The exterior windshield was not cleaned, it had lots of bugs and dirt dried on from recent rain and wind. The interior windshield had some type of spray dried on and difficult to see in the sun. I had to stop and clean both sides. The truck and trailer were not at the location identified and I had to travel 45 minutes to get the truck and then another 40 minutes to get the 6 x 12 trailer.Timothy G.

The staff is phenomenal! Very helpful and polite. But the storage units that I had were falling apart. I used this facility some years ago and it was very clean and dry. That's what made me come back, but this last time was definitely different. The ceilings in the units are peeling and leaking, my things were damp and pieces were all over. I received the truck with audiometer having a wrong reading on it (79642, while the paper mentioned 79612), 30 miles difference. I figured that out after I took my vehicle and left the facility. I already informed the customer agent at location that I'm going to use only 20 mileage total for the whole trip. When I called the customer service to Discuss this issue, she did not seem willing to investigate it further or double check with the agent at location where I rented the truck from. I ended up paint 20$ extra money for extra-mileage I did not use.HANY S.

I think it's 100% ridiculous that YOU changed the pick up location and provided so little notice that it was happening. Imagine my surprise yesterday, when I went to the location I selected only to find no reservation or truck. Other than the drop off everything was fine. I was not totally sure where to leave the van. We left it behind a truck someone else returned initially. He didn't know what to do either. Then my husband put it in a parking spot. This online drop off is pretty involved, more so than I thought it would be & my phone didn't want to bring up your site at all. Also, there were no actual instructions where to go on the site to return. The kid told me to go all the way down on the site page & there would be a return link & there wasn't one there. It took some messing around for me to figure it out. It's good that I am somewhat computer savvy. Otherwise I would not have been able to figure it out!!! I don't have an account with UHAUL, nor do I want one or to create one. You need to put a link at the TOP of the homepage for night returns & make it simpler.KATHRYN B.

a little too expensive for the month. Also when I called they didn't told me anything about the month free if I would have rented a certain truck. Once I got to the facility they let me know I could have save x amount of money if I would have done this.... I believe is mess up to tell your customer oh by the way you could have safe if you would have done this... after the fact I already rented and did and spend money. I find it offensive to increase the per mile charges on the weekend -- just a way of generating more money because you know that more people tend to rent on the weekend. And charging an extra $1.00 as an "environmental fee" is equally ridiculous. To quote the moron currently occupying the White House: "Come on man!".JOHN L.

I had an issue with returning my vehicle after-hours and was unable to complete the asinine mobile return. I called the support line and was transferred to another line that had me on-hold for 40 minutes until I eventually hung up. I called the store the next day and explained my issue and was told the charge would be refunded; unfortunately, it has been multiple days and I have not received an email or a return phone call to provide closure to this issue. I find this vexing and disappointing. Do a better job and refund the money that is owed to my account.JAMES C.

Getting in and out was very easy. Signing up for the unit and closing the unit were both very easy and efficient. When we first started we got a reminder that the bill was due by phone. The storage unit was cleaned out and the facility was well maintained. The people at the customer service desk unfortunately didn't seem very educated on the process of checking in. I had a reservation to get one month free with my one way truck rental and the agent tried to charge me for it at first. Then I was told there was going to be a lock in my unit but there wasn't so I had to walk back to the office to purchase one.
