This 5x8 cargo trailer waist level side wall bumpers had slots for tie downs, but the slots were so narrow I was unable to get hooks or rope in. Other 5x8 cargo trailers had slots large enough for tie down strap hooks.Chris S.

I was disappointed to learn that the pickup truck I had reserved was not returned so I really hadn't reserved anything. But for the same price I was quickly given a cargo van which I I liked even better and that was a relief. I soon learned that it's difficult to predict how long it's going to take for any move. Everyone was very professional and kind and I have bought lots of moving supplies from this location and always have been impressed.Leslie M.

My reserved and prepaid van was not available when I arrived at Maryland Heights location. I was offered a box truck which was not acceptable to me. I was redirected to the Page location. Took an extra 3o minutes to go the other location and get the van, plus added mileage on my rental because of the location change. Still like the Maryland Heights location, though. Used many times and this was the first hiccup. Would have been nice to have been notified that my reservation wasn't available.MARK W.

Stop robbing people. I was charged for 2 days when I only needed one and I barely used the mileage they gave me but I got none of my money back.. I was robbed. I should have at least got a refund for what I didn't use. And my price kept changing. When I made the reservation online the price was one thing then when I went to put my card in, the price went up and then when I went to pick up the truck, my price went up again but no one explained to me why I had to spend so much.James D.
Overland, MO was great! They actually answered their phones. However, Kelly in Sarasota, FL DID NOT!!! We were paid until the 20th. They picked our stuff up on the 21st from Sarasota and I still had to pay a full month's rent before we could get our stuff. He, Kelly, had stood right in front of me and told me that they didn't worry about a couple days. Lied and would not answer his phone or return my call.Mike M.

I initially tried to use the Uhaul in Hazelwood on Dunn rd. However, after 3 months they were unresponsive and never received the alleged ordered hitch. Therefore I bought the hitch, wiring, and tow package from another vendor, who got me those items in just 1 day. Then I went to the Uhaul on Page in Olivett. They were very accommodating and got my 3rd party hitch and wiring installed very timely. I will also rent my cross country trailer from them. Same company - much different service!!MICHAEL M.
almost impossible to call the location itself. call was always sent to call center where wait time was usually ten minutes. Once at the location everything was great.JEFF M.
Reserving and organizing your pod for delivery was one of the most frustrating things i've done in years. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and agreed that your system is terrible. I spent approximately 9 hours on the computer and on the phone on hold trying to make corrections. At the end everything worked out but there's no way I'd use uhaul again unless your system for pods is overhauled.ALAN W.

Pick up and drop off of the cargo van we rented was a piece of cake. The van must have been new OR the staff does a really bang-up job of cleaning all of the U-Haul vehicles! Would recommend that others use this Page Avenue location, too.STEPHEN L.

Overall, this experience in me receiving my 1 of 2 containers has been frustrating. 1) I didn't get my containers at the same time, like I was informed I was going to. 2) I didn't get my 1st container on the date the shipping manager said I would get it. 3) I didn't receive my 1st container for a full week after the fact and the shipping facility kept removing me from the drop off date. 4) the facility never contacted me about coordinating the arrival of my UBox, I was always the one initiating the contact. 5) once the Ubox finally arrived, the UBox didn't get picked up as prescrSarrah R.

Overall disappointing experience. Online reservation tool kept changing delivery date. Boxes were picked up in St. Louis on 9/9/21 and we did not receive in FL until 9/26/21. THIS WAS NOT THE TERMS AGREED TO WHEN WE PAID OVER $3,000 FOR YOU SERVICES. Every time we called to discuss our issues, every rep explained it was not their responsibility and transferred us to some else. Unless we receive some sort of refund due to the extended time we were without our boxes, we will not be using Uhaul again. We paid for services assuming less than 10 days without boxes and it ended up being 17 days. We understand you are experiencing staff shortages, but that does not mean I am going to pay full price for almost double delivery time.Kevin F.
