Be accurate on milege and gas starts. Also I spent 62 from a 1995 rental 14 was added for insurance. I only dud 23 Mike's and had the truck under 2 hours seems steep. Or the 19.95 is misleading not sure. Anyways hope I don't need a uhaul anytime soon honestly I got a 9.95 charge assuming milege. But I enter 17 miles fdid 23 so that is 6 miles at .79 cents.. hiw did we get 9.91 out of that anyway don't like scammy business

Please tell the man and woman who helped me I don't know the names at this location thank you so much ! She is the only girl who works there besides the storage manager and he checked my truck in . Because of them they made my overall experience soooo great and believe me the move was Just AWFUL! They are your reason for repeat customers they put in tons of hours and treat people fantastic! Give them a raise, seriously ! Please be sure to let them know how awesome they are ! The crazy girl Kate says thanks from the bottom of my heart for your finesse . Please note that while the contract states rentals are in 30 day contracts, the U-Haul website states that you can rent for less than 30 days. This was confusing and rather frustrating.

The truck took hit a tree when they picked up boxes. They never called ..they just left it. I have a huge clean up big branches all over road and lawn.. not good.. for the amount you charge for a plywood box…..I expect better . I have pictures if needed

It stated that there was above 3/4 tank when I picked the vehicle up, when in fact it was just above 1/2 tank. I took a picture of the gas gauge and mileage before moving the vehicle from U-Hauls lot and went back inside to inform the woman who just checked me out. She said I would be able to include the photo or the original gas gauge and mileage when I check out online at another location. There wasn't a place to upload the photo, so I included it in the not satisfied with my service portion of checking out and I ended up getting charged extra for their mistake, which could have been easily corrected when I originally went out of my way to point out the mistake. Overall, I felt like they scammed me and could include an extra 1/3 tank on every vehicle and screw people over consistently for a lot of money collectively. First and last time using this service.

You really should rethink your online ordering experience. Forcing customers to go through page after page of options that they don't need and didn't ask for adds considerable stress, trying to find the little "no thanks" link to the next page. Other than that, everything was great -thank you!

Everything went as planned the only negative feedback I would give is that you can only access the location from one direction with a trailer as there is a divider and it is not possible to make a u-turn with a load on behind a vehicle.

I was not given the vehicle I reserved. I was told that it had been double-booked. Instead of a cargo van, I had a 10-ft truck. Its "Service Track" light was on. I don't think I should have been given a vehicle that needed service. The truck had a strong odor of tobacco. The employee who was assisting me was courteous, except that he was eating at the desk, not a pleasant thing to watch. Finally, my reason for requesting a cargo van was so that I would not have to climb into a truck. I have a disability that makes it difficult and painful to climb. I was able to accomplish what was necessary, but with much more difficulty than necessary. I have had several other experiences with U-Haul in Albany and NYC that were much better.

Truck had extremely horrible mileage and showed low fuel economy. Everything was manual, so definitely an old and beat up truck. Got charged for a $20 early return fee which was NOT stated when we picked up the truck even tho we discussed an early return. So disappointed.

Nothing against the employees. HOWEVER the Uhaul Reservation for the TRUCK AND TOW DOLLEY was a JOKE!. Had me travel 20 min to get Truck. This is the second time in 2 rentals I had to go somewhere else to get the Truck. The Tow Dolly wasn't there and they didn't have one and there where none available. I couldn't do that! Leaving that day! The employee worked it out, but could have been a tragedy, All the reservations I made and the detail I went through to insure this was a successful move was not followed by Uhaul. IT PUT ME IN A GREAT STATE OF ANXIETY! Because every step something was messed up when I got there. That was even with confirming everything with scheduling department. The Employees are the only ones that saved Uhaul from a big compliant being filed.

