The installer did a good job. But I arrived for a 7:00 am appointment and was told the installer would not arrive until 10:00 am. I waited for 2 hours until my wife could pick me up. The manager gave me a discount which helped with the inconvenience.

ANTHONY A.The staff at this location is top tier! I rented a storage unit for four months and every single interaction I had with any of the U-haul employees was pleasant and most helpful. The facility was well lit and maintained. The only cons were there aren't any elevators (only two stories) and the interior hallways are narrow. However, the superior customer service and cleanliness of the property made this experience seamless.

At a point to where it would be dangerous for someone whl doesnt have experience driving would crash. The whole steering wheel was sideways when it was driving striaght. The A/C was not blowing cold at all. But it wasnt blowing hot either. The door gate for the box truck was in bad shape. You really had to yank it open and yank it down . But customer service at this location was very very great. They were really helpful and got me out of of there quick and fast. I recommend the. Changing their mechanics.

Leticia L.I normally don't leave reviews but I swear I've never had so many problems with a company I'm trying to do business with I rented two u hauls and one car carrier in 2 weeks if less the first time I rented a u haul I had so many problems I was speaking with U haul for several hours it was honestly problems after problems I even cried over the phone I was so stressed out then I rented another u haul with the carrier and it was the same thing I honestly would sit here all day writing down all the problems worst service ever would definitely never everrrrrr recommend and the last u haul I rented I believe had bed bugs bc I have never had bed bugs in my life and I seen one in my stuff this is not for this location its for U haul as a company in general

luis T.Janury 31,2022 around 3:00 pm at the Bellaire location...There was a hispanic lady at the front desk at first she spoke spanish to me but after she said I needed to speak english in orden for her to help me, she was extremly rude, she was extremly agressive & disrespectful. She had no patience and cursed at me saying the f Word, she was so unproffesioal she shluld not be talking to customers like that. There was also an asÃan lady there she was really nice and helped us out.

Sandeep K.At the conclusion of my trip, before I dropped the truck off, I stopped at a gas station in Katy, TX, and refilled the gas to make sure the truck was filled to where it was when I picked it up. When I got to the return location on Bellaire Blvd, in Houston, Texas, after checking the applicable settings, the young man informed me that I owed UHaul $12.50 because I had NOT left the gas at the beginning appropriate level. I then explained to him that the Uhaul trucks did not have the 'hash markings' to show the difference between the 3/8 and 1/2 markings to FULL. He was so loud, rude, and intimidating that, as a 62 yo African American female, I felt I was being bullied into paying something I did not owe. Going forward, I will go out of my way to AVOID using UHaul (and will encourage family & friends to do the same) unless I have one of the employees at the initiating location, I am renting it FROM, to come and physically confirm the gas level. I also now realize that I should've taken a picture or short video to confirm the beginning gas level. But then again, "why?" should a customer (especially an elderly customer) have to do that? Shame on you, U-Haul.
LaVera C.One of the employees I guess thought he was flirting with me by telling me put your earmuffs on so I can see you and then asked the person helping me if I was charged a $5 receipt fee. That seems really outdated and unprofessional as well as male chauvinist behavior which is pretty gross to me and finally always has been. The person that helped me was great as well as other employees who were nice but that guy might get y'all sued for thinking he's being cute and funny and saying that garbage to the wrong person

As far as my interactions on property, he was completely awesome and took care of everything in a timely and concise manner. The other gentleman wearing a US Army hat with the gray beard was very informative and was great as well. Just in passing, we briefly talked about apartments in the area and places to visit. All in all, this location gave outstanding customer service, was conveniently open on Sunday afternoon, and was very clean and exceeded any expectations that I arrived with. Thank you to the entire Alief Saigon staff.

Other than that this is the worst U-Haul place I have ever been to. I have arrived after work before closing time twice and as soon as I pulled up the people inside closed the doors early. Once you call, they get combative, very rude and hang up. I also moved out on my scheduled move out date to avoid being charged and I was still charged and never moved out until a month later. I had no idea until I received an email to pay my bill. It is very unprofessional there. I'm sure there is a ton of vacant units that they are still charging people for. I called the main customer service line and was apologized to but never got reimbursed for the extra money I paid. Everyone sucks there except that one guy
