Martha S.Get rid of the girl in front with the huge nose ring...I find it hilarious that she can interrupt people when they are talking & asking a question before you can even finish asking the question BUT if you interrupt her while she's talking she's allowed to be rude and demand that you give her your full attention and listen to every word she has to say...rude,unprofessional and disrespectful....I personally will not use this location for any of my moving needs simply because of that,I won't tell anybody to avoid the place but I will warn them of the 'Karen' that works there....everybody else top notch & the equipment I used work perfectly for my needs

Christine P.I requested a pick up truck & was given a 10' box truck instead. Was harder for me to climb in & out and I paid $100 more. Additionally I returned the vehicle early (over 12 hours) with a 1/2 tank of gas, and it was only a 1/4 when I picked it up. No credit was received.

She was very friendly, efficient, and made the transition from out of state move to the storage unit simple and painless. The facility is well run and well staffed. Our experience throughout the entire process was always pleasant.

Patricia M.I was just renting a trailer so the process was pretty simple. I don't understand the need for a back up person who has to be contacted as part of the rental process. In my case my wife was sitting in the truck waiting for me to get the trailer. What would she have done as my back up person?

I had a dolly that I had picked up when I came back I pulled around to the same spot dropped it off unhooked at myself just to get someone to say okay your paperwork's good Go ahead and the people at the counter were very arrogant and rude saying you need to go out and get checked in You need to go out and checked in I walked outside to the person who gave me the trailer in the morning showed them my paperwork and he's like no dude you're good have a good day Yard staff excellent off of staff sucks

The larger truck fit everything; however, battery died, and we had to have it jumped which took longer for us to return it, so we had to rent a second truck the following day which was for less than 30 minutes as we took some items to Goodwill across the street. Were charged for a full day which I get but would have been nice to be able to rent it by the hour instead. It was very convenient having the trucks and storage units in one location though. The front desk folks were pleasant, and we appreciated the cleaning lady keeping the storage area clean on a daily basis.

ALBERT M. | First ImpressionsThere was a long wait (25 minutes) for the van drop off for wiring work since there was only one person working the front desk. A person did show up and called me by name and took me next which saved me another 5-10 minutes of waiting. The work was done quickly and I was notified by text that it was done. I picked up the van and the checkout was very quick as there were 3 people on the front desk at that time.

Benjamin K.The quality of the installation is satisfactory. The experience dealing with the staff at the front desk is downright terrible. I'm sure the folks there have challenging customers but they are as unfriendly as they could possibly be. You can feel they look at their customers as an inconvenience. No hello, please, thank you. Nothing at all just "name", "sign here" and so on. Unfortunate, I think they might like their job if they could look at the opportunity to serve others as a privilege.

Your local stores have zero power to make adjustments for their customers. My family will never rent a truck or trailer again from you all. I have purchased an enclosed trailer and if we need a truck I will rent from Hertz.

Inflexibility with changing due dates. Will adamantly recommend against using if ever asked, or maybe even if not asked. Most but not all employees I interacted with had incredibly bad attitudes. Would take all my worldly possessions to the dump before I would ever use again.

Which I was nervous but glad I made it! The employees was on there phone’s standing around talking amongst themselves when I finally found my unit I couldn’t get the zip tie off and it’s just me and my grandkids so the whole experience wasn’t pleasant and this is my first impression of how ima be treated in Columbus! Everything was I don’t know, No, you have to talk to management when she’s here. It was a terrible experience. I will not recommend this location. Either one or two employees with long lines. I wanted yo be in and out. The only good thing is the online access so you don’t have to deal with them.

April B. | First ImpressionsI found it very difficult to maneuver thru the online portal. There were too many occasions where I was not able to log into my account as it was not found. Calling into the office, I was often placed on hold for an extended time. Trying to move out was a nightmare as my account was not found and I couldn't do it on line. I had to call in, placed on hold and hung up. Called four times and was handled through the call center. My husband went to facility to talk to them and was told I was charged because I was renting a lock. Even if that were true, which it is not, I was charged 174.85 for my own lock that I brought back from NM. I DO SEE, IN RETROSPECT WHERE IT APPEARS THEY TRIED TO TAKE THE STICKER FROM THE PREVIOUS STORAGE OFF. THIS IS HOW I IDENTIFIED MY UNIT BY THE WAY. I WOULD NEVER USE THEIR STORAGE FACILITIES AGAIN.

After many hours of calls and an e-mail confirmation of a storage unit reserved, somehow it was lost with no sign of it ever being made. Left me with a smaller unit at an inconvenient location. Horrible customer experience.

RUDY B. | First ImpressionsThe facilities were in great condition, HOWEVER, I made a reservation a week in advance for a truck and storage unit for my mothers belongings, however when I got there and provided a reservation number the clerk told me she didn’t show that and not sure why and how someone scheduled that unit because she can’t find it! My mother has medical issues and this situation put me and her in a bad position. The clerk found a smaller unit (saying it was their only unit left) which put us in a different position as we couldn’t store ALL of mom’s belongings! I didn’t have options as the movers were on the way so I had to accept and unfortunately, mom lost a couple of items because of this UHAUL SNAFU! I’m extremely disappointed and have lost money on items mom had to give away
