Well the truck was honestly junk for only 18,000 miles on it. Nothing you can do about the fact that people abuse and put major wear and tear on a truck that is designed for moving. I get that, but it was filthy and definitely not worth the money that I spent to rent it.

The storage was smaller than I anticipated and had holes in ceiling. I secured the storage unit on-line. I wasn't sure of how to access the area and the instructions listed were not clear enough for me. I would have asked someone at the counter, but there were always several people in line to be waited on so I talked to employees outside and they were very helpful. My problems were with the fact that there were no instructions on-line to help me access the compound.

I received a call the night before that my 10 foot truck would not be available at my assigned pick up location, and they changed it to another location about 10 miles further. Also, once I arrived to the Uhaul pick up location, I was told that they were now changing my drop off location. Both changes were an inconvenience. Lastly, when I rented a Uhaul a couple of months ago, it was equipped with a backing camera... this same size truck did not have that equipment which was another inconvenience. My daughter also rented a Uhaul from a different location (on the same day for this move), and was given a MUCH smaller truck, and the fuel was very low. We're probably not going to use Uhaul again, and will try one of your competitors. Hopefully your professionalism and customer service will improve (my past experiences were all good).

Trailer, though had rear wiring to the lights that where thought to be fixed, before leaving.... but when I returned the issue had returned. They said that hey we're going to put the trailer in for repair.

The truck was well maintained. It just wasn't swept out and exterior washed before giving it to us. Which made me sort of nervous. Otherwise, the Morse Rd Uhaul location is and will always be mun1st choice for moving needs.

Very unorganized & associates not super helpful. First associate when reserving truck spoke so low couldn't hear her & had to ask "Is that IT? Do you need anything else?". Day of pick up other associate gave instructions so fast had to ask over again what I needed to do when I received text to log in miles/damage on truck. Got my phone number wrong & took contract unbeknownst to me & when I went in to ask for another she acted as if I was bothering her. Not a pleasant experience. Drop off was equally unorganized.

It was clear that the trucks were not sanitized, and the counter clerks were not in any hurry. I waited an hour in line and then it took 20 minutes to check out when I had a reservation on line. The clerk was only wearing her mask on part of her face- not covering her nose and was very rude. There were three gentleman by the truck area but only one was working while the others were standing around and talking. Also the truck was rough- and it took a few tries to start it. (Fortunate to only have a few miles to drive as I cannot imagine driving long distance with the hard shifting.)

Was unaware of an added cost that would be applied if any milage was gone over. Simply stated my destination but I guess the milage was only an estimation as when I got to my destination I had to go to a few different locations to unload my stuff which added up. May have been addressed in fine print somewhere but would have been nice to know more up front. Also requested a utility dolly and received an appliance dolly which I was not able to make use of so feel the loss or waste of money there.

Wanted to rent the car transporter for two days. Was told that it was available for 24hrs. Took the trailer at noon and received a phone call from a very rude rep stating that the transporter was due at 7p the same day I rented the transporter. The contact did in fact say to return at 7p but I was told I had it for 24hrs. However the rep that was there when I turned the trailer in was very nice and only charged me for a late charge. I think you should really emphasize some being polite to your costumers.

TRUCK HAD BALD TIRES. IT HAD BEEN SNOWING FOR DAYS IF NOT WEEKS HERE. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE SENT THAT TRUCK OUT FOR PEOPLE TO USE. SPENT $200 GETTING IT PULLED OUT OF THE DRIVEWAY. NO HAPPY WITH THIS AT ALL.

The polar opposite of the pick-up experience. Location was extremely helpful and efficient and began wiping down the vehicle when I arrived. I explained to them that it was in that filthy condition when I picked it up.
