Never had such a poor customer service experience anywhere! We called 30 minutes prior saying we are dropping off a tow dolly. No mention vehicle â€œcan not be unloaded from dolly on uhaul propertyâ€ until arriving! Pulled in with 40' RV towing dolly with car on the dolly. They said have to leave uhaul property to unload the car! Here's the problem, once pulled in, there's no way to turn around an RV pulling a tow dolly. Uhaul employee yelled at me, the customer, you have to leave to unload car! Making no sense because the vehicle couldn't turn around to leave without unloading the car! Finally with a pissed off attitude he required me to pay an additional fee for them to unhook the car from the dolly then again with pissed off attitude says, â€œDrive the car off!â€ Totally unacceptable customer service. If I owned this uhaul location I'd be totally embarrassed by this unacceptable customer service. Instead of helping the customer problem solve, yelling and berating the customer is completely unacceptable.Randall R.

I was disgusted by the attitudes of the counter staff. After 10 years of using Business Debit card at this location, the counter girl refused to accept it because it didn't have a major bank's name on the card. It is a PayPal debit card. I have used it at this location for years. It's linked to my Wells Fargo bank account. THEN the girl refused to accept my credit card because IT doesn't have a "major bank name" on the card. A Visa card with "Delta Sky Miles" or "Harley Davidson" doesn't have a major bank name on the card, either. That's the point of the Visa and Mastercard logos on the card. After all these years as a customer, renting numerous times each year, I am done with U-Haul. I realize U-Haul won't care - there are plenty of other customers out there - but that's how it is. During my move the bus routes to a gig through a temp agemcy were ureliable, was locked out by the janitor for god knows why, of my peraonal unit. Somehow me listenung to music in my room on headphones for an hour interfered with her ability to sweep and mop, and its a little suspicious that she kept teying to open it as well. I rented a unit from you for 3 months. I chose your facility because it was well lit and needed a key card to enter, yet my storage was broken into and ransacked. Not only did they take several expensive electrics, but they completely destroyed boxes of photos and personal items in my unit, things that can't be replaced. The worst, mis-managed, exsperating, moving experience of my life! Second Uhaul rental this year; long-time customer, never again. Never...egregious, conflicting, plethora of emails, overcharged, contractual obligations unmet by Uhaul during every phase of my move. Condescending, marginalization, ineptitude of reservations, pick-up of 20' truck & tow dolly, teamster 38 yrs, drove through 6 wildfires from CO Springs to LV, NV, almost 1000 miles out of normal route, I-70, closed, Glenwood Springs fire, Grande Junction fire, Cameron fire, 40 West, Dinosaurs Rock Jensen, CO, to Provo, Utah...double gas, driving time, trip sheets don't float! Someone should have alerted me to the fact of the Glenwood Springs Fire from U-Haul prior to, during overcharging me for driving extra mileage for truck & dolly pu. I DID NOT KNOW ABOUT THE FIRES UNTIL I HAD DRIVEN FROM FOUNTAIN TO MANITOU TWICE AND TO CASTLE ROCK, CO. TOO BUZY LOADING 20 FT TRUCK FOR 2 DAYS TO ENGAGE SOCIAL MEDIA OR ANY OTHER SYSTEM RE: CO., UTAH, MASSIVE, FIRES. NEVER AGAIN...Although reservations were generated 2 miles from me in Manitou, Uhaul changed them 4 times, to 66 miles, 120 miles, etc. for pu. Storage reservation in LV was not available upon arrival, so I have absolutely no clue what their facilities offer. Although Linda Borden reserved a storage unit upon arrival, Uhaul personnel intimated they had no reservation for me after a long, perilous drive. Unfortunate business experience, learned my lesson. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ASSOCIATE WITH UHAUL. Be on notice, disrespecting disabled Veteran's Widows is unacceptable. I never needed to be lied to, cheated, eviscerated, and violated by Paul, Rep West' s assassin, judging me, I will never do business with Uhaul again. Thank you Janella & Tim Manigift for your service, respect, integrity & honor. Every other individual I have encountered in this trip re: August 12, 2020-August ? 2020 with Uhaul has been disreputable, disingenious, and felonious. I suggest you try Penskey, or anyone else but the gouge is on and you the recipient are the VICTIM. Heed my words. I never received the reserved storage space by Linda Borden, per email at 333 N.
