Why is it that when you take the time to do all the signing in on-lie that it still takes a half hour at the store? Also the Lynnway store needs more help. The yard person had to come into the store to find the manager out back to assist the customers waiting out front.

Keep your heads up. Stay on top of the errors and do the right thing. Your customers can be difficult and there are mistakes made. Nonetheless, do your best with zero excuses and you get a lot out of your experience with U-Haul. You are all doing a fine job in a difficult circumstance.

The attendant was rude and unprofessional. He kept telling the customer that customer wasnt listening when the customer was trying to tell the attendant that an online reservation had been made. The attendant became furious and started yelling at the customer. Customer left and waited in his car. Later, same attendant calmed down, approached the customer and served him but never apologized for his behavior.

I set myself up for the movipe pick up. Very frustrating process, timed out and had to log back in. Then after completing had to go in to a long line and wait for keys. Took me 40 minutes to get the dang truck off the lot.

Requested a truck on the website when I got there they didn't have any trucks available, the wait was crazy. The van was clean and didn't have any issue with it.

When waiting for the approval online, have an indicator on how much time it will take to get the approval. I waited 20 minutes and felt as if no one was going to attend me through the site.

If i could get my money back i would, the van cargo area was filthy with rust dust, dirt, dirt dust, the windshield had a tiny crack in it, i tried calling a few times before o arrived to ask a few questions but no one would answer, when i got there there was another van parked right up next to the one i was trying to “contactlessly” pick up , so close no one would be able to get into it, i went into the store to ask for help, and the 2 employees were helping other customers, and the phone was ringing and they placed one person on hold, and the older man said “dont even answer the phone, were too busy” , what kind of service is that, and then i had to wait about 25 min till i could be helped when i wanted a contactless encounter. Then i called 6 times around 4:30 pm to let them know i might be later than my 5pm drop off time and i wanted to know what would be the charges if i didnt make it at that time, and no one answered the damn phone. Then when i did finally drop off the van , the key didnt fit in the drop box, i ended up having to call uhaul roadside assistance and tell then my issue, the woman told me to lock the keys in the van under the mat, and that shed leave a message on my account stating so, then the next day i get a call at 7am from the location asking me where the damn keys are when it was on my account as a message. I will not ever be recommending this location or even your company ever again. I will be going with home depots truck rental or some other company. I will make sure to go out of my way to tell my friend and family to never use uhaul again, let alone the lynn location, I wish i could get my money back from this scam of a company you guys are running. It was by far the worst experience i have ever had.

Reserved an appliance dolly.... when I arrived you didn't have any Manager couldn't have been less engaging Julio the check in helper was awesome WHY do you confirm second contact at check in??? You do that ahead of time AND keep a record in my profile so it doesn't need to be done every time!!!!

I was charged for 2 days of rental even though I returned it the same day. It was not properly explained to me how to check in when returning the truck after hours. I was told to use the link that I used to check out the truck initially. This link was invalid upon returning the truck and I could not check in. I returned the truck at 7:50 PM and have a time-stamped photo of the odometer to prove it. I would appreciate being credited for the excessive charge to my Visa.

I am extremely upset with Uhaul; we had a terrible experience. We requested a 20' truck but upon arriving at the pickup location, there were no trucks of this size available. We were forced to take a 15' truck, despite me informing them that that would not fit all of our items. Because of this, we had to take 2 trips instead of one, causing us to go over our mileage (which we were charged for). We were also told that we could keep the truck an extra 3 days in order to make up for the mistake. We still returned the truck the next day, but got charged an extra $40 for the day + $14 safety charge because we returned it 26 hours after we picked it up, rather than 24 hours. I will be calling and complaining, and expect a refund. This is not the first time Uhaul has done something like this to us.

The place was overpacked and understaffed. I had a 7:00 pickup and had to wait 45 minutes before I got the van. The parking lot was so full from overnight drop offs that you could not park in it. Then to make the experience all that much better, they charged me a gas fee of $15.05 for driving 18 miles. The best part was that on my way back, I put in $5 of gas which is over 2 gallons to cover the gas that I used. I told the employee when I dropped of the van and gave her the receipt for the gas. All and all a terrible experience.

During my storage stay at the uhaul in Lynn on the Lynnway was excellent I had the pleasure of working with Jamie McPherson she went above and beyond to help me and make sure their service was great for me while I was going through a hard time. I really appreciate good people like her. I could not be happier. And I need storage again our trucks she is who I’m calling.

The storage unit was okay. But the back wall was broken by the adjacent unit's stuff. It was not filthy. The unit itself had no lighting. It was hard to see in. Frustrated to have to buy a new lock.
