I was over charged for a truck that already had mud inside I believe my left headlight was out and all day yesterday the app was down so I had to wait till my receipt was sent to me to find a drop off point and couldn't be transferred to a new drop off point because of the system was down. Costumer service helped me find a way to drop off keys but overall a nightmare

These folks were Rude Disorganized and sheisty. They were made they had to do their job - fold pads. They screamed about it and the lady working said with a very negative tone that I had made her day great. The guy said “We are going to charge you to a Ton to fold these pads”. Absolute garbage.

I had a problem with the fuel usage, which was a first for me with a UHaul vehicle. I brought the issue up to the lot person, who turned out to be the location owner. He made an immediate adjustment to my bill to correct that. I was both satisfied and, frankly, blown away by his professionalism and level of customer service! I will definitely be referring this location!!

I called and asked if I could extend my rental and how long I could extend it to. They told me that I would just have to pay the difference when I returned it. I also gave them my updated contact information because it never saves on the app. No one ever called, no one ever emailed but they reported the truck stolen and I was arrested and I have pending charges. Once it was returned, I still got the bill just as I expected and plan to make payment arrangements, but I'm also still being charged with the theft. I'm questioning why I should pay the bill if I'm still going to be charged?

I got blocked in the parking lot overnight and no one bothered to help, despite being on the phone with them for hours. This also caused me to miss the next day of work, because I wasn't able to make it in on time due to the manager not coming in until 7. I'd like someone to reach out to me about a discount or entire refund.

Due to the location, parking your personal vehicle is difficult and was exceptionally difficult when I went as a few trailers were in line for return and there was one of the very large 26' trucks was parked length-wise in the customer parking spots. Some signs showing where the parking is and keeping them open would be really helpful so someone doesn't accidentally end up on the freeway or finally making a U-turn at Mile High stadium.

People at the front seemed to be pretty annoyed and even rude to myself, another customer and their coworkers outside. Made it a big deal that they had to switch me trucks because they couldn't find the key. And even though I didn't mind, the front desk crowd seemed angry at their outside crew. I understand miscommunication can be an issue but no need for clients to see them being rude to each other. I finally got out to the truck with the keys and it barely had any gas so the first thing I had to do was hit the gas station. I returned the truck 2 hours early because even though I wasn't done I did not want to get yelled at by the crew.

I had a reservation at another location. When I arrived, the truck wasn't available so I was sent to this location. They did have a truck available but it was disgustingly dirty in the cab, and it was on empty, with nearly no fuel in the tank.

UHaul advertised first month free of storage on any rental. My apartment was not ready to move in on the first, so I decided to store my furniture until I could move it. On the 2, I drove around to multiple locations trying to find storage. Each store I went to told me they didn't have anything available, and referred me to a different location. Which either had no availability, or wouldn't honor the first month free. My final location, which was in Aurora, had a storage, but wouldn't honor the special, after I showed it to the manager. She called the owner, Rodney, whom I had just spoken to, and told me he had availability, and I mentioned the month free, and he said nothing about not honoring it. But, he was hiding in the back when I got there, and had his manager tell us he wasn't honoring it. There was another lady in there with the same complaint. So, after wasting a whole day adding more miles to the U-Haul, I still have my furniture in the truck. Luckily, I was able to move my things in my apartment on the third, at 1:00 PM. I had to unload the truck alone, and put $75 in the truck to fill it up, and returned it to your location for 7:00 PM. I'm a 52 year old brain cance

Told me there was 1/4 tank of gas. There was not...only 1/8. I returned the u-haul with 1/8 tank. They charged me an extra 40-50 gas feed for 10 miles. I put $10 of gas in before return the u-haul...please contact me to correct this.

I originally booked a small pickup and when I went to pickup my vehicle I was told they don't even carry them in that location. Someone in reservations should have explained that to me upfront. I had to get a closed in panel truck. It also had no working front headlamp so night driving was a challenge.

