I rented moving blankets. They were clean and packaged, and were easy to pick up and return. Moving blankets are so useful, don't buy them, rent from U-Haul.

The location was good but getting charged for 100 miles when I didn't drive 100 is not ok. I don't plan on using U Haul with the added issues of the app, extended wait times on the phone, lack of call backs and such. What happened to this company?

UHaul representative charged me for a 20-foot truck but rented a 15-foot truck to me without notifying me of the change. This is fraudulent. It necessitated a second trip to California to pick up items that would have fit in a 20-foot truck.

The equipment, service, and price are excellent. But, this was the first time I had this experience. My estimated trailer return time was 4:30 pm on a one day rental. I returned the trailer at 6:30. I was told that I was NOT punctual. The uhaul guy said to me that I should have called to let him know the status if I was going to be late. He said there might be other customers waiting. And if I could bring it back by 4:00pm I should have let him know. Is this uhaul's new policy? If so, I would appreciate it if I has told at the time of rental. I would have allowed more time to get it in. I was charged properly for the one day rental. Please let me know. Thank you. P.s. I noticed the uhaul guy called at 4:30 pm and left a message regarding the status of not meeting the estimated return time.

Even with reserving and pre-arranging everything online, there is always a wait inside to get to an agent to get the vehicle. This wait can be up to 35 minutes

That was the worst rental experience I have ever had. The truck I rented was not there. They immediately gave up without trying to find another vehicle and said they would just be giving me 50 dollars. One employee did try to call another customer who was returning, but they weren't answering. I tried to roll with the stress and requested a cargo van, which would take me four trips instead of one. They said sure. As the employee was about to finalize the contract, he was clocked out automatically by the computer and had to go on break. The next employee looked at my drivers license and said it wasn't me. "That's not you bro". REFUSED to rent to me. Then walked away. Another employee asked if I had another form of id. I did, a passport. Then they were skeptical of that, but finally relented. Seems just as crazy to refuse to rent and then rent without an apology or anything. I brought my vehicle back on time, properly cleaned and gassed up. The way they were power-tripping on an already extremely stressful moving day was fucking lame. Fuck that place. Never again.

First, Rude personal! Second, the person did not clarify the gas level and at the return he said it was half which was not true because I remember I saw it was above quarter and I returned it at the same level but he charged me extra. I explained to him but he said I should have taken picture myself at the pick up which I think it is deceiving from the uhaul personal aching against customers!!!

This is my favorite U-Haul location BY FAR in Los Angeles. I never rent from any other location if I can help it. The staff is great. No unreasonable wait times. The trucks are mostly a bit old but well maintained. If you reserve a truck, you get a truck. This is not always the case at other locations. Thanks to all who work there. You're the best!

The person checked me in on return was rude and absolutely no customer service. I had some dust in the bed of the van after walking on the black overlay. He wanted to charge me $35 to clean it. I explained to him it is just minor dust and he backed off. Melvin i think his name was not very please t to deal with. So sorry to bring this to you. Hope you can correct the situation. Have a blessed day.

I did not like the identity verification process; that should have been made clear at the time of registration; what good is it to call someone to verify identity. The drivers license should be sufficient. I have rented uhaul vehicles for nearly 40 years and I believe that process should be reconsidered.

we have rented crates 2 times and both times they were filthy upon pick up, so we have had to individually hose off each one. It would be nice if crates were truly "cleaned and disinfected" between each client like it says on the website. the crates were covered in dirt and pet hair, which made it clear they were not cleaned between clients.

I had a great experience renting a nine-foot van and 10 ready-to-go boxes for 24 hours from this location. I'd like to particularly single out Cesar for praise. The U-haul website had indicated that only 6 ready-to-go boxes were available at this location, but when I arrived Monday to pick up the boxes, Cesar saw that he could actually let me have 10. And when there was a mix-up for the return time for the boxes, he fixed it for me. I also dealt with Cesar when both picking up and dropping off the van. He is an exceptional employee: polite, courteous, and very helpful. You should give him a raise!

1. The uhaul website scheduled my appointment at a pickup location that was already closed. Initially scheduled at 7pm and moved to 6pm. Had to deal with difficult uhaul reps at the location as they mentioned their store had closed at 6pm and we're unwilling to accommodate the pickup. They mentioned there wasn't a reservation at the location despite my confirmation email. 2. Spoke with a Uhaul rep(he was very helfpul) and relocated me to a new uhaul location that was further away my preferred location. Thereby elongating the travel distance, the new pickup location, old residence, new residence , and round trip. Conclusion of the call; the rep ensured that there would be a $50 credit and a rep would follow up with a customer service call. 3. When I was in the process of picking up my truck at the new location, their was a system error, and the truck was given to another customer. Assigning me to a new truck but it did it provide the correct vehicle information. Therefore the other customer had driven off with my previously assigned vehicle. 4. After discovery that my vehicle was newly assigned, I was on a customer service hold for 45 minutes. The lady I spoke with was very helpful in getting me setup with the mobile check in. 5. Finally picked up at the truck at 8:30pm and had to drive from the new location to my old spot to start moving. What should've been a pickup at 6pm, I was delayed 2.5 hours until I was given the truck. As I had requested to rent a dolly in my initial reservation to assist with the moving process, I didn't finish moving until 12am. I'm very frustrated with the whole ordeal; going to location that was closed at 6pm(despite initially being scheduled at 7pm and later 6pm), dealing with unhelpful reps at the location, the time on when received truck, and lack of equipment. It was time wasted and additional stress to an already stressful situation. I've used Uhaul before and had a wonderful experience in past events. I'm not sure if this perfect storm was attributed to new covid policies. I would like to note that the customer service reps were very helpful and the saving grace to even allowing me to finish my move. I understand that a lot of these things plays out and was out of their control.

Had to wait a considerable time to get hooked up, the very helpful attendance seem to be alone with lots of business. Also, I would rather that the trailer would've been actually clean. When I pointed out that the bottom of both trailers that were available were dirty he said I don't pan attention to it. For which I thanked him but I would much rather the trailer have been clean and not feel like I was potentially going to be charge for it when I got back But I must say again, attendant was trying hard, doing his best, and overworked
