I rented a pickup truck for a few hours to move some furniture. After starting the truck, the dashboard indicated low tire pressure in one of the wheels (26 PSI). I asked the U-Haul rep if they could fix this before I left with the truck. They checked the pressure in the tire, and they informed me that they measured 30 PSI and that the tire is supposed to be at 35 PSI. However, they declined to fix the tire pressure, telling me "It will be alright." I took the truck as-is but only because I was in a hurry and was planning to drive it for less than 10 miles. Not a great customer experience.

be honest regarding the cost to extend rental. I asked if I would be paying the 19.99 per day rental fee for the extension and I was told yes, only to find out that I was charged double the cost. If I had known I would have returned the vehicle. This is a customer service issue over the phone not the rental site itself.

All the vehicles were in good operational condition and clean except one but the manager compensated me for my inconvenience since I had to clean it out I had no time to return the filthy vehicle but everything worked well the team was very supportive every step of the way and I am very grateful for the experience thank you

While not the fault of the employees, the website from UHaul was moving slow this morning causing a 45 minute to an hour delay at check in. After picking up the trailer, it was noted that the left tail lamp was out. The very nice employee attempted to fix it but it was not a simple fix with wires or a bulb. Whatever, I was late and just needed to get going. Once on the road I started to notice a noise, sounded a lot like a bearing about to spin out. Thankfully it didn't lock up on me but for them to not inspect and repair their equipment is highly concerning. Once I returned the trailer I noted these concerns to the employee who simply brushed them off and didn't acknowledge the concerns at all and just continued with his check out process. What in the actual fuck. Like, seriously? When I asked him where to voice these concerns and who I needed to contact he FINALLY acknowledged I had an issue, let alone a safety concern with their equipment maintenance, and just passed me off to the website. Seriously. Welp, here it is. One star because I have to give them something because the employees I talked with that were actually having a conversation back with me were nice.

The trucks need to be better maintained. There was no license plate on the truck I rented. There was a flap of metal sticking up inside the truck that made it difficult to slide objects into the truck and I only got about 2 mpg. Had to put 4 gallons of gas in the truck to get back to the required fill level- I drove just over 7 miles! Not exactly “sustainable” as was being advertised on the monitors in the store. The truck was clean and the staff was courteous.

Have someone available outside because customers needing help with the app find themselves getting in line, just to go back out with the employee to continue what they are doing, pick up, return, etc... but that's not always possible because this is a busy location, with excellent service

When I got a key, I checked in cargo area. It was not clean. A lot of dust in there. I did not have a time to ask to clean it. I drove out. I received invoice today, they charged $20.00 for after hour service. When I return last evening after they closed, I tried to return via ihaul app. The app did not work. Then I took some pictures and parked in ihaul parking. Why they keep charge after hour service, even thr app did not work to return truck.

The service I received at the front desk was not thorough. The attendant did not send me my link to verify the condition of my damaged vehicle. I hope I don't see a charge for this! Not to mention the gears in the vehicle were not properly shifting nor was the breaking system working well.

The Auto Transport equipment malfunctioned. The straps came of the wheel, exposing the vehicle and others on the freeway to a potentially catastrophic accident. Pulled over and tried to readjust the strap, but the ratchets jammed, requiring us to get road side assistance to get extra straps to tied down the wheels to the transport. Returned the equipment to Uhaul location, and they were also unable to get the ratchets to work and ultimately had to cut the straps of the jammed ratchets to get the vehicle off. The service location manager took pictures to file a report of the malfunction equipment. Awaiting further follow-up from Uhaul customer care on compensation for the sub par experience, wasted time, out of pocket costs for the extra straps, and the risk that the driver, vehicle, and other freeway travelers were exposed to.

Absolutely NOT never go to this location GETTO AS FUK.... Rented u haul truck signed 3 pages of paperwork of how I would take care of their equipment only to return to the rental location to find my car broken into along with broken window and another car got hit as well. Manager said he's not responsible but yet not 1 warning sign or told not to leave your vehicle... Going to small claims court and will notify BBB .. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION AND U-HAUL

Your stores are consistently dramatically under staffed. It's horrible and stressful to watch one person do the work of three people checking us in attaching hitches, etc. Impossible. Because of this I paid for a half hour of a movers time that I didn't use as I waited on this one very service-minded employee strain to meet everyone's needs. I found this to be true no matter which branch I use. What's UP U-Haul???

I selected the 24/7 Mobile pick up option thinking that this was going to be the quickest way to pick up my rental but I still had to wait 40 minutes because there was only one cashier that kept having to leave the office.

Did not have my truck available. Rented out before I arrived. Wasted my time unapologetically. Had to come back next day to pickup the truck. I returned truck one hour late, after waiting for someone to help me with return. A person calling himself Brandon Sanchez stated that he would charge me an extra day because I returned it late. Miserable customer service from Brandon Sanchez, who obviously does not understand the value of net promoters.

First, the truck itself was clean and contained everything I requested (blankets and dolly). However, the pickup location was poor. At pickup, the truck was located outside of the shaded pickup location on the directions map, so I had to search for the truck. Also, the truck fuel cap was removed at time of pickup. When I started the engine, I received a notification that the fuel tank had only 16 miles to empty. Therefore, I immediately had to go get gas, which set me behind in my schedule. Then when I went to return the vehicle, the return parking line was full, so I had to maneuver around other parked trucks to park the truck I rented.
