Vehicle smelled like someone had tried to cover up smell with air cleaner. Location was further away than I wanted costing me miles. I was charged for moving pads and a hand cart I didn't use so now I have to call and fight with them. I had to wait around for someone to check the vehicle in since the app would not work due to poor reception and no wifi at the location.

The Brentwood location is well ordered and looks well maintained. The manager, Nancy Rodriguez was friendly and exceptionally helpful. She's a real asset to your company. The U-Haul website, on the other hand, is truly lousy. I was unable to log in or change a password or access the mobile app despite several hours of trying, using different browsers and internet access points.

The staff needs to know how to unload the car from the car trailer. It is actually really dangerous to detach the car trailer from the truck before unloading the car. Other than that, she was wonderful on every aspect.

I rate the location excellent because it is on a secondary road for easy egress and access. I recommend this place also because it has many reasonably priced packing and moving supplies unlike other nearby rental locations.

The low tire pressure light was on. It was saying that the right front tire was low. She checked it but didn't put air in the tire. When I returned the truck, I made them aware that I had to pay $110 out of pocket for getting stuck in my driveway and was told that it's not there problem. I paid for the road side assistance and wanted my money back and was told that wasn't going to happen. They are crooks and will never do business with them again.

My son and I rented 3 large units and returned two large trucks to this facility for a large family move. This facility, especially Nancy, the manager always made sure sure everything was 100%. Gaining entry to the facility was easy after hours with the key swipe and there is plenty of lighting. There are multiple sizes of units to choose from and at least for us availability was not an issue. We would be happy to use them again should the need presents itself.

The damage to the truck’s front end made one headlights point straight down, reducing nighttime visibility. This was made even worse because the inside of the windshield was filthy.

I rented from the Uhaul in Brentwood Nh and I have to say there is nothing that could have been done to improve my experience! My rental needs were complicated and they were flexible. professional so very helpful and everyone I encountered were nice decent human beings! and that is very difficult to find!

Everyone we ever dealt in person with at the local U-Haul facility, as well as everyone I spoke with on the phone at the company in general, were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. It is such a rarity these days. Notable were Stacy and Nancy at the facility on Middle Road in Brentwood (where our storage unit was located). We have just closed out our unit, a seamless and painless experience, and would like to thank everyone for being so great!

We recently rented a truck for closing out our storage unit. We had reserved a pickup truck, but got a call the day before (on a Sunday!) to say that the customer who was supposed to have returned the truck Saturday was AWOL and they were wondering if we could use a 10' box truck instead. They offered the same rental and mileage pricing. We accepted the offer and accomplished what we needed to do. Thank you so much for being so proactive and so helpful. The representative who called on Sunday was named Anne - special shout-out to her for her above-and-beyond assistance!

When i have rented Uhaul trailers in the past, they were spotless. The bed of this trailer was littered with nails, screws and staples from the previous renter. After picking up the trailer, I drove 7 miles to my house. When I dropped the ramp gate, 2 nails and 1 screw dropped onto my driveway. I then noticed many more nails and screws scattered around the trailer bed. I have no idea how many screws and nails fell into the roadway on that drive home! I had to completely clean out the trailer bed before i even used it. Very disappointing, and not how UHaul typically presents their gear for rent. I have pics if interested.

The Uhaul movers were great from Family Movers in NH. They unloaded and moved everything off the 26 ft truck within 1 hr 50 mins. They were awesome and I will use them for my next move and recommend them too. Stacy (General Manager) at Brentwood NH and her staff were awesome and very helpful too. I was late in arriving because the Maine Movers (Dirty Boys) were trying to milk the time and get another hour pay from me. He said if he goes over by 20mins I will be charged for another hour. My move was great in NH with no problems or issues, it went very smoothly. I just was not satisfied in Maine it seem there was to many issues/miscommunications between employees and myself.

Over the past week, I’ve been executing a move from Lake Placid, NY to North Hampton, NH. I am very inexperienced with large moves such as this one, and Stacey was there to help me every step of the way. From planning the logistics and ensuring I was set up with a unit and vehicle that accommodates my needs, to helping me move in and pivoting last minute to getting me into a larger unit on the spot. Moving is a stressful endeavor but Stacey made the process straightforward and helped me get the job done. I couldn’t have done it without her help. I worked with an employee named Boeden as well, and he assisted me from helping me move heavy objects , to providing top notch customer service from start to finish. He was always happy to help and never made me feel like a burden.

Stacey and her weekend staff, Maddie, have the most helpful, professional, and courteous customer service of the 12-14 different U-Haul dealers I've rented from throughout the U.S . They will work with you to meet your needs, and always go the extra step. The facility is clean and well maintained, with no sign of pests (and believe me, I have dealt with mice damage at a Public Storage facility elsewhere: no pests is my #1 requirement now). Although there are many U-Haul dealers in the area, as well as other truck rental and storage options, this is my 5th time choosing to rent trucks or storage from this facility. Definitely my top choice. Highly recommend!

Stacy was so helpful from beginning to end of moving my camper here. She went out of her way to check for spaces, and detail measurements. Stacy and other members of the staff were welcoming and helpful -going so far as to even help me park my camper. I feel safe leaving my camper here knowing Stacy lives on site, is so responsible and has put surveillance and locked gates on the premises. The hours are more than convenient for me to grab my camper and go on weekends or whenever I need to. So happy I found them!
