But the staff at the 95 Towerline rd location in London Ontario were quick to offer an alternative, even though it was bigger, and I had to do a round trip instead of a one-way rental! But the fact that it all worked out well in the end due t their flexibility is commendable, and I'm grateful.David O.

It was my worst experience with uhaul, i had requested for an mobile or 24 hrs pick up for my truck. I get to the pickup location 15mins before my truck pick up time, only to discover the incapable team had never prepared my truck for the pick up. I got to the location with a light tshirt expecting my truck to be ready for the pickup and i would leave in a few minutes. But thanks to uhaul i had to wait out in the cold freezing. But here comes the worst kr maybe the best part for uhaul an representative of your company shows up at 6.40am saw me shivering but did not have the courtesy to let me in or even actually bothering. They let me in at 7am and non of the 2 staff had the courtesy to even appologize for what uhaul did to me and this was my worst experience with uhaul.Akash C.

They had me walk a half KM to the vehicle only to make a mistake and have to walk back. I ordered it in another city and 24 hours prior to pickup was told it needed to be picked up 40 minutes away from my location. This was irritating since it cost me gas in this gas monster truck and KMs. When I returned and asked about a reduced rate which I was directed to by the morning person and someone at a call centre, the attended proceeded to state policy in a nasty tone. I understand policy given I also operate a business however some empathy would have been appreciated. She argued with me out of anger without any regard to how frustrating the experience had been. I wasn't even that focused on a discount I just wanted to be heard. After it became a bit of a shouting match she says she will reduce the rate but she's being nasty even about that. I won't ever return to this location even after getting a discount because their people are trained poorly. They screwed up out of the gate and didn't offer an apology. They argued with me and tried to make me feel small, well jokes on you because you discounted my rate and I'm still never borrowing a uhaul from your location. Attendants like that would be better suited to strictly cleaning out the storage units and away from the public.Adam B.

Train your work staff better on the correct way to attach a trailer to a hitch so that it doesn't come of the hitch on a major highway. Which could have had a horrific outcome. Always double check their work to be safe.Richard D.

Had to wait till store openedâ€¦ When I called customer service was put on hold every time (3 times ) had a wait of over 45minutes each time. 2 times I just gave up cause when they did call back I was put on hold again!!!! I also had to go to a different location to pickup my furniture pads!!!! Was supposed to be seamless but wasn't. Cost me 2 hrs of labour extra waiting for myself and 2 guys equaling $300 extra cost incurred!!!simon S.

I was pleasantly surprised at the condition of the truck I rented. It ran well and was a comfortable ride. The returning of the vehicle procedure at this location is not evident. From the street I needed to be directed in and it was a bit of a meandering route to get back to the truck return location. Staff were nice. All in all a good experienceScott K.

I've booked (order 22224055) a Cargo Van for 2:30 pm at Jack Campbell Variety on September 1st. When I got there there was no Van. So I called to 800-468-4285 and the attendant explained about the problem with the Van so he transferred me to a new adress with a 15 Truck at a new time 3:00 pm. At that time was said bt the attendant the $50 for reservation guaranteed would be apply to me, but when I returned the truck no money was refunded. I lost money with uber going to one adress to another and mainly lost a precious time on my moving day, besides the big size of the truck no properly for my needs.Marcus S.

I paid 20 bucks in fuel for 43km. Vehicle sucked the gas back making uhaul no longer worth using. Something is wrong when you have to pay 20 dollars in fuel to only travel 43km distance.
