The website to return UHaul rentals after hours doesn't work. It kept saying to enable Location in my browser, but it was definitely already enabled in Chrome application settings.DAVID W.
Truck was clean, but roll door was difficult to lock due to damaged cable. Furniture dollies ordered when making reservation were not available for rent so had to purchase one. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.MARIANNE B.

The representative was nice but pre occupied, I was charged for 2 dolly's totaling $14 but was never given a dolly at all. When the rental was returned it should have been noted a dolly was not in the truck therefore I should not have been charged twice.NAKEISHA G.

The trailer was defectiveâ€¦ I drove 14 hours and the thing wagged like a dog's tailâ€¦. All the wayâ€¦ this was a miserable experienceâ€¦ the receiver at my destination had to take it out of serviceâ€¦ thought the axle was defectiveâ€¦ you should check these out before you rent themâ€¦ could have been extremely dangerousâ€¦..CURTIS H.

I think the location is okay. The location was just understaffed. The equipment was not well maintained. The windshield wipers did not work. The steering was really wonky. The steering wheel had to cocked 45 degrees like your were making a right turn in order to go straight. The truck was also beat to hell. The ford logo was missing on the front. There were scratches all over it. There was a dent in the front bumper. I am always hesitant to accept this type of rental because it's so damaged and I'm afraid UHaul will blame me.JOHN S.

I think the best part, the greeting I received, immediately after I opened the door. It was warm and welcoming. I think you would set the tone for everyone's experience right from the start. I think her name was Samoya. She also was quite efficient. I had my own dolly and didn't need the boxes she suggested. However, the suggestion for extra blankets we took, even though we ended up not needing them. Anyway, an all around great experience. I'll be sure to leave a good review on Google.BRADBURY S.

If a customer return a vehicle with low gas then the customer will be charged for the gas however if the customer Returns the vehicle with 1/4 of a tank more than it should have I don't see what's wrong with making an adjustmentRONNIE S.

This was not where I was supposed to drop the trailer off. When I went where I was supposed to go he said there had been a change and he gave me a different address. No one contacted me about this. Also no one contacted me before I picked up the trailer.GUY P.
The young lady who manages that location is as professional as they come. She is a dynamic asset to the corporation. I personally think she is corporate material. She truly understands the meaning of customer service. Excellent personality and a real professional approach to her work. Even while I was waiting to get my vehicle it was just a pleasure and so refreshing to watch her do her job. This young lady is a tremendous asset and I hope you realize what a treasure she is. In an era of lacking customer service it was just so nice to see someone who seemed to relish doing a great job for her customers. I could write a lot more but I think you get my point. Do not book or reserve a Uhaul truck with 80 Granby St. The location was empty and there was nobody there to give us the keys to the truck. Thankfully went to 3197 Main St Hartford, CT 06120 and had the pleasure of having April Soto help with our debacle. She was professional and was able to provide stellar customer service. My initial reservation was confirmed for a truck located at the Windsor Locks location, then subsequently was changed to the Hartford location. I don't understand why the location wasn't known when the initial reservation was made - seems like a pretty basic function of a reservation system to know where inventory is.
