I offloaded the trailer myself and checked in my truck. There was no one there to return the equipment I used. I have used several Uhaul equipment and plan to do in the future but I would hesitate to suggest Uhaul to family or friends.

Good experience all in all no complaints. Store was clean and employees were friendly. Only issue is with uhaul policy of deactivating electronic brakes on trailer doesn't make sense.

To make matters worse when I finally got my receipt after the return I was charged wrong. The milage was off. I did report that and a gentleman quickly fixed my invoice but still, not sure why it was wrong in the first place. This place was just too busy, seemed very disorganized at our pick up.

Truck had a loud exhaust leak, drivers door didn't close properly, and the dolly in the back wasn't secured, so after a block or 2, I had to pull over and secure it. Manager Tony was not helpful at all and even insisted I come behind the counter to look at his computer screen after I showed him my online order confirmation. If I could leave less than 1 star, I would.

Victoria L.When I reserved the trailer with the on-line UHAUL site, I was directed to pick it up at a different location, which had NO trailers available when we arrived at our designated date and time. I even received a personal confirmation phone call from UHAUL the day before confirming the trailer would be available. Luckily, I went to the Meadowbrook Rd. location and Larry was amazing and helpful and got us set up with the correct size trailer we had reserved on-line. so... VERY disapointed with the on-line UHAUL feature, but VERY appreciative of the attention and service Larry and his team provided us. In the future I will not trust the information provided online but personally call any location I am directed to pick up a trailer.

Almost got a hernia lifting them up to hook them. I cannot believe you do not have trailer jacks or some sort of cart to assist in lifting these up. Both employees worked very hard to assist us and did a good job.

I then received an email telling me I needed to pay my rent Which I emailed back that I gave been out of my unit and turned in my key since September 23 as I knew the rent was due on the 24th, and I knew I could get a unit where my other things are for $40 vs $114. My unit for the $40 is a 5x10. So there was no way I was paying $114 for that tiny unit. I then got treating email to be assessed late fees on top of rent. Earlier I apparently went over on my miles was told when I returned the truck that I was good to go. Then I see where you took $40 extra besided the $31 I owed out of my checking account without notice, as I checked my emails at the time I seen you took the money out and there was none. I called and the manager said the would have it turned which it was about 10 business days later and after my automatic payments bounced due to the extra $40 that caused bounced check fees of $20 2x's and bounce check fees on my automatic payments. So taking this extra $40 ending up costing me an extra $80. So no I will only use you if I have to and nor recommend you to anyone.

We were told there was a 7x5 storage locker and it was air controlled. We were quoted 75.00. When I got there the other uhaul facility was a mile away and with the coronavirus I did not want to be going everywhere. I purchased a 12x5 unit. For 109.00 a month. This part I was very upset because we were given different info. The employees at the uhaul were very professional and nice. I would like a response as I am very angry about the inconsistent pricing and info. Your call center gives out verses the actual information that is given out.
