The truck was not in good condition. The driver side door doesn't close with ease. The truck steering wheel has a play . Feel unsafe on the highwayAMRINDER T.

The Fuel gauge shown in the rental agreement was incorrectly marked. The staff was not very welcoming. Rented the Van for 1.5 hours drove 17 km and ended up spending $50 for the Rental van.Dhanula K.

I reserved a van a fair amount of days in advance. When I arrived, there were no vans available. I had to take a 10' truck. They were fairly accommodating for failing to provide the required service. However, we had enough items to fit securely in a van-size space, so a number of items shifted during travel. Luckily, they were not damaged during travel. The truck handled far worse than a van, making the trip far more unpleasant.David A.

Clean the windshield, inside and out and the mirrors. Twice in the past week when I have rented I have had to get windex and paper towels in order to see. Not sure if the gunge is from the sun protectors used? Other than that everything went smoothly.SANDFORDALLEN R.
An ACCURATE capacity for the trailers should be mentioned on your website... more than what is there... I rented a 4x7 foot open trailer and was told (and what i could make out from the website) that a standard skid 40"x48" would fit "no problem"... well, it doesn't!!! it's about 1" too narrow as the guard rails intrude into the width. So I had to unload the skid into the trailer manually, wasting precious time. So BE FOREWARNED and check your dimensions and measure the trailer before you hook it up!JUERGEN R.

I recently had a bad experience with Uhaul. I booked a 15 ft truck on August 21st for moving to Brantford on September 1st. As you can see I booked the truck 10 days in advance. When I went to the pickup location on September 1st the truck was not available at the location. I waited at least 30 minutes and I got a call from Brampton head office. they said they can only provide 10ft at this time in a different pickup spot because a 15ft truck is not available anywhere in Mississauga. So i had to uber my way to go to the other locations. Because of this my whole moving plan was disrupted and ended up moving well beyond 2 am on September 3rd. This caused a lot of stress because the 10ft truck didn't have enough space to put all my stuff. So I had to beg my friends on a working day to come and pick up the remaining stuff in their trucks which I ended up paying for their gas. this was a huge headache and stress for me because Uhaul doesn't have the courtesy to inform me that a 15ft truck is not available at that date. But when I booked the truck on August 21st your website reservation was guaranteed. Can you please explain to me why Uhaul didn't inform me and also the money I spent on Uber for different pickup locations and my friend's gas? I have been a loyal customer to haul if you check my profile you can see I used Uhaul a lot of times.Chandrakumar R.
Great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. The gentleman that hooked up the trailer had great tips for driving. He checked the lights and made sure I was confident before leaving. The gentleman that helped me return the trailer was exceptional, he had a great sense of humor. He backed the the trailer in, unhooked it and help me check out. Great experience! Not impressed with the wrong size advertised, I needed a true 5 x 9 trailer but instead I was very disappointed. The trailer was 4.6 on the inside and didn't fit my dune buggy. My husband had to take apart the front passenger suspension just to load it onto the trailer. If my husband wasn't so smart, my weekend plans would have been ruined. Your customer service is honestly atrocious. I made the reservatiomn and rental, but for some reason your staff puts down my details with the drivers name on the contract. All I want to do is pay my invoice that was sent through my account and I am just getting slapped with reasons why I can't pay my bill cause my name is not on the contract by your service reps. You need a better system, or this bill will just remain outstanding otherwise.Cory A.

The pricing was very deceptive. It was almost comical to see where my $29.95 RENTAL end up at a bill over 200 for a short move. I warn all who will listen that the posted rate at uHaul has nothing to do with your billKEVING H.

Truck was not maintained well an ran like a pig an used exorbitant amount of gas. We did not use all the moving pads an one pkg still wrapped but was not credited as was told would be.
