Everything was great and Steven Curtis was so helpful, my reservations where screwed up but he took care of everything and welcomed me with great hospitality to the city...my moving overall experience with relocating was great and thank you Uhaul for making it possible
I found rat feces on my belongings almost every time I went into that unit. I was paying waaay too much money to be dealing with rats
Your two employees working Sunday were very helpful. They were extremely busy but nice and helpful.

One worker eating at front desk, one sitting and the other was rude. Worst experience ever. Also, didnt ask for safe move and was charged away. Manager gone for today so couldn't get my money back. Only went less than 30 miles so no need. Overall experience was HORRIBLE.
Truck was dirty on the inside (muddy and dirty driver side floor and back of the truck was not swept out from previous rental.. Window door crank knob kept falling off. Truck appearance was old and unimpressive. upon return, staff was ill-trained and disorganized. Took about 20 minutes for me to get checked out and receive confirmation of a receipt amount I was to be charged. Just an overall poor experience.

There was a lady in front of me who had multiple questions about a possible rental that took 30 minutes for the agent to assist the lady. It would have been nice to have another agent available to take care of individuals like myself who had done all my paper work online ahead of time so I would not have to wait. The agent was very patient with the lady and apologetic to me about the wait. So I do not fault him. Once we got going he had me out the door in under 10 minutes.
Extremely long lines, this location needs more employees. I received a certificate from corporate due to this locations lack of help and when I tried to use the certificate, a very nosy employee wanted to know why I received a certificate. Also waited 10 minutes before someone finally answered the phone, then put me on hold for another 10 minutes. This place needs new management. I will use other locations in the future.
The guy that hooked up my trailer was excellent. Had a blown fuse for one of my lights, he fixed it for no charge. Went beyond normal service. Thanks
The sales guy was very nice and professional. He was very easy to work with.
I was so impressed, I will start using this location in the future rather than the one I have been using. Glad my truck was transferred to this location. Cody is a problem solver, & his crew is helpful & productive.

There was barely any room to park the truck

There seemed to only be one guy that was actually helping people pick up their rentals, although several other employees were wandering around, no one so much as greeted us to at least tell us only one computer operator was on duty. Then a customer comes in without a mask on followed by an employee and gets to skip the line of 5+ people and get checked out, then that employee walked off without helping anyone else in the ever increasing line (even though he obviously could use the computers) Ridiculous.

The employees were extremely helpful. Chris went out of his way to make it a good experience and I would use the store again because of him.
If it were not for Chris, this rating would be much lower. He is a fine young man who worked through several obstacles to deliver my car dolly. He did so with professionalism and a positive attitude. He was polite and went out of his way to ensure I was satisfied. Thanks Chris!
This is the best Uhaul location in Mobile, AL. Friendly staff and large parking lot for easy pick up and drop off.
Improve on time
Not comfortable with associate using their own phone to transmit my DL onto Your screen. Even though I know that is required by you. It is disconcerting. The associate was great though, explained how & why.She was very courteous .

Get the right customer email and don't send me any more shit. I don't have any accounts with you. You don't give any way in the emails to opt out. If you send me any more I'll file a report with the FCC.
There is a lot of foot traffic from the apartment/hotel nearby. This makes it uncomfortable when returning vehicles after hours.
Deposit be placed back to card within 24hours..two days later and I'm still waiting
I'm sorry I didn't catch the name of the men working at the Drop Off... but they were really friendly and concerned if there were problems

I was greeted on the lot without having to go inside. The rep had all my info and drip off was simple.
Poor agent was swamped with customers... he did an excellent job

My charges were duplicated and duplicated again causing issues with my account!!!
This location was great, the staff was very friendly (both) and so helpful.
The equipment was ok. But the van smelled as if it were burning. And the Customer Service Representative was not very clear about the charges and he didn't not verify anything as far as the gas or milage. He was the worst.

The truck smelled of cigarette smoke but other than that I had a pleasant and speedy experience.
The 9 inch cargo van that I reserved was not cleaned. When I arrived the representative tried to give me a conversion van that was old and dirty. After finally getting the cargo van it was dirty.
Way too slow in morning.
I would have liked the U-haul employee who handed the keys over to me to walk around the U-haul with me to inspect the truck and make sure there were not marks or dents.
Have the people on time for an appointment. Have equipment in working order. Be nicer to customers
I have no complaints, issues, or concerns. The online booking was simple and convenient. The employees I encountered for pickup and return were very courteous and knowledgeable. Great experience for me!
The employees were great. However, whoever is putting in the locations to pick up a uhaul needs to double check ✔. I went to the location my reservation showed and it wasn't the right one. The employee at the wrong location was kind enough to find the right one. It an unnecessary waste of time and gas.
Cody and the rest of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to a long and great relationship.

The manager really helped. Even though I had made a reservation for a storage unit with my credit card by phone with national U-Haul when I arrived the unit was no longer available. The manger was able to help me
I needed a 10x15 storage space. The one I got was in an old storage building that had not been updated. The door was extremely hard to open and close. It needed a lot of lubrication. I was told at check-in that I needed a special lock for the door (which I already had) but it would not fit the slide-latch mechanism so I (fortunately) had a regular padlock with me that worked. When I mentioned this to the desk girl she said "oh yes, that's the old building. The new locks won't fit those doors." It's a good thing that I hadn't already purchased the required lock...

The automatic lighting was tricky to get to turn on in the hallway. It took a lot of motion to activate. Facility was secure.
I experienced 3 price increases during my contract. This place was way to expensive!
I really appreciate the two workers that was took care of me that day, they was very helpful.

The guy who check me out was amazing. He was very friendly and helpful . I can’t remember his name but I know you’ll can pull it up. I’m glad I went Uhaul for my traveling and storage needs!!!
Store was very busy - one employee with one trainee. Lady was very helpful, thorough and patient. Never lost her cool and was great.
The location was Very convenient and the staff was friendly..
Tried changing the contact info. on the unit 3x (2x in person; 1x on phone). The new info. didn't save which resulted in multiple late fees. Check payments were also lost 2x giving us more late fees.
Davis was extremely helpful very nice and we will definitely be using them again if need be in the future I highly recommend this facility.

Had to use Penski for truck they were 1/2 the price and better ride. We got the car hauler from Moffat Rd Uhaul they were excellent, but a total different story when we turned it in in Murfreesboro!

The manager at the I-65 Frontage Road is AWESOME he was so helpful. After almost 4 years of storage I was happy to finally moved my stuff to my home in Mississippi. Kudos to Toni and Brock too.
