The guy that checked me in and hooked up the trailer as well as checked me out and unhooked it was great. He was great to work with and extremely helpful. His service makes me want to always rent from this location even if it is farther way for me.

ELIACIM FI picked up my cargo van and it was only 7 degrees out. The windshield and side windows were all coat with a layer of ice. There was no ice scraper or snow brush in the van I had to wait almost 15 minutes before the windshield and windows started to thaw. I finally used a credit card to scrape the ice off.

RICHARD JAfter setting up an appointment, I would think the U-Haul would have been at the front of the store. I had to go out into the lot and locate the vehicle. Take pics of any damage I could see & verify it was the right vehicle with the correct license plate. The truck wasn't full of gas , the gage read under half full . I didn't need a full tank but if I did I would have had to stop first to fill up. Then when bringing it back I had to guess how to get it to the fuel back to just what I used. Simpler if it was full .
GORDON JBrought the truck back at the opening time Sunday morning and only took minutes to check it in and complete the final payment. Gave information about the sticking parking brake and the shift lever park light on dash that would sometimes come on or not. They thanked me for that report. Truck ran well. We only drove a little less that 100 miles.

IGOR RI originally wanted a trailer, went to pick it up and realized it was too small. The female that was working there the three times I was in there immediately got me a van and car trailer reserved for the next day and was extremely helpful in getting me on the road. I don't remember her name but she is an excellent asset to your company.
JASON RMy moving blankets and dollies were left out. The truck drove poorly and had a bad suspension issue in the front that caused it to bounce constantly on the highway. It was an awful experience.
Daniel VWhile I was moving into my storage unit, I was harassed by someone who didn't even have a unit on the property. She was with someone who did. The incident occurred while my mother, friend and I were moving my stuff inside the building. We had pulled our cars in to make the move easier. While we were doing that, a young woman came up to the secured door asking for help to come in. I had asked her "Do you have a code? I only know how to get in with a code." She flashed me a card and stated that that was the only thing she had. I ultimately did not let her in. Coming from a security and law enforcement background, but also with just moving into the property, I did not want to just let someone into a secured facility, since I did not know what the repercussions would be. The young woman somehow gained access to the facility and located me and started to yell and be aggressive towards my party and I. We clearly stated that we were just following the rules and that there was no need to be aggressive in any way. A man (who we later believed who the woman was with) grabbed her from behind and essentially dragged her away from us. A few moments later, the same woman came running down the hall towards me and grabbed my hair, gave me a fat lip and scratched my face. To my understanding I thought she was coming to have a calm conversation with me but I was obviously mistaken. It took the two people in my party and the man she was in to get off of me. I was evaluated by an ambulance and thankfully was ok. However, the woman left and the male half did not give her up. During about 90% of my rental time at this location, I came with someone because I did not feel safe. I should not fear coming to a secured facility to get to my belongings. I am only leaving this comment because only the first half of this incident was on camera and would only suggest you get more cameras in the facilities for everyone's safety, especially since that woman didn't even have a unit.

CLAYTON RCustomer service was very good. The representative explained the process. There is an after hours drop off process, but I chose to drop off in person. Both the pick up and drop off representatives (different young lasies) were very knowledgeable and personable. Rates are as advertised. ($.89/mile) Mileage cost could quickly add up with a long travel move. My use was a local move. Worked out perfectly. I rented a 15 foot box truck to move a 1 bedroom apartment. All the main furniture fit fine. The truck was older. 124k+ miles on it. Steering felt a little loose but manageable for local driving. But long highway drive....not sure how it would have been. Overall, good experience.

Donna S | Online Move InAfter 3 years of renting unit 1199 we moved out of unit on 10/15/24. I believe i rented unit on the 13th of the month, credit card charged on the 14th, we moved out the morning of the 15th and were charged 189.00 for the month of November. I find that to be bad business. We are from out of state and due to the hurricane that was when we could fly to NY for our move out. I spoke to Jessica the GM and she said there was nothing she could do. There should be grace period, especially for good clients who maintained good standing and paid on time for the term of rental.

It was very frustrating having my stuff held and needing prepayments that we never knew of nor agreed to so this was about an additional 400$ - need to add up payments - above and beyond what was expected. Beyond the money aspect, the service was excellent.

Danette H | Overall ExperienceThe staff was rude when I attempted a refund due to billing issues. They informed us that if we received the refund we would be locked out and receive late charges. I was under the impression I had a 3 day grace period and when I acknowledged that I was aware I would get a late fee if past a certain point this was when I asked to move forward with the reversal. This was when we were then told that we would be locked out even though we still had 3 days at this point to pay. We ended up removing our things from the unit and even though we did not use the unit for the new month they still refused to give us the money back. They stated that if we wanted to move out and not be charged we would have had to tell them in advance. This was also never mentioned until we were already attempting it.They never mentioned that it cost extra for 24 hour use and never offered it to begin with so we were unaware it was something extra we had to pay for. It make's absolutely no sense that we have to pay for a storage unit that we did not use.
