I would suggest more coordination between this location and reservations made on the website. Via the website, I reserved a pickup truck, and one was not available. I was given a van, and all worked out okay, but I would have prefered the pickup truck.W M.

The guy who get me the keys was very rude. I asked the guy if I could drop the truck at another location nearer to my town, he attempted to make me feel like a bad person just because I rented and (quote)"other families won't have available the truck", like a punishment I can't drop it some where else. So I had to eat up the fact that I had to drive another 22 miles just to drop it while there are like at least 3 locations where I live, they just don't have a 15' truck. I had to pay around $50 more on miles that I didn't needed just because this guy didn't want to change the drop off location. No way to just walk out and leave it when you are in need of it but it shouldn't be a reason for U-Haul staff to take advantage, you are already charging for everything, at least give a good customer service.Javier D.

Pick was finem on time and professional. Drop off was not the same. Team member did not offer to review truck with me...I had just came from Gas Station and filled it to the point of pickup.,...when I received my ebill if was charged for $18 in gas which is incorrect and unprofessional. Make sure if the front employee is stepping away from counter to lock the doors before any customers come in. I came in and kept walking around the store for a few mins, then the employee came out. But overall he was very helpful.Cathy R.

That was an extra charge, wasn't fear, $89 extra charge and when I have been calling to fix the problem, was a recorded machine, on 5 to 10 minutes and never answered, so I'm not happy with UhaulWALTER G.
The person writing was very helpful despite the customers in front of me being very rude to him. I found him to be very helpful and pleasant! The truck I rented had a million bugs on the side mirrors and the moms attic portion but I want bothered by this. Truck drove very well.STEPHANIE Q.

The staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that it's difficult to get through on a phone call. I had to go to the location twice to get information because no one answers the local phone. Also, this location is very busy and should have more employees to assist customers. When I went to return my truck there were 7 people in line waiting. I left and went back 5 hours later.HELEN V.

I've used this location before. When the owner is there, it's great. Whoever replaced him WRECKED my reservation, even after I called multiple times to confirm it. And I had to go all the way to Lynn to get a truck ... it was just a complete mess and they didn't tell me until the day before. My complaint is not reflective of Lynnway UHaul. In fact, the team was helpful and Chris was exceptional. I am appalled that it is within the contract that a representative can call me the night before my rental and tell me they don't have my truck and I have to go pick it up at another location across town and will be late. I will not be using UHaul in the future if I can find alternatives.Whitney N.

I had two storages. One at uhaul (2 1/2 years) and one at public storage (4 months). The day I rented the storage till the very end, my boyfriend and I were treated with nothing but kindness. They go above and beyond expected customer service. 5 Stars! Public Storage you pay more and get the worse customer service (cold and detacted).
