The U-Haul was not cleaned got grease all over my new couch and when I complained about it they ignored me and when I was about to leave they had the nerve to ask me if I cleaned the grease off floor of their truck that should of been cleaned before I got the truck and was told it was my fault piss pore customer service if you ask me now I got to hope my new couch comes clean or $1000.00 dollars down the drain.

The overall experience of booking, having to run between locations, beg for a trailer we had booked weeks in advance, while my goods were on the lawn is unacceptable. I had to deal with 3 locations, Oakville being the worst and various people on the phone to finally get what I had booked weeks in advance. A very poor and upsetting experience.

Your front desk clerk was a bit rude and unapproachable

I made reservation on the phone and had confirmation number but still have to wait in the line and some customers have to fill up their info and take a long time to do the paper work. Customers who already have the reservation should have some sort of priority.

my chains fell off my 4x9 open trailer had to tape it up for it to stay put.. very unsafe and a hefty ticket of MTO had pulled me over. also had to disconnect the trailer myself. not sure if that's a new policy. never had to do that before.. but the chains.. please ensure the have the rubber grommets (still unsafe) or the safety locking pins

The only thing wasn't clean was the steering wheel, was very greesy

Ensure the requested equipment is available for the customer. What is the point of requesting equipment if you don’t have it put aside for the day of? Also employees are severely lacking in customer service skills. I won’t be returning to this location. It’s clear U-Haul is only interested in it’s bottom line and doesn’t give a crap about it’s customers.

Your app for after hours return didn't work. You kept me on hold for 20 mins before i gave up and left the keys.

Worst service ever. Booked 26’ft truck 3 weeks in advance and got confirmation but get a call one day before saying they have a 17’ft ready . Bad service from madhu at counter as well. DO NOT USE.

We needed a second storage at the last minute and the staff were very accommodating in finding us something for the 4 days we needed them. They also graciously returned one month payment to us after.

Not impressed with Uhaul! I’ve spoken to about 6 people from Uhaul, also wrote an email regarding the issues I’m currently still having with Uhaul. I need someone to call me asap, 647-632-4359

I wanted to rent a storsge unit. Your service this time was so so but the unit was smelly of mould and sunward to get to Your staff should not have personal conversations while serving. Thank you.
