The woman at the rental place was very efficient and friendly - she did a great job!

1) close too early at 5pm on a Friday 2) pushed to register checkin online instead of onsite when we drove to this site for checkin 3) the app site is VERY slow; took 30 minutes to register as site kept kicking me out when registering and submitting driver license photos. 4) no CREDIT for filling the Gas Tank; even though I'm sure if it was low I would have had monies deducted. 5) when calling the 1800 # was transferred 4 times for checkin assistance Thank you

Allow for "day rentals" to be returned to any U-Haul location within a 25 mile radius. I am from Woodbridge, VA, but because we were in Old town Alexandria, VA at a liquidation sale and needed a vehicle, the Alexandria, VA location was the nearest location to pick up a rental quickly. It was very inconvenient to have to return the vehicle back to Alexandria, VA from Woodbridge, VA, when there were other locations in Woodbridge where I could have returned the vehicle to. Please consider this option!

From someone out of town, I had a little problem finding this location. Thank goodness, I had my phone's map app.

This was not the location I had booked and I had to therefore use the 24/7 app which took almost 30 frustrating minutes. This location has very small signage and was difficult to see.

double check the rental trucks .. missing load ramps, which reservation specialists had indicated that the truck comes with the load ramps. Also, the truck was missing sun visor on the driver’s side.

The woman I spoke with late morning on 6/3/2019 from this location was the only helpful Uhaul employee that I interacted with. She was pleasant. She provided answers and she followed up with me. Every single customer service reps that I spoke with on the phone were horrible. Horrible service, seemed clueless about simple questions like "what is the fee for [insert reason here]?" or "can I change my drop off location to a more convenient location for me?" Overall I was given terrible service & will never use Uhaul again for any moves that I have in the future. It wasn't worth the money I saved.

Keeping the store open during posted hours would be a start. I arrived to pick up equipment at my appointment time and the store was locked. I waited for an hour then had to return the next day. Customer service was poor at every stage. Every aspect of my experience with this location was unpleasant.