Jean was on her cellphone during our entire check in process, totally ignoring us. She was more interested in the friend conversation than us, as demonstrated by her lack of eye contact and blasé attitude. As she was not wearing a name tag, I had to ask for her name. The truck assigned to us was filthy inside & out. It appeared to have been driven through mud as the back step up bumper was caked in mud. Gene was unapologetic assigning me a different truck. Finally, the milage I submitted did not match the assigned start milage. I knew this at the time, but was so outraged at this entire experience, I simply wanted it to end as soon as possible. I will provide pictures of your truck upon request. Do not expect to see me again.

Where to start. The equipment was not ready on time. I was told I would receive a $50 credit. No such credit was provided. The employee had no clue the equipment had yet to be returned. The two people working at the time were about as customer-friendly as a porcupine. I handed a NYS sales tax exemption certificate to the employee. He did absolutely nothing with it. I previously tried sending this to corporate and was told to take it to the store. I did and the employee was clueless. I have rented from U-Haul on multiple occasions. I think I will be changing rental companies after last year's fiasco and this year's experience.

Terrible customer service. Not professional people at the front desk. One was making bubbles and the other was watching something on his cell phone and laughing. I wasn't sure if the guy was ready for me or not. Never called me up until I actually asked him if he was ready to assist me. Then he checks in my returned vehicle 10 mins AFTER I dropped it off. And charges me for 2 days (insurance and base rate), when I inquire why it's so much more he tells me that I must have not returned with gas!? He had no idea what he was doing. Then spent another 20 or so mins looking for my contract online (I have given him both, the paper contract and the online receipt). Then he told me to come back tomorrow!?!? That's not the experience anyone would like to have after they've returned the vehicle on time, with appropriate gas, and clean. Plus while being tired from moving something. Front desk people either need to be replaced or trained better.

It was decent service, but I could tell every employee from the front desk guy to the cleaning guys didnt want to be there. Also the outside of the van was filthy. I could barely see out of the mirrors which was safety hazard. The cleaning guys should focus on the outside as well as the inside. Especially the mirrors.

I can in early for my reservation for a closed 5 by 8 trailer and they had none available even though I had a reservation I was the 3 rd person with this issue in just a short time Only thing available was an open trailer luckily weather cooperated My time was delayed even further because I have a storage unit with Uhaul system said I had outstanding balance which I did not so I had to call for clearance I was in the location for at least 45 min after working a 16 hour shift it was not a happy morning

Trailer I rented was full of debris. An employee loaned me a broom to sweep it out. Of the 4 employees I encountered during pickup and drop off, only one smiled and greeted me with an appreciation for my business. I tipped that employee with a $20.

There is always, always, ALWAYS a problem when I rent fro U-Haul. This time I could not complete a mobile check in because the location gave my assigned truck to someone else, so I had to go inside. There were also no dollies available, despite my reservation of one. The people in the store were very nice, but it's always a hassle with U-Haul. Always.

On the paperwork they had highlighted how many gallons it would take to put it back where it was. So I stopped it a little short and check the gas gauge and I put a quarter tank to much inwas pretty upset. So then I was told I went $.68 worth over my mileage I explain about the fuel and I was told wow sorry we can't do anything about that and you still owe us $.68. The way the economy is in the price of gas you guys are pretty terrible I will never use U-Haul again.

The lady at the front desk was very rude, irritated, lazy and was unable to assist me with questions regarding my storage needs. Additionally, she was unaware of any discounts for military members. I have used UHAUAL services in the past for my moves and storage needs and this was a terrible experience. If I had a closer location somewhere else I would have used them. I am very disappointed with the atmosphere and the services received at this location. This needs to be fixed or customers are going to look elsewhere for better service.

As far as the facility it is good but when I made my reservation to switch from the uboxes because they were costing to much my quote was the rate on the advertisement for the one they have set up in the store. Well they could not find my reservation but the uboxes were outside but not in front of the building so I had to wait for them to call someone who was not working that day to come in. They wanted me to cancel and do it on Sunday but I went thru alot to find people to help me so I don't know why my payment is $234+ plus. I switched to save money until I find a place to live.i would appreciate your consideration in correcting this matter. Gracias
