and do not assume the customer is not aware of the area where they live. Oh and don't just go ahead and assign locations or equipment to customers instead let the custome choose what is convenient for them
ROSA IWell now I can see improvement with the new manager need more staff n need to know what they are doing up front. Because I ment 2 staff didn't know what it meant to close out an acct fr a customer.. thank u

VICTOR BWorst experience of my entire life! I had to wait 2 hours when I picked up the truck because they weren't fully trained and didn't know what to do. I stopped at the facility that I was going to use for storage. They couldn't process it because the system was down. Went next day… emptied truck and the unit they gave me was full of someone else's belongings. Couldn't get another unit that day so I had to leave everything in the hallway until the next day! I got a call from the rude manager asking why the unit was empty. I told him what happened and was waiting for them to give me another unit. He said well this your unit and you have until 7pm to get your stuff in there! I received a free month for a one way move. They did not apply that to the unit. They put another lock on the unit so I couldn't get my stuff out stating I owed money. Talking to employees and only the manager could do that. No return calls and the manager was never at the location for me to speak to. Spoke with customer service for 5 days and they can't do anything either. Finally got a supervisor on the phone and he was actually able to contact the manager. Get this one okay….. the manager AGAIN wants to give me an attitude saying you need to have all your stuff out today (last day of the free 30 days).
COLLEEN S | Overall ExperienceHad a $100 charge held onto my debit card. After dropping off the truck, I didn't get a receipt. Instead I got an email the next day stating I never returned the truck. After reporting back that I did, I was sent a receipt for a charge of $78, but my card was charged for the full $100 hold amount. If this isn't fixed within a few days, there will be a charge back for the full amount.

EDSON CAfter making online reservations, I received a call sending me to Brockton location instead of Abington, when I went to Brockton they knew nothing about it and did not have the trailer, after going out of my way , Abington did have the trailer after all.
ANTHONY VMake sure the truck is cleaned out. I was given a truck that smelled terrible. It had a super strong cigarette odor coming from it, so bad I had to stop and get a spray for the odor because it was so bad. I would have to give it another shot before recommending to somebody else.

Jorandir PWhen I turned the wheel I heard clicks. I felt that the track was old and now well maintained. Also there was less than 1/4 gas. I felt that if I was driving a long distance I had to fill out the gas and then again fill out the gas upon return to make sure I return with the same gas in the tank. Please at least fill out half tank ! Good service!

I had trouble trying to use the mobile app to return the vehicle after hours because it was saying that I did not have a reservation, but there was a guy still in the office when I got there and I knocked on the door. He was very nice, came out and took the keys and said he would take care of putting it back in the system.

LEONEL AWasn't clear about the pricing. 20 dollar truck, i put 32 miles on it and paid 102 dollars. I would never do this again, only if i have to. And I wouldn't recommend to anyone, the truck was alright, customer service was poor.

I havent paid due this situation. I don't even want to return to the unit. I have always used UHaul for my storage needs when ever I needed to. This is highly unusual. I'm asking g for an arrangement I dont want my belongings auctioned ed off. I have spoken with the manager George from the Main Street UHaul I.
