The truck was clean and mostly well maintained. The only issue was the driver's side mirror seemed to be missing a locking screw. It meant that while I drove on the 401 the mirror went out of alignment making it tough to safely change lanes to the left. Also, it was tough to move the large truck around in the parking lot. And tough to know where exactly it was supposed to be returned. Also, the instruments on the truck were in miles. Apparently because it was from the US. This was annoying while driving in Canada.

you called me the day before my move to tell me that you did not have a truck for me at thew location that i reserved - i would have to drive 45 minutes past my destination to pick up the truck. i had to scramble and change my rental from a truck to an open trailer, it rained on sunday and everything was soaked. Terrible, unreliable service. The Brampton location was inconvenient, but the only option that i had.

Gase was not full so I have to figure out when to stop putting gas so I don't put extra gas but I put 15 dollars worth of extra gase in it. The tank should be full when customer pickup the equipment so it will be easier to make the tank full.

I picked the truck up at night I could not see out of the side mirrors or the instrument cluster dirty. This is very unsafe especially at this because you have turn into a lot of traffic. The outside of the truck doesn't need to be clean, but the glass and instrument cluster should be.

I got overcharged $200 by Balpreet Singh because the staff didn't review the system to see what kind of rental agreement I had. Initial pickup was easy but because I was told I couldn't return the truck to a Uhaul location in my new city and had to come back to Brampton, it would be booked as two-way rental with miles included. When I got my final bill after returning truck, I was billed twice for the truck and for mileage when it shouldn't have been. Called the store and the person said it was all accurate and transferred me to customer service because she didn't know what to do, had to call twice, wait on hold almost 45 mins to get the fees reversed. The agent Steve took time to understand and also called this location to ensure the manager trained their staff on understanding how to read the rental agreement before charging. Imagine the customers who just pay without realizing, very dishonest and lazy. Clearly I'm not the only one overcharged based on the Google reviews. Please ensure this location is either shut down or staff is actually trained because I had to waste more time for a fee I should never have been charged because the staff are incompetent

In the van I rented there was low air pressure in one of the tires and the low beam headlights were not bright at all had to run with high beams. Not a game changer but would be nice not having to deal with that.

Maintain the trucks. I rented at 20 ft. The alignment was so poor that if you didn't hold the steering wheel at a 60 degree angle . You would go in a circle. The tires were bald on top of that. I had to drive through a storm Tuesday night like that. Yesterday my 15ft rental had check the ignition light on 1/2 hour before going over the Burlington Bridge. The passenger door had to be seriously slammed to close.

While staff is always polite and friendly, I always wait a minimum of 10 minutes in line before talking to a cashier. I always expect that things will take a long time when I go to this U-Haul. I cannot be in a hurry. I came today to change my storage unit from a big one to a smaller one. Before I could start to empty, I was told by an associate to go tell the cashier to sign me out of one storage unit first. So I lined up for 10 minutes just to find out by the cashier that I could have emptied my storage unit and filled the new one and then lined up to see the cashier to complete the transaction. Too much time wasted.

The check in process is brutal. I don't like that you get sent a link to verify your truck. The pictures in the link did not include the damage I captured as well the gas amount indicated was off by a quarter tank. If I wasn't thorough, I could have been held liable for the damage on the truck and be expected to pay for gas I didn't receive. The customer service at this location is lacking.

Very unorganized, alot of the times don't pick up the phone, not good at explaining to customers that when they put a hold on a storage unit it just for the day. They don't show you the unit until after you pay which not good. steep stairs to go to units they need to make better access for people that can't go on stairs. I have used this location in the past for moves never really had too much issues but yesterday I was pretty disappointed.

1. UHAUL engine light was on and its engine pickup was slow. Due to this I lost valuable 1 and half hour in communication with customer care and travel back to UHAUL pick up location to consult about it. 2. Did not receive dolly even after booking it. Got the answer as it is on first come first serve basis when asked for it at the pickup location. 3. Return My Truck after hours - GPS location process was too slow and it required several attempts to complete it.

The wait times on the phone is very long. Once your call is answered the staff is fantastic...so helpful and friendly. The location at 411 Main St. in Brampton have the most helpful and knowledgeable staff. My experience was very smooth from start to finish. I would recommend this Uhaul location to anyone needing a rental. The prices were also less than I expected.

