This location has had a lot of theft according to the staff. I was issued one of the vans that was recently stolen and as such the Steering column was destroyed as the thief got it and jumped the car by destroying the van. When I brought this to the attention of he staff, I was brought back inside to be issued another set of keys but the one and only cashier helped several others before me again and I was left to wait for little over an hour for the fix. I checked into through uhaul IOS app and had to keep restarting the app Consistently to process the transaction. I reserved a dolly with my van but the location did not have one to give me. Had to purchase one from home depot for $89. Very poor experience, you all missed a lot beats this day.

Check-in person forgot to send the inspection link prior to departure. I had to call it in because my mileage at the location did not match mileage at my first stop (where I was doing to truck inspection). This delayed things by 30 mins. The truck was out of alignment and difficult to steer. Wiper blades were worn out on a drizzily wet day causing poor visibility at night.

I reserved a furniture cart and a utility dolly in advance and the store had none for rent at the time of scheduled pick up. Additionally, the windshield wiper knob broke while driving in rain and the the wipers did not work consistently.

I had already paid for my reservation in full and they mistakenly shortened my reservation by three days, which subsequently meant I was overcharged when I returned the trailer and had to go through customer service to dispute the charges. In addition, the outside of the trailer was filthy. When I registered a complaint about this part of the process, I was told that they aren't allowed to clean equipment at this location due to city restrictions. If that is the case, they should find a way to clean equipment elsewhere or offer to pay for having the trailer cleaned elsewhere.

Please consider including the items rented through the app onboard the vehicle, upon pickup for two separate times now I've been told they are in the vehicle and I forget to check then they're not in there. I was charged both times for accessory equipment, such as a dolly, despite not receiving them and already leaving the U-Haul

Charged an extra $30 including tax for returning the trailer 3 hours past the time I picked it up. Seems pretty excessive will not rent with U-Haul, if you are going to charge extra excessive fees they should be told up front.

The customer service agent was rude lacked professionalism. I reserved my unit online. In process of reserving the unit I specifically requested a dolly. Only to find out during the pre trip inspection. There was not a dolly on the truck. I proceeded to let the customer service agent know about the issue. Once inside I saw the agent was busy. I then asked his female co worker if any dollies were available. She stated that this location did not have any available. She then relayed the information to the customer service agent. While he had a customer in front he YELLED across the showroom at me. He stated he had told me prior that there was not a dolly on the unit. At which time I let him know we never that the conversation. He then stated he had taken it off my reservation. Upon my check in with the truck. I inquired about the dolly charge. As expected the charge was not removed from my reservation. The individual checking the unit in noted that this location has not had dollies for quite some time. The lack of professionalism and fee transparency give me pause in regards to utilizing this particular location again.

My worst experience by far as I rent trucks and equipment at all times. First and foremost, there was only one employee helping out customers while there was a line forming for truck reservation pickups. My long distance move was severely changed due to not having the truck size I was guaranteed a day before by employee.

This was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at this location and Uhaul in general. The truck I was given upon my initial setup had all types of bird feces on it. I looked at other customers who received trucks which didn't have this on their rental vehicles. I asked for another truck and received a lukewarm reception. There was one employees who was wonderful upon my return of the vehicle. However, the Hispanic gentleman who I guess was a supervisor or lead had a piss poor attitude upon correcting the charges for my rental. This establishment is an embarrassment to the uhaul corporation. I don't recommend and I will be writing a google/yelp review as well. I would hate to think I was treated a certain way due to being of a certain demographic.

Actually it was not the site that gave me trouble, but customer service. I called the evening before my return date. I needed an extension. The agent gave me a 24 hour extension at no charge. I was most grateful as I expected to pay for a 3 hour extension. When I returned the unit the 2 hours late on my due date, the location charged me for 24 hours. The manager told me it was out of his hands. However he assured me that customer service would help me out. Customer service did no such thing, telling me it was out of their hands. At this time I will no longer use UHaul as my first choice. And I will tell others about my experience.

Don't be vague about gas refill. They stated to bring it back a little past half full, so I filled it up a little past half full. When I brought it back they said it had to be between one half and three quarters and they were going to charge me twenty-five bucks. Talk about a shake down, so I went and put seven dollars to reach uhauls gas mark, seven dollars put it over the uhaul mark. I guess I will find an honest truck rental organization. I hope a couple of bucks was worth loosing a customer, uhaul.

I have rented trailers and a truck at this location several times. This time It took 45 minutes to get checked in, this was after I had already did the “escape the wait online check in”! There not another customer in the store. Then the woman at the counter said she needed to take photos of my driver's license. I asked why since I had already submitted photos during my “online checkin” process. Then when I finally got to the trailer and looked it over I saw the tires ware-bars showing. I pointed it out and was told the tires tread depth was adequate. I informed him I was driving 700 miles at 70 mph towing approximately 1000 pounds. This was the only trailer available and I was assured the tires were adequate but I could “Purchase” road side assistance which I declined.

The costumer service was lacking. If your store will not take a Visa debt card and run it as a credit card - this should be listed before you come to get your item reserved. Also, when the person taking your order never looks at you and huffs at you when you say this is the only form of payment abs you let them know it can but run as a credit card and the his only reply while still looking down says “well my manager would disagree and says it has to be a major credit card and this says debt” - if I hadn't have needed that day I would have left and gone to Penske truck.

WOULD HAVE GOTTEN AN EXCELLENT EXCEPT THAT THEY HELPED 3 OTHER CUSTOMERS IN FRONT OF ME AFTER THEY TOOK MY INFORMATION. I ARRIVED AT 3:30 TO GET THE TRAILER THEY WERE HELPING A CUSTOMER. THEN ANOTHER PERSON CAME IN AND THEY HELPED THEM FOR 30 MINUTES, THEN ANOTHER CUSTOMER WHO WAS DROPPING OFF BUT HAD A PROBLEM AND THEY HELPED THEM. ALL WHILE I WAS WAITING AT THE COUNTER WITH A RESERVATION.

Used the app to rent a van. Had to go inside and wait in line to get the keys. Found out later a rear turn signal and brake light didn't work. I should have caught it but I wish it had been addressed before renting. I followed the app instructions to return the van which didn't match what they wanted at the return location. I have been renting uhauls for years and after my experience here, this will be the last time. Not only was the guaranteed equipment not available, the employees were beyond rude and it was shocking to have someone I don't even know treat me like I murdered their family. They also lied about taking the dolly off my account (since they didn't have one), but when I asked for a receipt they refused. I later found out I was still being charged for the dolly when I dropped off my truck.

All employees were very helpful and accommodating. The cashier was extremely patient with me. Even when he showed me were the storage size facilities were, the girl next to him knew I couldn't open them and opened them for me. They even offered me water. The young man who helped me with my boxes was extremely helpful with picking them out. He was also helpful with loading them up. It took me a minute to figure out how to put down my back seat and he waited patiently. I would highly recommend Uhaul the customer service was extremely excellent.

I did a walk in for a storage unit. Was informed they were sold out of the unit I wanted, but then someone said that they were moving out of their unit and someone went to make sure everything was cleaned and ready for move in. I then was able to get the storage unit I needed.