The online check in process was horrible. Took forever, unnecessary steps like adding 2 additional ppl to ensure the driver is a real person? And it was super glitchy. Everyone checking out had to talk to the attendant instead of being self service. They also didn't put our furniture pads in the truck so had to go back for that.

There was a hold on our account due to an issue that had been resolved and the clerk did nothing to help us forcing us to solve UHaul's own problems. Then there was an issue with the app and the process of providing an alternate contact was unnecessary and intrusive. We have rented numerous times from UHaul and this was by far our worst overall experience. No one wanted to cooperate and we were put behind through no fault of our own, and the issues were things we could have resolved in advance if we knew they existed before we showed up for our truck.

The lady running the front desk at this location is not friendly at all. She's not helpful in anyway she seemed bothered I was even there. I was also overbooked from the Littleton location and forced to this one costing me extra gas with no mention of a reimbursement. I'm not sure l will be using U-Haul again in the future.

I didnt get the utility dolly I rented online. I had to find out when I got there that they only had 1 appliance dolly, it was more expensive than the other so that wasn't ideal. What's the point in renting ahead of time if they don't have it? But, honestly other than that everything was great.

I called the Alameda location in Denver to make my reservation and then confirmed pick was at the Alameda location with the gentleman I spoke to, yet when I showed up to the Alameda location they said my reservation had been transferred to the lower Colfax location. I was not notified by phone, text, email about this change. I then had to get an uber thus incurring additional cost to get to the Lower Colfax location. Communication could be better on letting people know of changes to their pickup location. Also the app for after ours checkout / drop off was giving me problems when entering the gas amount. I picked up the truck and the gauge was on empty, and I returned the truck with the gauge on empty but when I entered that into the app it said it was invalid.

You had 11 boxes listed as available online and I reserved them for pickup the next morning. I arrived before 9 am and was told there were only 4 boxes available, take it our leave it. The employee did give me a dolly for feee instead of making me pay, which was kind but the site should be updated to reflect the proper amounts so patrons can properly plan their move and budget.

The clerks and staff me never were short and rude for start to finish. Of course, when the movers I hired through Uhaul (which I will never do again) left without completing the job the staff members were very rude and less than understanding considering this was out of my control and could not return my Uhaul on time.

Staff neglected to let us know that the storage unit was on the top floor with no elevator access. they were reluctant to be helpful upon check-in overall. It's pretty simple, common sense to let customers know ahead of time where they should plan for major hurdles (eg. having to walk their stuff up to the fourth floor)

Charity turned a debacle of a move into something I could deal with and without her professionalism, forward thinking, and compassion I would have had a 100 times bigger mess on my hands. She can run logistics ina high level and I appreciate that. When I came to check into storage finally Samantha handled my ridiculously last minute and chaotic situation with calm and went over and above the normal customer service I have been used to to make me feel prepared with plenty of space for my families things. Honestly, if it weren't for the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, this would have been the worst Uhaul facility I have visited. Move in with a trailer was extremely difficult having to park across the street in the rental lot of move everything across. While it clearly wasn't Uhaul's fault, moving in during a Broncos game was a bit of a challenge. Not quite sure how it was approved but the elevator doesn't access all of the storage floors? Not sure if that is apparent when a tenant reserves their unit. The larger units are chain link fence with fairly flimsy looking locks, unlike the light-gauge metal partitions I have seen in all other facilities. The rat traps inside the units while serving a presumed purpose, were not particularly reassuring about the quality of the facility.

We waited five hours because of a mistake that their representatives made and they would not accommodate us. It is 46 degrees and we have to sleep in the parking lot because one of their front desk attendants told me I had 24 hour access and they did not add it to my account! I have a sick wife my mother and three little brothers with me we are moving to Houston from Denver Colorado and we had to sleep in their parking lot overnight and nothing was done! I cannot believe this!

