Had a long wait time, as there was only one person working inside. $73.08 was applied to my card, but when I returned the truck, I was told my total was $65 and some change. Just waiting for the difference to show on my card.

I asked for how to unload the trailer hitch so I would know when I got to the other end because there was absolutely no way for to park the 20ft Uhaul with a trailer attached. The guy sent videos but UHaul does not show how to engage the tongue jack so that it could be removed off and the guy just told me to watch him do it but that part was already done. He was extremely helpful on all other levels. I am not upset with the location but at UHaul themselves. Update your videos. And when someone calls roadside assistance about this issue, train your staff to walk them through instead of telling me there's nothing they can do except send someone out and charge me more money, which is ridiculous when I already spent well over $1000 with UHaul on this move.

The employee that checked me in was not friendly. It was my first doing a mobile pick up order so I was confused on the process. She didn’t seem like she wanted to handle my order. She just pointed me to two trucks and didn’t specify which truck was mine.

After returning my rental I drove of and realized i left an item in the glove compartment, by the time i return no.more than 10 minutes later the item was gone and no one claim to have seen it. I then contacted the police department to file a police report so that if the item ever came up then they would know who more than likely were the suspects..

Would be nice to receive a confirmation when you do after hours check in online. I tried to confirm it had gone through. When you go back it just lets you redo and resubmit it. It should show it had been returned. Caused me to waste time on return.

I needed a 10x15 storage space. The one I got was in an old storage building that had not been updated. The door was extremely hard to open and close. It needed a lot of lubrication. I was told at check-in that I needed a special lock for the door (which I already had) but it would not fit the slide-latch mechanism so I (fortunately) had a regular padlock with me that worked. When I mentioned this to the desk girl she said "oh yes, that's the old building. The new locks won't fit those doors." It's a good thing that I hadn't already purchased the required lock...

The automatic lighting was tricky to get to turn on in the hallway. It took a lot of motion to activate. Facility was secure.

The staff was very helpful and polite. A staff member was helping another customer and she deserves a medal. No matter how rude the customer got and she was very rude. The staff continued to be calm and use a soft voice and answer all of her questions multiple times.

Charged us almost $100 because the gas was supposedly low but when we originally got the truck, we were first given one on E but the guy switched it and said the new one was half a tank. It was less than a quarter as soon as we started driving. Noone came out to assist with this when we dropped the truck off so we did the online check in so not to be late. Assumed the gas was just a mix up and wouldn't be an issue but then got hit with another $97 after spending over $400 on the truck to begin with. We've always used Uhaul but won't be anymore because the prices have become insanely high

Right front tire had bad leak & needed to be inflated every 2 hours, non of the tires had the recommended 65 psi pressure. Had to stop 4 times on the trip from Mobile AL to Dickinson TX.
