These folks always have a smile, very friendly and knowledgeable. Beautiful facilities...safe...and a great loading and unloading area. Was VERY pleased. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Loved the convenience of having a loading/unloading bay. It was raining so we stayed completely dry. Lots of space to unload Uhaul. The carts were very helpful and my unit was close to the unloading area. Facility was clean and spacious. Very nice restrooms.

Nothing, everything was excellent

Everyone was so polite & accommodating. We were transferred, & will be looking for “U-Haul” storage again based on the new Roswell store.

Mike was extremely helpful. I had made my reservation for the wrong day like a idiot and he did what he could to help me which I really appreciated. And then when the Mover helpers messed up my possessions in the move and I was going to be late I called him and he said no worry. He honestly made what could have been a terrible day into a good day with his care and customer service.

We were tired after driving for over eight hours but the services we got were awesome. The stuff was so helpful and the storage was well maintained. We knew that we had chosen the right place to keep our belongings. Keep up the good work.

Still under construction and a little disorganized

The only complaint is I did not receive the code to get into the building to access my storage unit! Everything else was great and easy!! Mike took great care of us!!

I forgot my drop off location. After being on hold to 1-800-uhaul , I dropped it off at the nearest uhaul. They staff at this location were not helpful.

Excellent, hands-on customer service! This is a brand new facility, and they are open about their growing pains and dealing with them head on. Access ease is adequate to my needs, and improving rapidly. Thanks especially to Mikey, but the rest of the staff were also friendly and helpful!

Facility is large with only one employee working didn't seem safe for him and it took longer to get then normal.

My family had to suffer under the heat for more than 4 hours!!!!!! My moving truck had issues and I had to wait four hours for another and when I went to pick up another truck, they DID NOT HAVE ANOTHER MOVING TRUCK FOR ME!!!!! Then I was asked if I could comeback the next day after 9!!!! I had no were to go with my kids and I felt humiliated by the request.... I had to get mad and that is why I got someone's else's MOVING truck!!!!! Sad..... so sad.

Drop off location needs signs for drop box location. The lock box was full and someone could easily take keys out of it.

Great customer service. Only reason I gave it a thumbs down is of the smell of smoke in truck and no fuel was added.

Wonderful customer experience. When I pulled up to pick up my trailer it was ready to go. The staff was friendly and helpful and efficient. Thank you.

excellent service A+ and good prices

Online check in was a pain and I did not appreciate stressing over the charges because I was quoted one amount in the office when I picked up the trailer and then I'm given a totally different amount over the internet on check in. That was ridiculous. The local rep made it right but I don't like feeling cheated when I'm dealing with a large company that is supposed to be reputable.

Sheyanne Iberra the associate on duty for both the pick up and drop off did an amazing job in that she was knowledgeable of the equipment and rates as well as great customer service. I wish all my transactions could take place with someone such as her.

The store manager was excellent! I had a problem with my reservation and he found me a truck within minutes. Incredibly professional. I would definitely use this store again!

The cost was a little to expensive

The gentleman who assisted me on Wednesday was rude, unhelpful, and not friendly. I have never had someone require an additional contact number to rent a vehicle, then immediately call the number "to verify it was real." The employee made a smart remark that he was going to call me since I was "late" arriving for a 4pm pick-up at 4:02pm... then I had to wait for the employee to load the truck with moving blankets AND drive to another location because the location I picked the truck up at did not have everything that I confirmed I had reserved. The price for the truck was also significantly more than I was quoted during my reservation call. The employee stated I would only be charged for the actual mileage, and according to the charge on my credit card, that is false. I was overcharged for the mileage on the truck.

The attendant helped hook up the trailer, but got a small cut on his finger in the process. Instead of cleaning it up and going to get a bandaid, he kept going and bled all over the hook-ups. He obviously has not been educated on blood born diseases, and how risky that is to others. Please advise employees not to bleed all over the equipment. As a customer, I shouldn't have to ask if he has any blood born diseases, or have to tell him to go clean up his cut so he can stop bleeding on things.

It took several phone conversations to correct my reservation

The only complaint is that I originally reserved to pick up in Taos, NM because I live in Questa, NM. Unfortunately, i received an email the day before that the nearest location for this truck was in Espanola, NM. Espanola is close to 75 miles away from Questa so I had to drive to pick up and then return to Questa to load. This cost me a charge on Mileage.

Everything was just as I expected it to be

Mike, the gentleman who helped me get the truck rental has exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond. I am so glad I picked this location to get my rental truck. They were very accommodating to my situation and made me feel at ease with the whole rental prices. I will recommend anyone in Roswell to get their U-Haul rentals from mike and his store.
