I do not like the $20 fee if equipment is returned after hours. To avoid the additional fee I had to keep the equipment in my driveway overnight and make arrangements to have it returned the next day.

The local store and people were of help. My reservation was made 5 business days in advance and it took two hours to get my trailer. The IT system was failing and IT helpdesk wouldnt call the local people back and then hung up on Patrick in the store. IT didnt care, the local people did all they could.

Patrick helped me with both pick up and drop off. He was outstanding: efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Nothing could have been done better.

The black guy was extremely resourceful. He was knowledgable about the trck storage and even the boxes and locks. He was professional. He was fast but didnt make me feel rushed and very polite.

I was supposed to drop off at Mile High U Haul and storage. After getting there and backing into a stall, the guy told me he wasn't taking anymore trailers. When I asked why I wasn't notified he said sorry its not a perfect system. Then I had to drive in Denver rush hour traffic for 2 hours to another location in a bad part of town.

It's absolutely NOT ok that I had to drive an accumulated total of 16 miles extra because YOU couldn't meet my reservation time. I was awarded 50 dollars for it (which I am still waiting for) but that is for the inconveniences that I experienced for not getting the truck on time. That does NOT make up for the extra milage I had to pay for, in my opinion. I won't be using Uhaul anymore, not will I recommend it. If anything I will recommend against it because of how hard your company made it for me and my pregnant wife and 70 year old father to move in a timely manner. For shame.

I had my reservation at 12pm noon and I got a call saying that they were waiting on someone else and I was nice enough to let them push mine back until 2. I call at 2:15 and they say it’s ready. I go to the pick up location wait another hour and they finally send me to another location. Wait another 30 minutes and finally get my u-haul at 4pm. I will be contacting customer service on Monday for compensation.

Not only did they take money out of my account through autopay that I did not sign up for, but they did it after late charges was applied. Now if you where going to do this would you not do it before

Staff the call centers - worst experience of my life was trying to reach someone in Colorado who could helpmeet with my reservation. Even the owner at the pickup site gave uo when trying to transfer my reservation. He just handled it as a walk-ion.

Patrick was awesome, hooked up the trailer for us and unhooked it when we brought it back, happily adjusted our order when we made a slight change to it, and with your online check-in things went absolutely smoothly and we were able to accomplish our goals with the trailer! Your phone person that took our order was also very friendly and helpful and we would definitely use your services again!

The facility is a complete dump - the roof was caving into my storage unit and the general upkeep of the building was non-existent. The wait line for service was at least 20 minutes every time I went

Cash helped me through the transaction. This location is awesome if your patient due to being super busy. Cash went over and beyond during my storage checkout and truck rental. Cash was awesome.

The lighting was horrible. There is no light in the storage unit. The hall lighting was not up to par. There was electricians there two of the times I was there. The staff was helpful.

Had a lot of issues with Staff and being blamed for things we didn't do. Specifically because our storage place was next to the garbage. Our moving out date was 3/2/2019, not 3/4/19.

Unit latch would not accept lock purchased on-site. Fix took more than 4 days. U-haul placed temp lock. Could not find our lock after fix. 2nd new lock failed after 2 uses. Staff wanted $50 to open.

When I called and asked what was needed to move in they said ID and form of payment. They stated they were open until 8PM. When we arrived to move in no one with storage access was present.

The new manage was rude and condescending. My unit was broken into after having rented there for over 6 years. Manager proceeded to tell me I opted for no insurance. None was offered. Stay away
