Hello, I just received my bank statement and it shows you charged my card twice, one in the amount of $70.03 and a second (pending) charge of $15.58. I ONLY approved the amount of $70.03 to be charged.  Please refund $15.58 back to my Visa card ending in 7943 immediately.   Should there be any questions I can be reached at 773-569-7839. The general manager and customer service are the worst that I have every experienced at Uhaul.

I was originally supposed to drop off the truck at S Cottage Grove St location. But when I reached there the manager there told me that I should have received a text about an updated location of W Pershing. When I said that I hadn't, she went inside and suddenly I got a text right then, and I was told to return it at the updated location. Not only I had to go through all this trouble, the manager was quite rude and unapologetic. I had to take an Uber from W Pershing location and still got late for an appointment that I had. Overall, returning the truck was a very terrible experience. I think U-haul should at least compensate me for the Uber.

I wasn’t told I needed an access key for after hours moved. I assumed since the truck was reserved in the evening, in the middle of my move I was locked out. my storage was open unlocked

Explain the WHOLE contract, the we the consumers can make a better decisions on how to rent your services and NOT get hit with sticker shock of hidden fees. I would like to personally thank your employee Beautiful or Beauty; I think that was her name. The ways of professionalism, candor she demonstrates CANNOT be thought but admired; very well done, the personnel traits that makes parent's proud. As well you U Haul; not what I expected from that location. Thank you Beauty allowing me to Grace your presence.

Got the truck with no dolly inside though I ordered two, so I went back to pickup location to grab dollies but the store was closed. Called customer service for 10 min to talk to an actual person, and she agreed to extend the rental for another couple of hours so we could grab dolly when store is re-open, but eventually we decided to move without dolly anyway. With much more effort and time we finished moving, but in the final receipt it turns out that I have to pay for all the mileages (from my home to the pick up location, around 5 mile per way, so ~10 miles for round trip) including those that I used for going back to pickup location to get dollies (the store was closed though, so I actually got no dolly). We moved till early morning to move all the heavy furniture by hand because my driver friend need to go to church on Sunday. We spent more time and more labor, didn't get what we ordered, and eventually need to pay more for the additional mileage we traveled for UHaul's mistake! Can't be more disappointed about my first UHaul rental experience.

I never saw the inside of the building. Why? Because all my questions were answered by the gentleman receiving my truck. I was there less than 2 minutes and had my confirmation and close out email in less than 4 hours.

Waited over an hour because the person who was authorized to check people in was not in the store. Unacceptable. Then to get assigned a unit that was not easily accessible.
