I actually rented from another location but U-haul called me to inform me that the cargo van at the original location I had selected had a mechanical issue and made arrangements for me to pick-up a cargo van at a location only a few miles away from the location I had selected. Unfortunately, I do not remember names, but both the young lady behind the counter and the young man that hooked up and checked the trailer were very pleasant, customer friendly, beyond just their jobs. I returned the trailer after hours with self check-in with no problem at all. As for the trailer; very functional motorcycle trailer. It worked as advertised.LESLIE V.

Next time a customer wants assurance I would suggest that the staff more specifically the manager on duty does their due diligence before dismissing anyone - that will prevent mistakes in the future. You can do nothing!! Brandon and Brittney went above and beyond for me. I didn't give the details but I am broke and have been at MDAnderson Cancer Center for 9 months. I am cured but broke. I just found out a week ago my son has epilepsy and I had to move home to Louisiana to help him. Words cannot express how customer-centric they were with EVERY DETAIL OF MY CONTRACT AND RENTAL!! Manager/owner makes customer feel like we are bothering him with dumb questions if asked anything. I'm a business owner myself and he really should work on his customer service skills. We don't have to use U-HAUL but we choose too due to the ease of mobile pick up which allows us not to deal with staff inside. His attitude trickles down to the staff. He obviously knows the in and outs of the process of renting but should help inexperienced customers who come in not knowing what to do and that have never rented before. Thank you. When I got to this location, I was informed the 9' cargo van was not there. The manager Mr. Young, gave me another number to call and see where the van was located. I was quite upset as it had not been a good day for me. I called and spoke to a lady named Amber', who was very helpful and asked if would take a 10' truck at the same rate and terms, I agreed and went back in line. Mr young took my information and was given the keys. I know this is a long review but all in all I am very satisfied with the service and will recommend this U-Haul location to anyone needing rental. I myself am coming back to rent a storage unit this week.DONNA L.

An African American employee gave me the truck key and told me to go to the end of parking lot and turn on the truck and go. I am 78 years old man and was my first experience driving a truck unfortunately nobody came to show me that how the car working and use their Equpment. I waited 20 minutes upon returning the vehicle at the designated drop spot. No employee ever came to assist me. This is the day before Thanksgiving and I was already late to an appointment, in addition to having to drive 4 hours to my family's home. After waiting nearly half an hour, I went INSIDE the location, and no worker was there either. I waited inside for another twenty minutes. When I finally flagged down a worker to simply return the truck I had rented they were extremely rude to me. Altogether, I waited nearly an hour for a simple return. This 6x12 open trailer was complete trash. The bearings were going out, so it squealed. The latch to hold the back closed was missing on the left side. The right rear tire needed air added every 10-15 miles.... I've rented several Uhaul trailers and I own several trailers this was truly a nightmare!!!!!MICHELLE G.

My trailer was stolen from your facility they said i had to call the police to make a report and from there contact corporate make a report with them and maybe then be able to view the cameras or corporate would review cameras so i did i was on the phone for over an hour and the customer service employee said i would get a call from the corporate manager and thats about three weeks now no one contacted me nothing was done to help me get info on who stole my trailer or for damages done to it the employees at the office are complete a-holes they do not care about not ine single customer the manager there was clueless about what her job role i would never recommend this storage facility me thinking that since its a big company everything would be under control and safe but im sorry sounds like im just complaining alot but your employees there just dont care about there job and or attracting customers when they walk in they are very rude and non caringDavid m. | Overall Experience

My unit was broken into and a bulk of my items stolen like my washer and dryer, 2 tv's and a range of other items. Manager was very rude and not helpful. He was only helpful when the police arrived and requested his assistance in the matter. There is apparently according to the manager, no cameras to see who or when my stuff was stolen. I remember specifically asking the sales girl for a storage with AC because i had a washer and dryer etc and did not want them to rust in an outside unit. She told me there was none and instead gave me these 2 units in the end corner. It really random how my unit was then broken into and the specefic items in mentioned in check in was stolen. The return was very easy. The clerk took my key and said they would email my receipt after offering a printed receipt. I said email was fine and I was out.
