The after hours return experience was impossible. Whenever I tried to follow the route to find out what to do on an after hours return, it routed me to start the order (start the rental) process. Also, I had challenges with coverage in your location. That may not be your specific fault, but you probablyshould have some signage at the return location that spells out a basic path (Get the key and contract, lock the returned vehicle, this way to the after hours drop box, drop them here). The equipment was reasonably well maintained but there was a puddle of water in the middle of the van rubber mat. Also, your staff was scrambling to get everything done, working very hard. Still being friendly, helpful, and good ambassadors for U-Haul, and actually running to do the next task. Don't blame them for any of what I said here.

This Location is on Cenntinial in Colorado springs Colorado.

Danielle J.The process of picking up this vehicle was ridiculously cumbersome. It took nearly 45 minutes. I reserved the vehicle online and uploaded driver's license photos. None of the online preparation made any difference. We were not able to do the check-in online as it wouldn't work. We were asked a gazillion questions, had to provide the driver's license again, they took a picture of my husband (what?!), and called both of our cell phone numbers to make sure they worked. The process was so silly it was laughable. We will not be renting a vehicle from UHaul ever again.

mike D.I reserved a 20', an appliance dolly, and some other equipment. The online check in process was more difficult than it needs to be. When I got home ready to load, none of the equipment was in the truck. I had to have an appliance dolly, so I had to drive back to the location to get one. That was about an extra 20 miles @ $1.09 a mile. Plus the time lost. I'm military and have rented from uhaul for many moves. I'll avoid uhaul in the future if possible.

As of tonight, I have not seen a corrected invoice which means I'm going to have to follow up and track down the refund because it doesn't appear the rep did their job.
