The owner wouldn’t give my deposit back for my rental when my contract clearly states I paid one and was suppose to get it back upon drop off. Poor customer service on her part and clearly can’t read.

The staff at the union location has to be the most professional, intelligent and competent crew in your company. They seem to know the customers needs better than the customers themselves and helped make my moving experience easier than it should have been.

I do not know the young man's name who helped me with the drop off, but he was the only person on duty at about 6:00 pm. He directed me where to back the trailer to and took it from there. I didn't even have to get out of my truck. It took me less than 3 minutes to drop off. He was very friendly and helpful.

No gas in the truck at all and was super hard to drive! Should have been serviced! Then i was to have the truck back at 10 got it back at 11:15 and was charged another $40 for one hour! i called the number to let them know one hour over and she never said i would be charged! i had done express check in but arrived to facility and nothin was ready! I can even see if the amount was pro rated... i could have kept the truck if they were going to change that ... but she didn't say nothin and acted as if I should have known. Even the person who did the transaction was poor customer service. Never asked if i needed tape or boxes or anything! She complained about being cold and the building being poor insulation. Not once was she concerned about the customer and even when i called didn't make me aware i would be charged for another day.... i'm so outdone with the service i got here...

The call center was very helpful in booking my reservation the manager at the location was rude and didn’t care about my concerns

The people working in that location are the worst. There own system was faulty and they started fighting with me, particularly the lady at desk. I will never return to U-haul for anything and I will suggest my friend to do so.

I think the 24/7 is the best thing ever. This is a win for both customer and company! UHaul can make their fleet available 24/7, and the customer doesn't have to wait for open hours! SUPER! The whole rental experience went great!

There is no improvement needed in my opinion. Mr. Barber was an excellent representative. He was professional attentive and very informative. He answered ALL my questions patiently and confidently. He helped ease my concerns. Thanks, Mr. Barber.

It wasn't explained to me to go to a link and check off the truck before I pulled off the lot. So if anything was wrong I could check it off or take pictures. I was told that when I brought back the truck. My mileage was 8 miles lesser than what I quoted it would be and I was still charged that quoted price instead of the exact price when I brought the truck back.

The vehicle was clean; however, there was significant damage and paint peeling. Although it didn't effect the move, it was uncomfortable to think all the damage was noted so there would no issues with the return.

Horrible experience from the start, ruined my Thanksgiving, cost me my helpers and added a great deal of stress to an already stressful situation. I was totally inconvenienced and still no resolution from complaint filed, not even a follow up phone call. Unacceptable, I am beyond dissatisfied.

I actually returned the truck to the Illinois location, downtown Memphis. Teddarick (I am not sure about the spelling of his name) was awesome! He helped change the drop off location, set me up with a storage unit. He was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond expectations. I recommend that he gets promoted to teach others.

Have a customer service center that is capable of answering questions. Also, fix the fucking web site for returning trucks after hours. It won't matter to me, because after the experience I had I am going to be getting all my future trucks from Penske.

I was charged for an extra day despite having arrived on time. By the time it was entered the time showed up as being 25 minutes beyond my check in. I had to make three phone calls in order to address this problem. Then an additional charge was added to my visa account so yet another call was required. All in all, it was a time consuming and frustrating experience.

My phone wouldnt take the picture of my lice se necessary and they refused to 'try to find their phone's to dot he pictures themselves. Gas was much lower and miles were much higher on the truck than listed on my sheet so they were trying to scam me out of miles and gas. When I returned, I asked 2 times to be checked in and no one would help me so I had to check it in online. Worst service ever. I truly believe this location is purposefully scamming customers in the gas/mileage issues. Please check to see if they are regularly changing mileage and gas levels to improperly inflate sales.
