Charged me $9 and some change for 2 gallons of fuel. Both before and after receipts show exactly same spot on fuel gauge at 3/4 a tank. I drove the vehicle less than 8 miles. Before I returned the vehicle I stopped at the gas station and added almost 2 gallons of fuel myself! It does not take 4 gallons of fuel to travel less than 8 miles. Not only that but the fuel marker is in the same exact spot before and after on the vehicle and on the receipts.Donald M.

I brought truck back early and they charged me for the full day wasn't to happy with that will go to another location next time I rented truck for 2 days had it back by 5:20 when it didn't need to be back until 8am next day should of been pro rated but they charged full day would like the difference back but I know it's not going to happen it is what it isJason B.

The customer has to make sure they do what they say they are going to do! They do remember what they say they are going to do but the customer still has to check back with them to get things fixed. Pictures for what the vehicle looked like were slightly outdated but it was super minor. I just didn't want to get dinged for the scratches that were there. Also the fuel was only at a quarter tank. The trailer was looked at for 1 second by an associate then he said your professional drivers lights work. We had to spend $55 dollars to get temporary magnetic tail lights just to make it back so we didn't get a ticketKEVIN G.

I felt that I was seriously over charged for the rental. It appeared to state on the contract that it was 99 cents a mile and I think that they charged me considerably more than that. I used 80 miles and the had estimated 30 miles. The extra 50 miles more than doubled my amount to be paid. The previous rental was nightmarish. The truck felt like it would break down any minute and the left hand side view mirror fell off on the freeway. This seriously limited the amount of driving I could do with the truck. When I called I was told I would need to be present so I could not have it fixed on site and once off of work would not have the time to take it in to be repaired. Due to the time the truck was due back which meant I made only 2 trips rather than the planned 3 trips. These two events were two of the worst truck rental events I have ever experienced.Kevin N.

The motorcycle trailer ramp is too short which leaves a high peak and it tore the spring off my kickstand and possibly ruined the kickstand itself my bike is average height shouldn't have been a issue but by the looks of the trailer I'm not the only one who had this problem ruined what should have been a great day but now I have to pay to fix my brand new motorcycle will not recommend anyone tent the motorcycle trailerSTACEY H.

Only issue during process was online reservation scheduling. I unintentionally added packing supplies that where charged to my bank account, I never received any supplies. During pickup at this location they could not find order for supplies. But the 76.00 had been charged to my account. Great experience for rental. Would rent again!!Paul C.

Staff did great job getting our trailer hooked up and answering all of our questions. Great experience.Jeremy B.
Fuel level was lower than indicated on paperwork. I photographed the fuel level then went into the office to bring this to the attention of the counter staff before I left, who said that they would correct the fuel reading in the rental. They lied. When I returned my rental two days later a different employee confirmed that there was never any adjustment or note entered into record. Only the fact that I had photographed the fuel level with the then current mileage prevented me from incurring a fraudulent charge for gasoline that was never present. With the photograph as evidence, the employee at return was able to fix the error and verify that I had returned the truck with additional fuel. So, three of the younger employees fucked up and lied, and later one responsible employee had to correct their error. This would have been a good experience otherwiseJeff M.

Can't think of anything unless you want to rent it to the next customer for free! The only question I have is with the fuel gauge. It registered full and I only went 10 miles. To be nice I put at least two gallons of gas in it and it would have taken more but I didn't even use a gallon. Doesn't seem like Full is really full. The employees were friendly and very helpful. They made it very convenient for me. The van was really clean and ran well. All that helps take the stress out of the process.James N.
