Worse place I have ever seen in my life . Trailer wiring still not working . I texted Alex ( the manager in that location )many times and didn't even care . Now I have to go some where else to reinstall the wiring and pay for it again.

I gave four stars because of the agent was very friendly and knows his job, upon return an other agent with a tatoo on the neck didn't want to do the return process I insisted so as I can see how much is my final bill he finally went and came back with wrong fulling He puts 1/8 instead of 1/4 and we went with first agent and noticed 1/4 of tank ,the supervisor is the only one who can do refunds but wasn't there , I hope I'll get my refund soon.

The windshield wipers were not good and I drove from Boston to Houston in a lot of rain. Very annoying to drive an hour out of my way and had to rent a car to do so when I made my reservation a month in advance to avoid such an issue. Front desk did not care about this issue.

Handle the return hand off better. I was in parking lot when I handed off key to employee and they said they would handle the rest. Was double charged and had to correct it by calling in, however the employee was very helpful and fixed it for me :) Great location and will definitely recommend!!

I was told on the phone that I would have the vehicle from 11am Friday until 11am Sunday. When I got to the pickup location I was informed the reservation was only until 9:30 on Saturday. So I had to drive to a totally separate location to get a vehicle. I'm happy I was able to at least get a vehicle. But this was an unacceptable scenario and the second time in a row that Uhaul has screwed up my reservation and told me one thing while delivering another.

Getting the uhual was easy and simple, but returning it takes a lot of work as it is the customer's responsibility to make sure the vehicle is return safely on time and with gas filled. Had difficulties with the high cost/fee, but overall as long it get's the job done then it's worth it.

Asked for 26 ft truck they confirmed me but could not provide me. Had to drive further to get the 26 ft truck but ended up getting 20 ft truck which cost me more mileage and gas. I could get that my nearest location. So not keeping commitment is bad customer service and as a result I didn't get any discount or compensation.

Overall an excellent experience. I requested an 8am pickup because I had movers coming - but confirmation call the day before said 10:30am was the earliest. I had to adjust my movers. She put a note saying to please call me if truck is available sooner. But the note was not seen, so I got there at 10am and was told it had been ready all morning (came in the night before). But once I got it, I was very pleased with everything.

Staff need to communicate with each other as to when a customer returns his rental, not call the customer 5 hrs later ask them or more telling them his rental is 5 hours overdue when the customer did return it. Chris K

We arrived at our rental location to return a 8x5 cargo trailer just after their closing hours. So, we tried going through the return process through the internet at the uhaul parking lot location. We could not go through the process because the “location sharing” feature would not work properly. We tried a “live chat” several times and got dropped from the chat every time not due to poor cell signal. We then called uhaul customer support and after waiting for quite a bit, spoke with a pleasant gentleman that helped complete the return process. In conclusion, I suggest the location sharing feature on the internet return procedure get eliminated to avoid return problems for customers.

I was not aware that the unit I was renting could only be accessed by step ladder. I had some very heavy items and it was extremely difficult to carry everything up a flight of stairs.

I had two storages. One at uhaul (2 1/2 years) and one at public storage (4 months). The day I rented the storage till the very end, my boyfriend and I were treated with nothing but kindness. They go above and beyond expected customer service. 5 Stars! Public Storage you pay more and get the worse customer service (cold and detacted). Just trying to get into my storage was always a hassel, broken elevators and carts.

The storage unit was okay. But the back wall was broken by the adjacent unit's stuff. It was not filthy. The unit itself had no lighting. It was hard to see in. Frustrated to have to buy a new lock.
