The check-in process online (skip the line) didn't work at all. It was clunky and asked for all the information that was entered when I booked the equipment. Repeated having me enter/scan the license and by the time I finished I was at the front of the line.Paul C.

I had not choice, but to pay in advance for the service. When I arrived, it was confirmed to me that my previous hitch from U-Haul was covered under the warranty and that the new hitch cost would be refunded to me. They provided no paperwork, just verbal assurance that I would receive a refund. I have never received a refund. Please stick by your warranty.Katie D.

Cab had 2 sets of other people's rental receipts and candy wrappers. Box had large dust bunny's and clumps of hair on floor. Only Drove 30 miles and put 6 gallons of fuel in at the Quick Trip ( on 84th st) 3 blocks away from dropping the unit back off for turn in to get the fuel guage was back up to the 'half full' mark as the drop off instructions specified and got charged 19 more dollars for 4 gallons they "had" to put in, or that's what the email receipt they sent me said.- The pictures on my phone say different. Staff seemed under trained and bored while whispering or mumbling to customers. No one met me out side for drop off as the posted signs imply -stating to stay with the vehicle, but 3 employees where sitting on their ass inside (2pm on Thursday sep 30th). -Steve Hansen, OmahaSteven H.

Similar to other reviewers I found the customer service to be below average. The first order for a hitch and installation was seemingly lost. I learned of this on my own by double checking. Date of install was met with â€œoh didn't someone contact you that the part is not in?â€ They then found the part. Then card transaction was confused. I hope the product is good but would not recommend this location.sue B.

i just dont understand why rye truck had a quarter tank of gas but on the contract they put it at 1/3 of a tank. i drove 50 miles put in 15.00 dollars of gas (over 4 gallons) and i still got charge 6.00 for gas? plus the mileage. the gauge in the spot i took it at, just wonder how much a company can make if thet do this to every rental? samething happened to my wife at a uhaul in anther state? may have to look for a more honest company to rent from?Thomas U.

A employee from this location called us to see when we were going to return the trailer. We had run into unexpected traffic due to a serious accident which delayed us several hours. The employee was extremely rude to us over the phone and hung up on us when we told him we likely wouldn't make it in before closing. I drove 32 miles. I put in 3 gallons of gas at the gas station right next door to match the level it was at when I left. I was still charged for 2 gallons of gas when I returned that truck. Either these trucks are getting 6 miles a gallon or you are trying to nickel and dime your customers and hope they don't notice. This is a terrible business practice just for Uhaul to make an extra $9. I have used Uhaul multiple times, but you have lost a customer going forward because you wanted an extra $9. Don't be shady to future customers.BRENT M.

We drove 3 blocks to my son apartment loaded it went to leave apartment complex and didn't get out of parking lot oil light came on no oil in truck we called for help got none we tried calling place three blocks away for help no one answered phone we had to send someone there to tell them the truck had no oil they had the nerve to ask if we were sure it didn't have oil they sent one quart of oil for truck with the person we sent we had to add extra oil ourselves what a joke someone or everyone didn't do their jobs so we were left in100 degree weather with a fully loaded truck on our own Is that what you call good businessGARY O.

My reservation was canceled twice without me doing so. Ended getting a 6 x 12 trailer. Had a huge problem they gave us to small ball hitch. Had to stop constantly to make sure everything was okay. This company site charged premium prices. For an unsecured storage room. Nice new fancy gate that only secured one side of the parking lot. I was provided a fob for this gate but turned it in three times because it didnt work. Found out final week of my lease no one had bothered to enter all of the correct numbers.
