Didn't have the key in the pick up lock box. Didn't include the furniture dolly in the vehicle, had to drive 30 minutes back, wasted over an hour.

The woman with glasses who assisted me with my booking was very helpful and kind, and the jolly man with the beard and sunglasses who checked my vehicle out and in was friendly and cheered me up. Give everyone a raise

I was charged more than expected due to some bullshit hidden fees. Your “manager” who was in his teens was not receptive, pleasant or accommodating. Although everyone one else I felt with was great.. The “manager” had zero customer service skills and could care less. I would never recommend renting from them, take your business elsewhere.

Require people to install/use the app I was told logging in to my account via internet browser would work It did NOT as it could NOT find my location and I was on hold for 1 hour for your customer service before being told the app has better reception I was mad as hell at this point- the helpers NOW were no longer available and I had to get new ones which started the move 2 hours behind schedule It was a very frustrating episode ! None of us think about installing the app because we MIGHT use your u-haul service 3-4 years in the future, if at all...

Paul Sanchez was very rude but Mandy was great. It woyld be awesome if all staff were trained the same way. We rented a truck 12 days ago and had totally different experience.

We have had never ending problems with this location from the rental truck to storage units all 3 of them. From the start we were surrounded by 15 police officers at walmart and hand cuffed. They said we reported that we stole the rental truck. Come to find out they never charged my card for the truck and gave us the keys. We were there for 3 hours before the police let us go and finally uncuffed us. I had to have my ex oay for the truck and ended up missing our appointment for the storage we were going to get. After returning the vehicle they offered us 2 months of storage no charge. We came back ton the unit a few days later to find a lock on the unit saying we put the wrong kind of C LOCK ONTO IT. THEY MAILED our keys some where and we never received them. So they offered us a 3rd sorage until since our stuff was locked in the other one. We never did get that key. Then i called i called and i called to get this resolved but it never was. Finally one day I called customer service to resolve the paymemt and spoke to someone that said there name was stacy mccoy. She told me everything that was corrected and we moved on. At that point we had 3 units nor due until Sept 6th. Well we received lein notice @ my moms. They called me said i owe even more now almost 1000 dollars. I called back and received another lady and she told me that my story was b.....so i called again got the manager she told me to move out by Monday. So we did they ended up throwing all my stuff away and breaking important things and documents my clothes dissapeared and my electronics. Everything has been horrible and now we are homeless

There are stairs everywhere instead of ramps,making my move so much worse/inconvenient having to drag heavy items up and down stairs.Also,it was probably 100 degrees which made it even more miserable

Manager of this facility is very rude. Condescending on the phone and attacks any unhappy customer. Numerous homeless people come in the open bay door all day long and use restrooms and sleep.

The unit had not been cleaned or swept out at arrival and had saw dust or similar appearance all over. When items were removed from unit we were asked to sweep unit out which clearly wasn’t done prior

Moved from Tennessee to Colorado. After our 31 hour drive, we go to return the truck and were solicited for money by Paul Sanchez, then he yelled at us for not giving him anything. It was real weird.

This location staff bothers the emergency contacts by calling them even if you miss a single call from them even if it is not an emergency. First they don't do the right thing. greedy staff!

Very long lines both times I came in, not enough staff working the front desk. The elevator for the storage rooms only goes to the 3rd floor so I had to climb steps to move into my 4th floor room.
