I want to make sure my 4 stars goes to the S Federal location. I was not supposed to take my uhaul here the little shit manager at my scheduled drop off point would not accept my uhaul and i have never been spoken to with as much disrespect as the little kid spoke to me with. Because this moron refused my uhaul for a reason he told me he didnt have to tell me i had to return my trailer at this location on S Federal and then still be dealing with finding where my trailer was 4 months later i would take a serious look at who you have managing your operations

Rico Hernandez was very thorough with the introduction and explanation of the truck, especially for a person who had never driven a large vehicle. He was very patient and helped do the walk around and take pictures when necessary. I appreciated his patience and nice demeanor.

Gavin was terrible. Rude, tried to turn me away, gave me a hard time for everything. He changed my return location and time on my contract without my knowledge even though he verbally confirmed my location and time as was reserved. When I noticed my contract was totally different than what we agreed, I called the location to get it figured out, Armando was just about as argumentive and rude as Gavin was. Nothing was accomplished and my contract was never coirrected. He put me on hold a few times and eventually hung up on me after holding for a while. He wouldn't even acknowledge that my contract had been changed from what I reserved. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM GAVIN AND ARMANDO. The guy who hooked up my trailer at pick up was great, I didn't catch his name.

I am very upset that the price I was told I was to be charged, was $5 less than you actually charged me. If you cannot be straight forward and honest, then you will lose my business, and I have been using your services for over a decade, let alone storage for the last 4 years. I am pissed that you are charging me more than what was agreed upon, that is a crime.

was originally we had 9 days for the equipment. Got a call we only had 6 days. Returned it all on the 6th day and still got charged an extra day. Not real happy about this. Need a phone number for corporate headquarters

Need more employees. Morning pick up for U-haul vehicles needs more staff. Waited 1-1/2 hrs even though we did the quick check in the night before. One person to handle check ins, review equipment with the customer, help cust get the trailer hitched, get them on their way is rediculous. Not to mention the employee was unmotivated and refused to attempt to work a little quicker nor apologize for the delay. Will not rent here again.

I was perfectly happy with the experienice until they charged me $25 for failing to fold 8 blankets.I will NEVER use this UHaul (or any other) because of the phone call when I called to question the charge. 30 year customer gone for a lousy $25.

Location experience was positive. Only comment concerns the vehicle. The "tow-haul" light was covered by a decal which meant you could see the yellow light but not what it indicated. I did see the tow-haul placard, but the button itself is "hidden" when the vehicle is in gear. I figured this out, but it took several minutes to resolve. Would have been dangerous if I had been moving.

It was way overpriced for the amount of time that I was using you. I also rented out a dolly that wasn't even given to me. I asked for a refund. And I only got 60% of my refund back. Which is ridiculous. It's not my fault you guys didn't give me my equipment.

Our rental experience with Uhaul was excellent! The van we rented was brand new and in excellent condition. Ricardo Hernandez was always so cordial as we returned daily for a week to rent it again! We now know where we can go for our rental needs. Thanks so much!

This is honestly the only location I will go to if I can help. I only wait 15 mins to be helped rather than an hour. Uhaul is a headache as a whole but this location has the nicest staff and the best-of-the-worst service. In my opinion, this actually says a lot, because Uhaul is awful.

When we picked up the the truck, it had 3/4 tank of gas, it was returned with 3/4 tank of gas , they charged me almost $30 saying it was full , but it wasn't.

Been a Uhaul customer for years. I’m probably over 100 rentals. I’ve never had problems when there’s need of adjustments because of incidents beyond control. It was not the case this time. Got charged extra day, for gas when I returned it same as I received it . Still working on getting this money back. There’s definitely several other locations that have better customer service than this one, especially when the customer is a repeat one.

I Was satisfied with this location but, I had originally reserved a 26' truck online at the Jewell and Garrison location and 2 days before picking it up i was called and notified that the 26' would not be available. I than reserved a 20' truck and when i arrived was told that it was not available. The attendant searched and located the truck at the south federal location. All this confusion and travel time cost me time and money. I will not be recommending uhaul to any one.

Colorado! Took 45 min to drop it off. How you only have 1 person working on a Sunday morning blows my mind. I was also given the wrong information from your call center about a ramp on a trailor....and the general manager who helped me could care a less. He was super rude and although he did help a tiny bit it really didnt matter if any of the customer that were in there were satisfied. Last time I will ever use uhaul

I do not like the $20 fee if equipment is returned after hours. To avoid the additional fee I had to keep the equipment in my driveway overnight and make arrangements to have it returned the next day.

The local store and people were of help. My reservation was made 5 business days in advance and it took two hours to get my trailer. The IT system was failing and IT helpdesk wouldnt call the local people back and then hung up on Patrick in the store. IT didnt care, the local people did all they could.

I was supposed to drop off at Mile High U Haul and storage. After getting there and backing into a stall, the guy told me he wasn't taking anymore trailers. When I asked why I wasn't notified he said sorry its not a perfect system. Then I had to drive in Denver rush hour traffic for 2 hours to another location in a bad part of town.

It's absolutely NOT ok that I had to drive an accumulated total of 16 miles extra because YOU couldn't meet my reservation time. I was awarded 50 dollars for it (which I am still waiting for) but that is for the inconveniences that I experienced for not getting the truck on time. That does NOT make up for the extra milage I had to pay for, in my opinion. I won't be using Uhaul anymore, not will I recommend it. If anything I will recommend against it because of how hard your company made it for me and my pregnant wife and 70 year old father to move in a timely manner. For shame.

Unit latch would not accept lock purchased on-site. Fix took more than 4 days. U-haul placed temp lock. Could not find our lock after fix. 2nd new lock failed after 2 uses. Staff wanted $50 to open.
