Brand new van for my rental - nice to see newer vehicles with backup cameras. U-Haul should make sure new box trucks have them as well and advertise it as it greatly reduces anxiety when driving a larger vehicle.

The truck was dirty. The windshield was dirty and hard to see through when light it it just right. The steering felt very loose. Prices on items in the store were not correct. First set of straps said $19.99 but were $29.99, I tried another set of straps that said $19.99, but they were $24.99. They guy that helped with the return was good.

State of Texas and Harris County have mask mandates, and as a customer I chose this location expecting uhaul to follow the mandate for employees but none were. Additionally, I had completed online express check-in but had to check on again when I arrived on site. I don't think I will use this location again in the future.

The Manager Victor was excellent. I rent u-boxes and because of the timing had to pick them up and tow them. Over the pickup and delivery, Victor juggled getting the boxes switched out on the trailer while handling other customers. He did a great job.

Great Experience! We rented a 20' truck for our move, when the professional movers were almost done loading, we realized we had underestimated. I made a quick trip back for another 10' for 24 hours, just a half hour before they closed. They were nice, quick, efficient and I was back within half an hour. Easy to drive trucks, would definitely do it this way again.

This is the second week in a row renting a truck. The first went off without a hitch. Unfortunately not the second truck. Not only was I over charged when picking up. I was charged additional mileage I didn't use. I've rented from this location on several occasions before so I feel familiar with it's operations & procedures. Unless the additional charges are refunded I would not recommend this location or U-haul.

Unfortunately, my experience would have been better if the customer rep who called me to verify my reservation would have actually check the location to see if dollys were available instead of me having to drive around to rent them somewhere else. I would have picked a closer u haul location . I feel for up charging, this method you have done with me worked . Would have saved me more money if the location I originally picked was selected instead of being referred to another longer location due to product not even being available

Let me start off by saying the young woman at the counter did everything she could to help me and was extremely accommodating. UHAULS reserve system lets people reserve and then marks the truck as available if someone comes in store, and therefore can just take it. It happened to not just me today. The entire system is flawed and I am shocked you don't have more complaints. Unless I'm guaranteed this is fixed, uhaul will not get busniess from me again. Absolutely not worth the hassle.

This location did not have the size of storage unit available on my move-in date, so my stuff had to be split up between two locations last minute. I also rented a truck and materials. Upon arrival I was told the moving materials I rented were not available. However, the truck I was assigned ended up having the supplies inside. The staff did not seem informed of who was coming in/going out that day plus they were understaffed. Though my overall experience was not satisfactory, Victor, the manager, did a good job rectifying the situation.

For $10 charge get some better dollies. The base of the dollies on the big dollars or too small on the small dollies the base is bigger. I had a worker that almost broke his foot because the dryer or I'm sorry the washer fell off slipped off and then the ropes don't work you get rid of that was Godless man that real bad for business on top of that $10 for something that didn't work another thing you can improve on this making you a receipt available before you start your survey reason being and Victor was great your general manager was great but you can't estimate taxes you know taxes are 8.5% in the state of Texas are 8.25 in the state of Texas and the tax online bill on the estimated is 10% and I hope you have not texted mileage and in the use of the equipment stuff like that can you become nickel-and-dime your customer that's not good

One person handling all U-Haul andbStorage business. I set up an account, booked my equipment and pre-paid for my entire rental and accessories in advance. I still spent over 40 minutes waiting and getting taken care of. The lady was nice and helpful but she was not being supported well with what she worked with.

Wish they wouldn't have charged me for the extra day. Was not aware that the trailer had to be back by a specific time on the 16th. Was probably just oversight on my part, but getting a full days worth of late fee seems excessive

I informed the gentleman that the dash read RR tire need air. My entire trip which was supposed to be 12 hours took 15 because I stopped every 30 minutes to get air finally had to purchase fix a flat.

Overbook and closed by fire marshal. Was sent to a different location and then was charged for it. Then when the uhaul info was entered it was entered incorrectly and we were charge and additional $1200!!! We did receive a refund but it took almost a week and we had to put off paying bills due to this enormous mistake. Will probably never use uhaul again.

I've used this location many times & this was the most horrible EXPERIENCE EVER! Truck was dirty but usable, used the online check in to save time $ did anything but. Mileage was wrong, fuel was incorrect & on EMPTY, got an error message along with message to see attendant inside due to mileage inaccuracy. Slipped & had a bad fall on your sidewalk due to a water leak & slimey water.....no one came to help from garage although I was screaming then upon returning inside store I asked for a Mgr to write an incident report & the guy behind the counter very rudely told me he was the manager & he would get to me when he could & if I couldn't be patient I needed to leave. So covered in wet slime from head to toe I left the store sat in the truck & called the 800# & filed my incident report & called an attorney.

The construction in the area was a detriment when I dropped everything off, but that isn't the fault of UHaul or the location. There was a location in between our two pick up and drop off (Roanoke, VA) where the staff was excellent. We had some tire issues on a Sunday with a loaded trailer. They let us unload our trailer, get our tires fixed, and then reload the trailer in a couple of hours. They were extremely polite about it, and I can't recommend that location enough. I really enjoyed the overall service especially in these troubling times.

This vehicle was returned to Asher Automotive in Bryan, Texas on August 1, 202, who then sent the vehicle to Houston and charged me for 13 additional days and mileage along with $953. VERY POOR SERVICE ON ASHER AUTOMOTIVE IN BRYAN, TEXAS.

I was surprised that none of the employees were wearing masks. They said it was optional, so that's a company-wide problem that should be addressed. The employees were all polite and helpful. The reason for the "No" answer about the equipment is that there was a partially full plastic water bottle in the drink holders in the center console.

I was not given a chance to check the vehicle. There was some minor issues damages on the vehicle. When I clicked the link to report it. The link was already expired. There was a dent on the trailer and the plastic bumper was falling off, I paid 20 dollars to get my car hooked up, but when I got home it was loose. I was not comfortable with the 18th hour trip that I had. Because I kept stopping every 2-3 hours just to check up on the vehicle.
