Site is in transition of build out, so it will look and feel better in the future. The team member was impressively experienced in the moving storage industry and couldn't have been nicer and professional. My surprise one way drop off was no problem and I was out of there in 5 minutes with paperwork done and all monies exchanged.

I waited half hour in the cold for the approval to pick up my car because of UHaul’s technical difficulties. Our movers charged us extra because of UHaul’s wait. And on top of everything UHaul did not charge my gift card—they charged my credit card again because of U-Haul technical difficulties. The car was great but the service was awful. I would like someone to follow up with me to make this right.

Charged me extra even though I dropped my vehicle off on time. I didn't have my phone with me so I couldn't complete the drop off IAW instructions. I explained what happened and they still charged me any way. BS!

The customer service was excellent! The gentleman took care of multiple customers and was very welcoming and freindly. He went above and beyond when helping another customer who was supposed to return to a different location which was closed. I haul is very lucky to have this gentleman!

The cashier has excellent customer service! Very friendly!

I rented truck for 9am pickup. Confirmed it 3 days prior, in person in store. Arrived at 9am. Store was closed. Handwritten sign on door says new hours 930-4pm. No one let me know the change. I called customer service, they said I could wait to use the app. Did not want to download an app, take time to upload DL, etc. Had I known about that ahead of time, I would have done it at home prior to arriving at the store. Again, no notice that it would not be open, no note from UHAUL telling me to use an app to pickup the truck. I had specifically declined to use the app. Tried using the app, would not work. Then, found out no keys were left outside to pickup the truck anyway. Lady arrived at 9:15, went in, locked door, would not let us in until 9:30. we sat in parking lot wasted 30 min of a very stressful, busy day to move. If you change a store time, you need to let the customer know. If you want us to use an APP tell us ahead of time so we can be ready upon arrival. Very poor experience.

Give what the staff locations and wants because the staff there has been the best team and individuals providing above and beyond service. I've gone to uhaul for many reasons and I'm impressed and happy with it's location.

Wehn I went to pick u the truck,I did not get the 6 ratchet straps I was promised when I booked.I had to call Mr Gerald Robinson, Marketing officer, about it. He then OKed 2 straps. The gas tank reading was just below quarter .I complained to the Rep and Mr Gerald.He told me to take a picture of the reading. I got only 3 blankets but I paid for 6.(I think. Because of Mr Gerald,I would recommend UHaul to friends.

The agent was polite and professional although the office computer connection was poor, and she had to re-enter information twice. My final bill was incorrect. When I picked up the truck the fuel gauge was actually at 1/4 and not the higher level reported on the contract. I notified the agent before leaving the lot, and she promised to correct it. Unfortunately, no correction was reflected on my final bill. I reported this by phone after the fact, and a refund has been promised. Thx.

1) close too early at 5pm on a Friday 2) pushed to register checkin online instead of onsite when we drove to this site for checkin 3) the app site is VERY slow; took 30 minutes to register as site kept kicking me out when registering and submitting driver license photos. 4) no CREDIT for filling the Gas Tank; even though I'm sure if it was low I would have had monies deducted. 5) when calling the 1800 # was transferred 4 times for checkin assistance Thank you

Allow for "day rentals" to be returned to any U-Haul location within a 25 mile radius. I am from Woodbridge, VA, but because we were in Old town Alexandria, VA at a liquidation sale and needed a vehicle, the Alexandria, VA location was the nearest location to pick up a rental quickly. It was very inconvenient to have to return the vehicle back to Alexandria, VA from Woodbridge, VA, when there were other locations in Woodbridge where I could have returned the vehicle to. Please consider this option!

This was not the location I had booked and I had to therefore use the 24/7 app which took almost 30 frustrating minutes. This location has very small signage and was difficult to see.

double check the rental trucks .. missing load ramps, which reservation specialists had indicated that the truck comes with the load ramps. Also, the truck was missing sun visor on the driver’s side.

The woman I spoke with late morning on 6/3/2019 from this location was the only helpful Uhaul employee that I interacted with. She was pleasant. She provided answers and she followed up with me. Every single customer service reps that I spoke with on the phone were horrible. Horrible service, seemed clueless about simple questions like "what is the fee for [insert reason here]?" or "can I change my drop off location to a more convenient location for me?" Overall I was given terrible service & will never use Uhaul again for any moves that I have in the future. It wasn't worth the money I saved.

Keeping the store open during posted hours would be a start. I arrived to pick up equipment at my appointment time and the store was locked. I waited for an hour then had to return the next day. Customer service was poor at every stage. Every aspect of my experience with this location was unpleasant.

There was nobody at the location, we received no notification that we would have to retrieve the key from a lock box. Ended up on a phone call for 20+ minutes with someone who clearly had no interest in helping us. We will not be using Uhaul again. Totally disorganized and rude.

I love the reusable moving boxes - they were perfect and really convenient. The U-Haul employee who helped me with pick-up was also wonderful. An all-around great experience at this location!
