The vehicle has 155k and the steering is loose, the vehicle would away side to side, there was a vibration felt in the wheel around 45 mph, and lastly, there's a misfire in the motor. This is causing poor fuel economy.

The truck I was provided was in very bad condition, shook terribly over 30MPH and broke down on the side of the highway full of my stuff. This truck being rented out is careless negligence from the store it was provided.

When we arrived at the location we were told we had to drop off the Dolly at a different location. So we drove to that location to drop off the Dolly and they said they don't take trucks so we had to turn around and drive back to the 1st location to unload the truck and drop off the truck. But they didn't have a manager on duty so we couldn't check the truck in and had to go back the next morning and do the check in process. So we made 4 trips to the u-haul to turn in a truck and a toad alley that was supposed to have been at the same location where our storage space was. The whole point of calling u-haul is to have a centralized yeah it's drylized place that coordinates all this stuff for us after driving to 3 places to pick up the equipment and equipment and 3 trips to 2 different places to drop off the equipment this was not an organized centralized place I could have done all this on my own through different places getting the lowest price. And when you call u-haul and ask them for any help they just tell you to contact the local place they don't want to answer any questions...

The pick up location was faat and professional, but ny original pick up location was not. I was scheduled for a 9am pick up and the buisness did not answer their posted phone number, nor was anyone present. I waited over 45 minutes and had to call uhual to pick up at an alternate location 16 miles away. Not a happy customer.

There was a piece of trash in the trailer, but it did not affect the space or use. The associate was very helpful and a second even brought out a wiring harness. It was not needed, but appreciated that they anticipated the need. Overall a very good experience.

I was told to return the truck with 3/4 tank of gas. I did this and was still charged a fuel charge of $11.50 for 3 gallons of gas. I don't know how I a supposed to know exactly how much gas is in the tank right to the gallon. Seems like a money grab. Otherwise everything else was very good.

The guys at the Wilma Rudolph location were great and the only redeeming factor for using this service. I had way too many issues with my uhaul. I reserved a uhaul at a different location and when I went to go to do after hours pick up on my phone it told me to go to a different location when the truck I needed was at the original location. I got no notification of the change. That was extremely inconvenient. 2nd problem, I couldnt even return the equipment using the app. I got stuck on taking a pic of the odometer and it wouldn't go through. Tried calling customer service and wait time was just too long. Had to drop vehicle off, keep uhaul key with me, and return the key back to uhaul in the morning. Again the guys at the store were great. Nonetheless you need to fix your reservation system and app or have more reps available. This was my first time using uhaul truck and will likely be my last due to the frustration I faced with getting and returning the uhaul. I dont see a point in using this if I reserve equipment at one location and the equipment is there but the app won't let me check it out cause I need to go to a location I never made a reservation at. Makes no sense.

The location itself is in a good central area, but there are still some cons to this location. When you're renting any van size bigger than 20, it can be difficult to drive out of the parking lot and jump into ongoing traffic. Overall, The customer service is excellent and surpasses the standards! Thank you, Mr. Nicholas, and Mr. Thomas for all your help.

Absolute worst experience ever! I would never recommend a UHAUL. We had to swap trucks 3 times in 2 days due to major oil leaks in both trucks and one of the trucks almost broke down on the interstate and the 3rd truck we got the air conditioner stopped working. We had the truck half full and had to transfer everything over. We had to call roadside and waited over 2 hours. The truck wouldn't let you drive over 40mph. It was the worst experience ever! Maybe if you kept up with maintenance of the trucks, then this would not have happened. Horrible!

Nothing -- Service was exceptional, and ALL of the employees were super helpful and friendly. I loved that they acted as a team and helped each other out! (We dealt with a major U-Haul dealer near downtown Clarksville a year ago and had a terrible experience with a lazy employee who didn't even have his shoes on all the way, and we couldn't believe what a difference the Wilma Rudolph Rd U-Haul staff were this past week in comparison! 5 stars by Wilma Rudolph Rd staff vs 0 stars w/the other location!) This location goes above and beyond to help customers!

I had a one way rental the guy at pick up NEVER told me about a mobile drop off check in at the drop off location I had to pay an additional $20 fee for the drop off location to check in the return of the truck this is not right at all my rental was for 2 days I returned it in 1 day but still was told I couldn't check in the truck because they already done it and charged $20

Mouse poop, fallen insulation that appears moldy, and more spiders than anyone is comfortable with inside my unit. I visited my unit several times a year for nearly two years and there was always more mouse poop, fallen insulation, and spiders than my last visit. These units are filthy and disgusting and cost $15-$25 more than any non-Uhual nearby storage facility. A ludicrous five dollar price increase to "maintain superior cleanliness standards." Military discount advertised on the website but I was told uhual doesn't do military discount. I stayed there so long because it would cost more to move everything than to leave it be but with the very clear money grab from uhaul I decided moving elsewhere to be worth it.

The insulation inside the storage unit is falling down. The computer system needs an update and service by IT. It takes way to long to load. EJ and Randy (I think is his name) were extremely good with Customer service and ensuring my needs were met. I sincerely appreciate that!
