Initially when I picked up the truck I had an over all great experience with the U-Haul personnel working the facility (Christine). Returning the truck was completely different. The person at the counter had an attitude right from the start. I was listening to him talk to the lady before me and could sense his demeanor. Not sure if he was having a bad morning or what but he seemed to get a little agitated when I asked him to please check the truck in now so I didn't get charged another day as I was pushing up against the timeline of the 24hrs by 10-15 minutes. He became condescending and confrontational when I questioned why he was charging me for gas when I had re-fueled to the required amount. When I refueled I made sure I was on level ground, viewed the fuel gauge from the drivers seat. When they were verifying the fuel gauge the truck was not on level ground which was why it showed short a couple of gallons. I normally wouldn't have cared except the fact the U-Haul representative had a major attitude and was absolutely trying to be confrontational and intimidating. He was a good sized person who looked like he worked out. It seemed to me he was looking for a confrontation. I eventually walked away and stopped questioning the additional charges and just asked for a receipt. The person ended up charging me an extra days usage to be spiteful. U-Haul can look at he surveillance footage to confirm most if not all of what I am saying.Martin R.

Based on my recent experience there is no need for improvement at this location. The agent who helped me was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about my needs and helped me determine which trailer to rent. The paperwork was finished quite efficiently, and I was on my way faster than I expected. The agent even attached the trailer and checked that all the lights were working. I had already done this while he was attaching the trailer and I was impressed that he double checked that all the lights operated as they should. I am 77 years old and have a bad back. I was very appreciative that he did the lifting of the trailer to my hitch. This agent reflects quite admirably on your company.William C.

We were very pleased with the friendly and helpful service we received throughout our use of the facility. We particularly appreciate the excellent customer service by Huy Nyugen, who was always responsive to our questions and concerns. He made us feel truly appreciated as customers. The one problem we had was evidence of the presence of mice in our unit. We understand this problem has to do with the urban setting, and undoubtedly with those unit renters who do not follow the rules of not keeping foodstuffs in the facility. However, Mr. Nyugen was very responsive to our concern and called on staff immediately to clean our unit of mouse droppings. We also appreciate the rodent-control box which was in the unit, which I believe definitely helped. Overall we were very happy with our experience at the facility. the truck I rented this week was good, the one I rented last week had some issues. The drivers seat was broken, slanted to the left so I was constantly sliding off, and the key/steering wheel got stuck every time I shut it off. The initial vehicle that was given to me could not turn on. The battery must have depleted. The 2nd vehicle that was given to me was parked way to close to the truck right to it. I had to slip underneath the side mirrors and squeeze into the the truck. The app kept on crashing, so I had to go in get my reservation. I was quite disappointed with the service received when picking up the van. The one I received was covered in bird feces, I was also told that the van was parked in a certain location but could not find it in that location. After having to ask again, I was directed to the van which was crammed so tight into a parking spot that the side view mirror was touching the other van's side view mirror. Luckily I folded back the mirror before pulling out of the spot. I had no time to ask for a new van and was forced to keep the one I was assigned. Storage facility itself is excellent.......when you can access it. They've trimmed the hours from 24/7 to 7a-7p most days, which makes loading or unloading after work most days unfeasible. Beyond that, and much more infuriating, is the fact that the self-access door is usually some sort of inaccessible. Either the door itself is locked (even during hours, you have to go find the office people and have them unlock it), or the computer system is broken and therefore the self-access key reader doesn't work, in which case you STILL have to go find the office staff and ask them what's what. The first storage I had on the 4th floor (not climate controlled) the roof leaked into my storage and I had some mice dropping in the unit. The GM (Jennifer) was super helpful this time- she moved me to the 2nd floor, the general manager charged me the same as the previous unit I had which was great because it was a nicer unit on the 2nd floor and closer to the elevator. She was super helpful and went above and beyond for me. I didn't go check on my stuff for about two months, when I went to clean it out this past week there was mice dropping every where in the unit causing me to have to throw somethings away which is very frustrating as I moved everything to the second floor in hopes of it being a better unit especially with the climate control. I had mice droppings stuck in the tape of my packed boxes and dropping all around and inside my daughters toys and all over my wooden table, etc. I wouldn't recommend the storage site to anyone as two different floors I had similar issues and all I got the day I officially moved out was "sorry" and they took the full rent payment from me even though my stuff and my kids stuff were ruined yet again. We lost some belongings from the issue in the first unit and now we lost more of our belongings. I always paid my rent and if it was late I always paid it before it ever went into default status. Clearly there's a rodent issue in the building that needs to be addressed. And the fact that I was charged for the full month after I brought the issue up to not one but two workers and both times only got a "sorry" .. not once did anyone ask how can we fix it? How can we make this experience better? I tried to be hopefully in keeping the unit and giving uhaul my business, I'm not sure if the GM left and if the building is under new management now but I will say this past visit to the facility was not a great experience at all.amanda e. | Overall Experience

The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and VERY professional. The facility was clean and extremely convenient for customer access and use. As a senior citizen, the whole process was easy and stress free. I am new to Worcester (3 weeks now) and this purchase has been one of the most rewarding and delightful experiences I have encountered thus far. The staff here is great and goes above and beyond. When I arrived to the facility to check-in for my storage unit, the gentle man outside greeted me and offered to help with my rental as I also had a truck to return. I originally booked a 10x10 unit but changed my mind last minute to a 5x10, and they were very accommodating. There was a computer issue that caused me some delays but the manager exceeded my expectations and stayed after hours to resolve the issue and made sure I was able to get into my unit. Moving can be stressful and exhausting. Jennifer Rivera was understanding of that and made my experience better by being friendly, professional, and accommodating.