I came from California after a 18 hours drive and when I got there the workers were leaving and would not wait ,they gave me the wrong access code to get in and I was stuck in Colorado with all my stuff,so I had to spend $110 to get a motel room, lucky my stuff didn't get stolen the next day the owner was nice and helpful but it was a little bit to late for that

My mattress, desk, and other items were ruined at this facility. I only stored my stuff here because UHAUL gave me a free month, which ended up costing me much more money than I would've incurred if I didn't take the deal. My items ended up taking water and molding over in my storage unit. Unhappy with UHAUL.

Very impressed with U-Haul overall but some franchisees are not as good as others. Mile High Station was disappointing compared to previous experiences over the year. Units have no lights which is crazy. Was given a BS excuse that it's a fire hazard... yet there are lights in the units and functional ones outside. Entrance to the units has a large step instead of a ramp that can be rolled up on... Staff was not near as courteous. They probably tire of having to lie to customers as to why there are no lights.

We arrived after hauling a load across country and to our surprise we were assigned a storage unit that would have required us to move all of our furniture up a flight of stairs to our unit. When we asked for a more convenient option, they had to assign us to a unit that was a 10-minute drive away. Once we arrived to that unit we were unable to move in because in the entire storage facility there is one unloading parking space. After we were finally able to load our furniture, we quickly realized that the storage unit RECOMMENDED by your company for a 2 bedroom apartment was not big enough for our stuff and had to throw away hundreds of dollars worth of furniture. The literal only positive of the experience was the fact that we get a free month since we rented a truck for our move. That being said, I will never book a storage unit through your company again due to this awful transparency and misleading messaging.

Uhaul has been disappointing over and over again. I paid for a climate controlled unit as requested. What I received was a unit on the 3rd floor that was NOT climate controlled. When I went down to speak to someone at the desk, I was told it IS climate controlled however that specific area (that was noticeably warmer) was having issues with the AC but they were aware and they would have someone look at it. If that’s the case, why are you putting anyone who paid for climate control in an area that currently is not climate controlled. At this point after driving all the way from FL to Denver, I just wanted to get everything into storage so I could be done with my 5 day trip. Just overall so disappointing. I will never use Uhaul for anything again.

The unit was dark and dingy. My unit was advertised as being 8 feet high. It was just barely over 6 feet high.

Worst facility. hard to access, elevator, you had to walk up 3 flight of stairs to go back down to the first level, cramped feeling. I walked away and didn't complete my reservation. Storage units didn't have retractable doors.

When I first attained the storage, The young lady was not polite and offered no information whatsoever. Now they close my contract when I went to the office three young people were sitting there were very polite and attentive to my needs. How many things in storage is lake Winnie hotel it’s not your home your lungs are not with you so you feel uncomfortable, that should be one of the main points in a storage facility. That we feel comfortable with leaving our items

Parking convenient to loading and unloading was difficult. The garage bay was never available when I needed it and it seemed that the vehicles that were in it were not actively loading or unloading. They were just parked there.

The owner,I forgot his name but he was really,really in professional..I had called one time I forgot for what and he was so rude I will never go rent from Uhaul again..I don’t know how he could treat his customers like that..But I would not recommend anyone to Uhaul.

The facility was nice and the staff very helpful. The problem encountered was limited loading areas and access to the storage areas. Too many people were trying to gain access at the same time while one large truck was not attended in the single bay. This led to frustration among those that were actively trying to get things loaded in storage.

Once the transaction was completed. We were told the unit was 5th floor and had to carry stuff 10 steps up. I am disabled and able to fill a 5x8 unit. That was a joke. He could have told before we agreed. I waiting to be refunded. Can not make a move until I get my refund. Thanks!

The first person I dwelt with was little personable and had no advice as to where I should park to unload. Considering I explained that I had jut drove 19 hrs. And only had a couple of hours to un load. I felt there was no empathy. The second young lady was nice polite and a nice smile making my streass from a long trip jyst a little easier.
