Condensation dripping from an air vent above my unit caused damage to some of my paper-based belongings. A drip tray between the unit and duct could circumvent this. Its a natural occurrence, I'm not upset. Everything else has been spectacular, thank you.Buster S. | Overall Experience

The truck air conditioning was basically non-functioning. Running on high fan and Max A/C it was still sweltering in the cab. Terrible condition. Something must have been wrong with the system. It was a hot and humid day we used the truck and there was no relief while driving it.Pat D.

My original email said I was scheduled to pick up the trailer at another location. I didn't catch in the text that the pickup location has changed. I think that should be the first line of the text should read: "Your pickup location has changed". Then the rest of the text is fine the way it was sent. If we have to update the house again and move things out while repairs are made and store our stuff somewhere I will be going back here. I felt good about where my stuff was held while I could not see it. When my glass computer desk shattered accidentally, they came and helped us get the mess out of the hallway - they came by three times to verify that every scrap was gone for all future people walking the hallways and I loved that they cared for those coming after us. (I just wish we had brought a broom that day, we weren't yet at that point and were not expecting my computer desk to decide to give up on us.)lori n. | Overall Experience

Terrible experience and I will never be using U-Haul again. Once I arrived to the location the app was not loading to check in. Took me 15 to have it load and finally check in. Once I was checked in I realized my furniture cart was not in the back like I ordered. As well as the page that tells me where the keys are was not loading, so I ended up calling in and finding the keys and the code to get them. The person on the phone was really helpful and I appreciate her but this was overall an extremely frustrating experience.Andrew D.

The gal who helped me originally was incredibly moody. Seeming like she absolutely did not want to be there that day. I was sent up from the 52nd Ave location as because they didn't have the trailer I had reserved specifically at that locationâ€¦ oh well. But it seemed it was a deviation from her own plans for her shift. Though I don't think I was her issue, the second she helped me with the trailer hook up and she was outside of the store she seemed much happier, so maybe something was going on inside the store? Then I've been quadruple charged for renting a single charge, only to be told the charges should drop off as they're duplicate charges. The bank should have done that off the bat, so I'll see come next weekday. The issue with the original reservation needs to be solved. Just sucks I was passed around.Thomas B.

On-line showed the equipment unavailable, I called and they said they had the trailer I wanted. Ten AM 7/10/23 I drove over and filled out all of the paperwork and paid. We went out and the person was standing by the wrong type of trailer. Had to go back in undo everything. They reported another location with the equipment, so I drover there. When I arrived, they had already rented the equipment. I made a reservation at the first location say they may have the by 2:00 PM. I called and the equipment was ready by 12pm, drove over and rented the correct trailer and returned it 2 hrs later. The trailer jack needed work, it was very difficult to raise the trailer tongue.glenn S.

Was given the wrong storage unit number and when given the right one it already was occupied and had a lock on it. After waiting we had to be moved to the second floor when I reserved one on the first floor and was charged $5 more for insurance on it. Thieves. I do not recommend. Upon being let in my storage after my lock was cut off I noticed ALOT of my stuff was missing. Clothes. Shoes. Children's clothes and toys. Several bags of dog food. I had a duffle bag of personal items left opened and gone through. When asked about my missing items i was told they dont have cameras. Honestly the best staff in Fargo. They were very very nice and polite. They helped me answer questions and were very patient. Everyone was helpful and even asked if you need help. Moving is frustrating in itself especially when some of us have many reasons to why we are moving but to have a good attitude staff that are willing to help, honestly makes it 10 times easier. We had a good experience, except when we came to pick up our stuff to move out, the movers met us there, and there was a problem with the doors where the truck could pull into the building. One door was broken, and the other door was being fixed so the only exit we could use to move our stuff was the person door to the side. Leah checked me out of my units mistakenly. She never called to tell me what happened. I had to waste ALOT of time dealing with this issue THAT WASN’T MY PROBLEM! No one told her to move me out and I am paid in full though 9/18/2022 She was super rude about it, blaming her lack of sleep. I rented a storage unit for a couple months and the location, hours, and access was very convenient. Plenty of bays to unload and load--I never had to wait for one to open up. Very good security systems in place as you get a code for access and that arms an alarm on your individual unit to keep it secure. Temperature control was great. theives can access your storage unit from the top ceiling is not secure , they might be on camera coming and goin but one night I stop to grab something and a guy got into the back just by pushing on the sliding door it opened for him and I said that's secure.