Disappointed with my entire rental experience. Even thought I booked my reservation well in advance , the pick up location was changed and I incurred extra expenses. When I returned the van I attempted to address my concerns with the representative, no success. My first attempt in to customer service was at the time of pickup. It was near closing, which was as a result of Uhaul changing my pickup location, I was on hold for extended period of time, beyond closing time, so I have no choice to pick up the rental as is. When I returned the truck, I attempted to address my concerns with the representative at the counter (no success, and inconsistent messaging). I once again called customer service the following day to address changes. I was told that they would take my concerns forward. I didn't hear from a Uhaul representative and was charged full amount. I event brought to their attention the $50 credit guarantee, which was never applied. Once again I'm forced to call Uhaul to address my concerns. Truly a disappointing experience which I have and will continue to share with others.

I was rent trailer for pickup mini excavator from novascotia . When I went on pickup laction trailer talgat was small for load to excavator, I call uhal to change trailer in novascotia they asked me they gonna arrange and wait for our call no 1 call me back after 2 hours I call back they transfer my call 3 times to other persons And 3rd guy ask Mr same thing wait for our call. After 16 hours I came back eamty from novascotia. They wast my 4 days , from Toronto to turo NS 18 hours drive

Check engine light remained on throughout - only noticed this after driving out of the lot. Also, staff under green canopy didn't introduce me properly to the vehicle's operations. The first location at 525 Guelph Street was super bad. Lady was rude and never bothered calling to check if we are running in late. I had to go to another location to pick up truck because she canceled our booking for nothing. I was told by customer service I have 24 hrs to pick truck where as it was otherwise when I reached this location. The lady said we cancel the booking if you don't come in half an hour. She never bothered calling at the two numbers given. The information given on the phone is completely diff than what they give at the location. Highly unprofessional. I still haven't been returned money I was charged 87 where as the receipt shows 76$. Not happy.

Staff at the vehicle reception did not care at all about the truck, customer or anything, he was too busy talking on the phone with a friend, and bossing around the one employee he had to clean the truck, seemed very please that he did not need to do anything other than bossing around his co-worker. The person behind the cash register was helpful.

Extremely upset that it took about 30 mins to get into my locker. Not to mention you guys wouldn't take my bank card, so I then had to go get money out to pay for it. Also my original locker was locked and they didn't know why. They had to give me another locker. Also didn't realize that i had to go up stairs to get into the storage unit. It took 5 hours to unload our truck because of this. I understand it says you may have to go up a few stairs but that's extremely misleading as this is an entire flight of stairs. Also had to step down into the location which made things even more difficult to move. Also not to mention I couldn't even get close to the door, we had to park off to the side and was not able to use the ramp. Extremely disappointed in this storage location. Will never rent storage at this particular uhual location again.

The load in area needs to have a ramp you can move the trolly in and out within you don't have a truck with a ramp. I have trouble each time calling to get through to a staff member it takes so long. They are not courteous and put you on hold for a long time after answering and jot saying anything. I was moving from one unit to the next and HD all the above difficulties on top of the staff on site did not have access codes and had to wait

Lighting was terrible especially where upper units were located. Trucks were always parked blocking entrance way to storage units. Sometimes there were sketchy people waiting outside of the door trying to get in without a code. My storage unit would have water in it every time the snow melted - there is a leak coming in from the right side of unit by door.

In the past 10 years I have used the storage space at UHaul a few times.I have always been impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and I have also observed how well they take care of the vehicles.I do have one recommendation and that is some of the staff need to smile more while serving customers.The cleaning lady was always very helpful and pleasant. I would definitely use UHaul again in the future.

I paid for this storage unit for a client as I'm a realtor. They were not happy at all when they couldn't access the unit. I had also asked if by chance the unit for the 3rd month could be shortened to the end of the first week as the client moved everything out Aug 8. I will never get involved or book through your location again. Your staff was extremely rude to myself on 2 occasions and my client on another occassion.

I wanted to rent a storsge unit. Your service this time was so so but the unit was smelly of mould and sunward to get to Your staff should not have personal conversations while serving. Gracias.

Need lighting in the actual storage units. Even during the day time it was difficult to see in the unit itself. The staff at this location always went above and beyond for me.
