brandi J.I returned the trailer on Saturday May 14. When I arrived there were something like 2 truck returns waiting and 3 trailer returns waiting also. I only saw one person on the premises; the nice young man who helped me. He said there was a trainee in “the back†but person had been on the job 4 days. I sensed the young man was frustrated but he did all he could to service me and the others waiting. I suggest you look into why there was such a shortage of personnel on a Saturday.

Anthony L.I reserved the van online using my Wells Fargo card, which is a bank/credit card. Went through with no problem. When I arrived, I got informed that this was not a major credit card??? Since when is Visa not a major credit card. I advised this is a credit card, issues by Wells Fargo with a limit of 15k. Didn't matter. I had to use my Best Buy card, which was Visa as well. Then had to have my picture of my license and self scanned into a phone. This was done use a regular phone, no mention of security or information on how these items are stored and where they are put. I will not be recommending anyone go to U-Haul. There is far too much identity theft and now my id is floating around out there. Really not acceptable.

Instructions need to emphasize "FOLLOW THESE STEPS OR ELSE" for a better first-time move-in experience. The alarm works great!

In comparison the new trailer was well maintained, not rusty and importantly not bent. They went out of their way to inform uhaul and gave me a new contract and expected no payment for their great service.

I contacted this store in regards regards this and was told they were going to fix it and refund me my money for the 2nd day but I just checked my account and the charge finalized thru without refunding me my money!!!!! I'm very upset about this as money is super tight and I don't have it to be wasting considering I was told they were going to refund my day I didn't use.

MISSOURI L.The older gentleman that met me in the parking lot and hung with me throughout the process was excellent? The younger worker at the desk was fast asleep when we approached the desk and had to be woken by the gentleman helping me. The younger man was also very slow in processing requests. He also could not find the size we needed and we settled for a smaller one. When we went to unload, we noticed an empty one of the size we needed. The older gentleman then took over our order as the other man was with a customer. He found the one we had seen was empty and confirmed it was open and rented it to us.

There was even mold found on some of my stuff and I had to throw it out and get it replaced even though they have air conditioning. Will not be using this location again :)

Could not get anyone at the facility itself to answer the phone, when they did answer the phone they hung up on us without saying a word. In addition I called they hundred number for U-Haul and spoke to a tech they told me oh well you'll just need to go in there, first that wasn't what I was told when I got to the building I was told I could cancel online or via telephone second I have Covid I can't just go in there. In addition it show me owing for September and for October, I moved out August 30 oh nothing. It took nine days before I received my cancellation receipt, the customer service with U-Haul is terrible.

Over charged by $265, drove 1hr 2x to get credit Could not do it, then attempted 2 credits 1st for 104.95. Wrote it for 10,495!!!!! Then to rectify charged me 10,495. Due to this my cc co had to reduce available credit. The CHARGE HIT IMMEDIATELY BUT NOT THE CREDIT!!!! Upset disgusted least how I feel

This is not the way to treat good customers, I also rented several trucks and trailers from this location. I don't believe I will use them again in the future

thomas l. | Overall ExperienceThe facility is climate controlled. You back your vehicle into a secure 2 bay area and use a keycard to open the doors to the facility. Once inside you find carts for your use, as well as security beyond what you would expect. If someone tries to open your unit without first scanning your keycard to gain entry an alarm sounds and security is alerted. UHaul seems to have this storage thing covered!
