Not switch my guaranteed reservation location 15 minutes before the pickup time through text, prompting be to pasty for another ride to your other location and waste 40 minutes of my time, while providing no on site accommodation for this mistake. Associates and even the GM were very rude, did not know what was going on about the services I requested. The person at the desk just blew off my questions and did not answer them. The GM seemed genuinely pissed off to be there and have anyone ask a question because I was unsure of how the convenience fee worked about having my rental rerouted to another location due to the first location losing the keys to a reserved truck. The service on Morse road was insanely slow. What should've been a two minute process took 40 minutes with one or two customers in front of me. Wouldn't recommend to use this location.Nathan J.
I had to go to New York on an emergency on Friday and my sister dropped off my furniture. I was not aware of where the storage room was stationed. Reserved a 4x8 trailer over a month in advance. Showed up to the location that was suppose to have the equipment which I why I chose the location. Gave me a bigger, more expensive rental instead. I reserved a specific size, planning for a certain price and it get switched without notification and choice.David K.

Poor service. No one helped when I asked where to drop off the trailer. Finally someone just walked over grabbed it off my hitch and walked away with it. I had to track him down and all he said was your good to go. I never received an email/receipt saying I had returned the trailer. Had to go back inside and again they were not helpful at all. The 2 people working the front desk at check in were wonderful, but the general Manager walked over and was lurking and the demeanor of the employees changed completely, from friendly and joking and laughing with all the customers to stern yes/no answers etc. the truck was junk, passenger airbag cover coming off, passenger door comes open on the freeway, mirrors won't adjust, Speedometer off by 10 miles an hour.JOHN K A.

The working staff and facility was fine. My complaint is about the truck itself. The odor in the truck was extraordinarily strong. You could even smell it in the cab. I don't even have a good sense of smell and it was overwhelming. It smelled like something was dead and decaying before I got the truck. I'm not exactly sure what but I didn't enjoy having all of my possessions exposed to whatever uncleanness was on the surface. Also I ordered a single dolly. The truck has two dollies and a giant bag of cushions or furniture protectors or something. I did not use them. I hope I wasn't charged for it. If it wasn't for the disgusting odor in the truck I would have been happy with everything.Benny G.

Lights did not work. Took over 3 hours to fix. Check engine light came on with in 30 min of driving. Evap code. Over several hours on hold, still not fixed. Truck had no power because of this. One person. Finally answered call that I was holding for over an hour for only to put back on hold for more than an hour, she never came back on the line. My daughter also called she was hung up on. The two star rating is because the two humans I interacted with were top notch. However I am very displeased with the reservation system and the way my account was settled: Reservation: I was able to make a reservation on Friday for 8am Sunday the 31st for a 20ft truck. Complete with confirmation number. Saturday morning I get a phone call that there are no 20ft trucks available at all and best they can do is 11:30am for a 15 foot truck. The woman I spoke to was very nice and understanding and helpful. She said she had contacted corporate about the reservation system allowing this and had been dealing with this same scenario for other customers as well. Drop off: While I was picking up my truck the line was long and I heard as several customers were turned away due to trucks not being available. Customers that had confirmation numbers like I had originally (the gentleman next to me had made his reservation an hour prior so I assume didn't have time to get a phone call). The individual who checked me out was fantastic. I got my truck and moved. I had the truck rented until 11:30am August 1 but was done moving at 5. Rather than keep the truck overnight, knowing they were in demand, I dropped it off around 6pm. Today I have a $20 charge on my receipt for "after hours service fee". I was not made aware that returning the truck EARLY would incur a $20 fee and that seems asinine to me. I have since waited on hold twice for 21 minutes and 47 minutes trying to address the situation and have also emailed. 5 starts for the actual humans I have interacted with. 0 stars for the system.Christina V.

Some lady in there was kinda rude and stern with some customers but I'm not sure what got her there. Maybe she needed to because some people just don't understand instructions. The line was long as hell. I unfortunately stood in that line to return the truck I guess someone was supposed to come get the keys from me and check me in. But the guy that was out there was present but not there mentally, if I make sense. He saw me pull in and walked away so I assumed that he was not the check in person. I stood in that long ass line just for them to tell me that the guy outside should've checked me in. Wasted 45 minutes of my time tho. I get back outside and the guy said that he thought that the truck was getting ready to be sent out. I informed him no I was returning he got me checked in and I went on my merry way. I'm not sure how he thought that when he saw me pull up and get out of the truck. So we just letting customers get they own truck pull it up to the door and go inside to let the staff know? Only Problem I have is That picking up a truck to go long distance with a half tank of gas.. was not an expensive I was expecting and considering Uhaul charge so much for gas when you don't fill it back.. where is that money going? because not only am I paying for the truck I'm paying for gas to get there then I have to fill it back once I get where I'm going is a rip off.ELICE T.

If I could do it all again, I would go somewhere else. First, the unit I needed wasn't available then I was charged more for their mistake. Second, on my way to pick up my 26' truck I was called and told the truck was available (even though I had a reservation for weeks) so I was sent to a farther store for â€œthe truck.â€ That truck was actually a 17' truck and I was incorrectly charged to start out (charged for the 26' truck). The staff was very rude about my complaint for being over charged. So again, for their mistake, I lost my time and had to pay more because I had to make two trips and drive twice as far. The only reason I'm staying with uhaul is because I don't want to move my stuff again. If you want any kind of good experience, go somewhere else, hell store your stuff in the woods, it would be more reliable and in better hands.Chandler C.
My experience with uhaul has been as negative as any bmv or utility company I have ever dealt with. MANY MANY hours on hold to fix mistakes made by uhaul. After many hours of calls and an e-mail confirmation of a storage unit reserved, somehow it was lost with no sign of it ever being made. Left me with a smaller unit at an inconvenient location. When we went to pick up the truck on Sat. at 8:00, I had to wait for 55 minutes to get waited on, even though I had a reservation for a truck. When we returned it after office hours, I had trouble with using the app to be able to return it. Also, when we locked the back lock, we could not reopen it with our key to take a picture. We also had a mix-up on returning the truck. We thought we had registered it to take it to a different location. When we went there, we were not able to return it there without another big charge. But returning it to the original place meant that we had incur more mileage. When we picked up the truck, the clerk did not go over the return of the truck with us, and we didn't realize our mistake. Please have the clerk go over this with a customer and make any changes at that time if incorrect.Joyce B.

I wish we could've picked up our van at the original scheduled location. Very glad we arrived early as a line was forming behind us which would have delayed our project. Our agent (at pick up) was extremely patient and got a manger when the price quoted didn't match the price he stated. Resolved quickly. Van had a animal smell (and hair on the passenger seat). The facilities were in great condition, HOWEVER, I made a reservation a week in advance for a truck and storage unit for my mothers belongings, however when I got there and provided a reservation number the clerk told me she didn't show that and not sure why and how someone scheduled that unit because she can't find it! My mother has medical issues and this situation put me and her in a bad position. The clerk found a smaller unit (saying it was their only unit left) which put us in a different position as we couldn't store ALL of mom's belongings! I didn't have options as the movers were on the way so I had to accept and unfortunately, mom lost a couple of items because of this UHAUL SNAFU! The storage was smaller than I anticipated and had holes in ceiling. I secured the storage unit on-line. I wasn't sure of how to access the area and the instructions listed were not clear enough for me. I would have asked someone at the counter, but there were always several people in line to be waited on so I talked to employees outside and they were very helpful.
