Let these guys stream football games on the tv during the weekend. Don't block SEC or NFL games on corporate wi-fi. I want to be able to catch up on games when I am checking in or checking out. I don't really care about dollies, boxes and tape, This is my go to location in Mobile. Far and away the best location I have ever rented from in UHaul's network. As a lady my visit was all on me . My I got a 20foot truck & car hauler. Pick up was excellent. I asked the gentleman when I picked up if once we are done loading if I could come back to make sure my car was on the hauler correct yes sure you can . I went back after I was loaded was charged $20.00 to make adjustments after paying almost $700.00 for my rental okay no problem. My dog & myself get on the the road half way through my trip to my horror the very strap the gentleman had to adjust had come all the way off my tire. Thank God a nice gentleman pumping gas next to me was able to get me together. I am a retired truck driver who knows what to look for when traveling thank God.Ivory R.

We drove the truck we rented only 8 miles, my wife returned the truck after putting $10 of fuel in the truck and was advised that it was not enough. So she then had to got and put another $15 worth of fuel in the truck. That was 7 gallons of gas that was put in the truck after we returned it. So if my math is correct the truck get 1 mile per gallon. Seems a bit excessive to me. She paid it without question because she was told that if she didn't put more fuel in it the 2nd time we would be charged $5 a gallon. I rented this truck because we have recently moved to the area and needed to move some items to a storage building. If I would have know this I would have found other options. So my rental of $19.95 has not turned into $60 for for 8 miles.Jeremy H.

There was a giant bug inside the back that was dead along with some dirt. The price as usual was ridiculously expensive and I didn't even have the truck long nor did we far. $65 for a few hours and 23 miles. The facility is great. On a scale of 10, I would give it a 7 for customer service upon entering the place for the initial visit. The customers waiting were not sure if the guys behind the counter knew we were waiting for our turn. A simple, "We will be with you in a moment," or "Someone will be right with you," Or "Who's next?" would have been great. Customer service was great. However, after booking online we were given a truck much larger than we needed because the size we reserved (and confirmed the day before) was not available. This cost us more more in gas fill-ups and was way too large for the small amount of things we had. Moving forward, I would just be transparent about what is available and what's not so that customers can move accordingly.Keith N.

Include the other prices when advertising $19.95 rental. I actually thought it was going to be that price, not the $100.00 plus that it turned into. It felt sneaky, though I understood the charges after the fact. . I was on the hook at that point, I needed to move two couches, and I had to have the 10 foot truck, so I paid. I called almost everyday to speak with Cody the manager and my call was never returned. I explained to the staff I wanted to keep the trailer longer and was told no problem every time. Then when my truck broke down they snuck up and took my trailer when I had items on it, and now can not find my items, and the items on the truck are missing some of my stuff from what I got back such as ramps, tool set and air tank and house key and parts from a customer of mines dryer. I'm very pissed off and upset and trying to seek legal remedies today.Brian R.

Great experience at U-Haul today. I was scheduled to pick up a trailer to move my daughter home from Auburn, but there was an electrical issue with my truck, so the blinkers didn't work. Cory diagnosed and fixed the issue, working on his back in the rain to make the repairs. Nice guy, great attitude, and mad electrical wiring skills! I needed a 10x15 storage space. The one I got was in an old storage building that had not been updated. The door was extremely hard to open and close. It needed a lot of lubrication. I was told at check-in that I needed a special lock for the door (which I already had) but it would not fit the slide-latch mechanism so I (fortunately) had a regular padlock with me that worked. When I mentioned this to the desk girl she said "oh yes, that's the old building. The new locks won't fit those doors."
