With my experience I wasn't notified that I didn't have a truck ready for when we had it scheduled for, prior to me showing up there, as the employee said I should have. Other than that the employee was super helpful in procuring us another truck a different location at a different time, but was even nice enough to call and let us know a different truck came in and was ready at the original location earlier than was rescheduled. Unprofessional of UHAUL to reserve a one way rental weeks in advance only to be canceled hours before Picking up. This experience with U-HAUL was terrible . I was forced to rent a round trip paying for 860 miles and forced to rent a smaller truck and open trailer as my only option , from 2 different U-HAUL locations !!SONYA K.

This U-Haul location is awesome!! I had to rent a tow dolly and the guys here were exceptional! From the minute I walked in they were polite, helpful and professional. After I left with the dolly, I had a small issue with the trailer light wiring, which I temporarily fixed, and when I brought it back and told them what happened they were super apologetic for the inconvenience and even refunded me a few bucks for the trouble. I am beyond satisfied with their level of service and I will recommend them to all my friends n family!! Thank you so much to the Vegas U-Haul @ Bonanza......you guys rock!!ðŸ’¯ðŸ’ªðŸ‘Lorna R.

The store personnel were all great, however checking in after hours with the website or app was extremely "painful". First the website wouldn't recognize my location even though location settings were turned on and allowed. So I downloaded and installed the app. IT wouldn't accept the picture of the odometer. Couldn't get past... Called support was on hold for half an hour at 11:00 to 11:30 at night. Finally sometime helped me perform the checking, changing settings in Chrome. Finally competed but was not at all happy at the time.darryl M.

Rented a truck for five days at this location and the move required two extra days. Just called and asked them for extension and they told me to settle my account when I return the truck back with no hassle!!! Kudos to the great friendly staffs!Franklin D.

Really "good customer service is not thought, it is caught". 2 days ago I rented a truck from U-haul on west Bonanza. After having the truck for a full day, I realized I would need the truck for another day. I went back to the location and it was not an issue to return or use the truck for another day, I was not told about any late fees or given any attitude, I was grateful. But more importantly I was well impressed by watching Mr. Ronne Sebley take care of his customers on day One. First of, he was by himself, but in addition to taking care of me and my issues. I watched him navigate through taking care of other customers as well and it was apparent that his interactions with the customers was not just as a job, but he was genuinely a kind hearted person. I experienced Mr. Sibley take care of this man's problem, he empathized with him, and let him know that this incident that happened the night prior was definitely a one off and it is not the U-haul way of doing business. Mr. Sibley was proud of the company he represented and made sure to let the customer know the truck should not have gone out that way. Customer service is not thought, it's caught, you can teach a person what they should say, but not how to say it. I've run into many bad customer service personnels, because there are alot of them out there. However when I run into a good one I make an attempt to Bless them or let them know they're doing a good job and I appreciate them. I'm asking everyone who reads this review to go by the Bonanza location and Bless Mr. Sibley with a $50 or $100 starting with me. Thank you Mr. Sibley we need more like you DanDan D.

Nothing at the site, however the reservation system needs work. If U-Haul does not have enough enclosed trailers to support demand, they should be buy more of them, especially 5x8 and 6x12.Jarrett W.

How come I was charged 86.00 for a 19.95 a day rental. I had it for about 8.5 hrs and only put 8 miles on it. Doesn't add up, I smell a fraud.Joseph L.

The photos they use for the van I picked up must have been when it was new. The van had wear and tear which I don't care for it's not my van, but at least you recent photos of the vehicle. I had to show them how bad in shape it was and it didn't bother them. I was told the initial charge on my card was only a hold and I'd get the difference back, that has yet to happen. I doubt I'll get the difference back so I'll take it as a loss.Daniel D.

I was not a happy customer. I reserved a pickup truck and they were out of that and the van. I had to pay extra for a 15 foot u haul and I was not very happy about that. If i had to get a different vehicle i shouldn't have to pay an upgrade fee since UHAUL messed up.Raycen-Glenn D.
